Guest Reviews
- Michael (2/5): - Room looked nice and had a decent view They ran power tools and decided to change the locks at almost 7 in the afternoon and had to keep walking to a separate hotel to get new key cards front desk never answered the phone when couldn't get our tv to work water pressure wasn't very good as well and management isn't very helpful
- Kimberley (8/5): - Location. Was clean.ghost hotel no staff anywhere. Note on the counter-check in at sister hotel. When we got in our room, housekeeping must of thought it would be funny to lock the bathroom door, when you travelled for hours and just want to shower.good thing a coin opened it no answer when we called.
Breakfast was terrible .pool was closed.
- Carmen (9/5): Very quick trip but very comfortable place to stay. I'd sure stay again. - Clean, great service, nice rooms.
- Janet (7/5): Very nice, I had to look for staff to check in but I found someone quickly. - I didn't make it to breakfast but my son did and he was happy the selection. I was afraid of falling down in the shower because there was no bath mat on the shower floor. Once the shower floor was wet it was slippery. I used a hand towel on the shower floor. Someone was playing loud music all night. The shower stall needs a bath mat. The floor is very slippery when wet.
- Parisien (5/5): Our stay there was fair. - Breakfast was fine, our room was clean besides the windows, looked like a child smeared them all up and wasnt clean. Very peacefull no kids running around. Overall our stay was fair. I didnt like the idea of nobody working at front desk. Our key wasnt working Saturday night so we had to drive next door and have them rescan it so we could get into our room. Thats a big no no for us. We wanted fresh towels on Sunday couldnt even find a worker to give us clean towels. You need to have a worker at your front desk all the time, we couldnt even buy anything from desk, I dont think i will go back again, unless you have a worker there to assist us from now on.
- Brooke (10/5): -
- Tera (10/5): -
- Destiny (4/5): - The pool and hot tub are under maintenence. There were dirty towels that laid in the hallway on our floor during the entire stay. The breakfast served was less than expected out of food and coffee machine didn't work. Bed was rock hard.
- Morsette (10/5): - I like the walk-in shower, the beds were comfortable, continental breakfast was satisfactory Nothing
- HeartlessBeauties (5/5): -
- HeartlessBeauties (6/5): - breakfast n/a
- Shrinivas (10/5): Value for money - Nice location Nothing as such
- William (1/5): - Not a thing most disappointing stay ive ever experienced No breakfast.. waited until 10am for staff to tell us it would be another 30 minutes, no vending machines or staff present at location, coffee pot had old pods still in the machine curtain was zip tied. TV didn't work only got one channel and there were people up in the hallways until 330 am
- Gerald (8/5): -
- Michael (3/5): Unhelpful staff and non-working advertised amenities - Not much. Tv didn't work and the front desk was not helpful in trying to fix it. They dismissed the issue as 'the tvs just suck here'. Breakfast was limited and mediocre. Pool was not available. For the price, it's hard not to beat.
- Darwin (3/5): VERY HORRILBE, VERY BAD, VERY DISAPPOINTING WEEKEND. WHAT A SHAME. - I checked in, paid the exhorbient fee and went to our room. My two granddaughters were excited to be there and got into their swim suits withing minutes. We went down to the pool and found the sign- CLOSED FOR MAINTENANCE- SORRY. I went to the desk to ask about why I was not told via email after booking the room NOR at check in. If I knew this I would have found another hotel with a pool or a cheaper one. I would expect a discount. She just smiled and said- too bad basically. I then asked to talk to the manager and what is the name. She looked at her computer and said "Jose but he won't be in til Monday". We all were so disappointed and it RUINED our weekend. I had already set up in the room or would have asked for a full refund and got out of there. The next morning at breakfast- there was VERY little to eat. The girls ate basically nothing. The only thing in the hot table was old looking eggs. Only one type of cereal and only one juice dispenser was even working!!! What a poor experience and the cost only made it much worse,. See above
- Guest (10/5): It was nice and peaceful. I would stay here again. - Everything was wonderful Nothing
- Jamie (1/5): -
- Nickolas (6/5): TV didn’t work - Bed was nice No plates for breakfast
- Arliss (8/5): Staff excellent, room 212 clean and comfortable. - Staff , esp Mindy and desk clerk on Thursday 11/13 at 2pm were very helpful and friendly. Breakfast had very few selections, only 1 side of toaster working.
- Dawn (10/5): - The lady at front desk was very busy. She was the only staff I saw the whole weekend. Positive and friendly attitude regardless. Will stay here every time I am in the area.
- Jeanne (9/5): My favorite
hotel while in New Town - The check-in process was excellent, and the breakfast area was impeccably maintained. I would like to commend Mindy, the hotel manager, and Lydia from Housekeeping for their dedicated oversight in their respective roles. Early checkin depends on who's overseeing hotel registration. Varied at times I've stayed.
- Rilla (4/5): - This stay was very poor. Our door operated backwards--handle up only. The lady that worked at the desk was fine--not her fault that she worked laundry, breakfast, the desk, etc., all by herself. My husband went for breakfast at 8:45 a.m., and it was to run until 9:00 a.m., but was told that even though there was no food left for him, there would not be anymore brought out. Too close to 9. We did not get breakfast either morning. I went down for coffee the second morning at 8:30 a.m., and there was only one paper cup left. The juice machine was basically out of order. There was a sign at the check in desk to ring a bell if you needed someone--but if you need someone in the evening they were closed and you have to go across to Teddy's for help. We had a suite with two TVs, but only one worked in the sitting area so we had no TV in the sleeping area both days we were there, and even though I had to walk across the parking lot in the dark to Teddy's to find a guy to come over to fix it, but he couldn't so we had no TV before bed at all. The hallways were dirty and not vacuumed while we were there. There was only one Keurig regular coffee pod in the room; two decafs. The pool had an "under maintenance, sorry for the inconvenience" sign on the door. There is no lounge, but were told we could go across the parking lot to Teddy's, but they didn't open until 4 p.m., then closed at 9. The elevator had a sticky floor that was never cleaned both days we were there.
- Dennis (8/5): Would stay there again, as the rooms were good! - The staff was friendly, and the room clean and the bed comfy! However, the tv remote was missing and the guy in charge of that was gone for the day. Also, missing the ice bucket ~ and the cleaning service was gone for the day. Breakfast was slow as something about the first crew. The staff was working hard to get out the food, but it was slow. The hallways needed vacuuming, but the room was good.
- Antonio (9/5): - The Lady @ the front desk(mandy?,Mindy?)was very professional, courteous and helpful. Give her a raise. Out of a score of 1-5. 1 being bad n 5 being best. I give her a 5+++. She was there the majority time of my 1 week stay. Even came in on her day off.
- Liliana (10/5): - Nice people and it was real clean I love it
- Kevin (6/5): Bedding poor - The bedding is thin and limited. There is a bed sheet and very thin cover. Means you’re often cold when sleeping unless the heat is on (which makes for poor sleeping conditions). Breakfast lacked eggs.
- Roy (8/5): - Good
- Tyrone (6/5): - Clean rooms
- Mark (4/5): - The property looks nice. Then you find there is a shortage of staff. No check-in, must walk to sister property for keys and long statement of fees for damages. The hotel is widely used by oil field workers. Nobody was available at the kitchen on Monday, nobody working the desk. Elevator was out, one of two stairwells open, the restrooms off the lobby were locked. The pool was closed for repair. The property was very nice if only management ran it with anything other than a skeleton crew. What a shame!
- Tina (4/5): - The property at first sight was very nice and the desk person was easy.to work with. However by morning we discovered bites on our bodies and found beds with multiple sightings of active bedbugs...we reported it to the front desk and they didnt appear surprised at all. Thats disgusting.
- John (2/5): Wasn’t staffed, manager was rude, breakfast was good - Tv channels No milk, no cups, no forks, 2 days no food. 6 mornings and juice was usually non existent, over priced sodas, garbage outside, pool wasn’t open, manager wasn’t good, never got towels or room cleaned.
- Bruno (7/5): - Buona struttura utilizzata in prevalenza da lavoratori in trasferta
- John (9/5): - Location No staff. No breakfast.
- William (8/5): - It was a fair place to stay
- Jason (8/5): - Excellent parking.
- boyd (10/5): Nice hotel - Very clean, nice staff Pool was closed
- Elizabeth (10/5): - The room was really nice and check in and check out were both very easy. Nothing. Everything went well.
- JANA (6/5): - It was a cute place to stay, but it ran out of coffee after contintwntal
- Carleen (10/5): -
- Craig (3/5): I Wouldn’t Stay Here Again - My room was one door from the elevator. Check in. I had to go to the hotel next door to register, WTH! It took 27 mins because the hotels were busy and only one person working.
Pillows were small little squares. Not comfortable at all.
Breakfast was disgusting! Eggs were burnt, hash browns were complete mush, coffee was lukewarm.
Nice shower with rock hard water and no water pressure.
TV had 2 remotes and I couldn’t figure out how to get the tv channels to work. No instructions and girl at the desk told me she had no idea how the tv’s worked!
- Robin (10/5): - They have a pool but it doesn't work
- Jerome (10/5): - Nice hotel
- Kammie (8/5): -
- Verified traveler (6/5): - The bed was ok But no BLANKET only sheets and had to turn on the heat
- Joni (4/5): - Disappointed in buffet, pool out of service and didn’t get maid service when asked
- Amanda (9/5): - If the pool was in working condition, I would have rated Excellent! No swimming pool!
- jeff (6/5): - Ok
- Daniel (10/5): - Everything was great easy going people, rooms are very clean...worth it.
- Sparrow (5/5): - Large spacious rooms. Very poor in custodian service
No room clean not once, towels, toilet paper, garbage bags, etc.
Very minimal staff to go to ask for cleanup.
- Kevin (8/5): - Nice place to stay
- Dan (2/5): Stay somewhere else - We vooke a 1 room deluxe suite was given a standard room .when we told them they told us they didnt know what we where talking about. We contacted hotels.com they called but the person they spoke with said we had the right room but it was not the one they advertised
- Bentley (8/5): - Breakfast.
- Delvin (8/5): - Good stay
- Melinda (8/5): - Bed was comfortable Pillows were small and not comfortable.
Breakfast was very sparse
- Scott (8/5): - Had trouble getting the tv to work other than that it was a nice comfortable stay
- Janet (5/5): Won't be staying there again - convenient location.. good restraunt next door. The breakfast was terrible.... no meat and the eggs were floating in water. Dog barking in the hallway at 10 at night on the 2nd floor and again in the morning. The morning front desk clerk fed a stray dog with food from the breakfast area and wondered why he kept coming back into the hotel. She had to shut off the automatic doors to keep it out.
- Tiera (10/5): Exceptional -
- Chongaila (8/5): Very good -
- Justin (10/5): Exceptional -
- Joseph (2/5): Lack of staffing - Location was good for what I was in town for. It took over 45 minutes to get checked in because the motel wasn't staffed with enough housekeeping. Plus when I got to the room the bathroom wasn't stocked with toilet paper or enough bath towels.
- Shannon (3/5): Did not get much sleep. Very dissatisfied - Nice big rooms The room next door played loud music till about 3am and calling the front desk DID NOT HELP!! Called them two times and nothing seemed to be done
- Trisha (10/5): - Nice clean stay!
- Susan (10/5): - I loved that everyone was so friendly. My check in took a little longer then I expected but that was an error on my part. Front Desk handled it with complete understanding. I forgot to load money to my card. Everything in the room was awesome. The bed was so comfortable that I fell asleep right away. Very enjoyable stay. I will be back.
- JACKIE (8/5): - I liked it all
- Jeremy (10/5): - Staff was very helpful and friendly.
I
Would definitely stay here again
- Scott (10/5): - Great location, nice facility
- Juliam (4/5): - Stood in line for about 30 minutes just to get checked in the check in staff seemed kinda lost on what she was doing, got to our room the blankets had dirt marks and boogers on them the wall had a dry blood mark on it and staff just kinda just laughed about it didn’t offer nothing to come clean it up or anything my children are the ones who point this out we wasn’t even in the room for 5 minutes
- Elizabeth (10/5): Nice hotel with a good breakfast. Easy check-in process. - Nice selection of food Nothing
- tommy (6/5): - The breakfast was terrible. I will not eat there again. Also check-in was very slow.
- William (6/5): - I went to check in at 5:30 pm the room was not ready told me to come back in an hr or so.other than that it was good receptacles. Outback needs some work. I didn’t have anywhere to plug my boat in.
- carri (10/5): - Friendly and clean!
- Luis (6/5): Good place to sleep for a short stay…long stay look elsewhere. - Rooms look good and staff is awesome. Pool doesn’t work and the WiFi is so weak might as well not even use it.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Good but no breakfast as advertised. - Nice place to stay. Advertised free breakfast at 5:00 am. It was closer to 5:30. Then after the 6:00 rush they ran out of hot food and people were waiting for more to be made. We finally just left and picked up breakfast down the road. Don't advertise amenities that are not provided.
- Carson (7/5): Good -
- cheryl (4/5): Not as advertised or promoted. - Employees ran between lil Missouri and Teddy's across the parking lot. Very short staffed and the excuse used for everyting. I called ahead to be sure they had a pool - and they did but it's been closed for maintenance for over a yr. No laundry facilities on-site but you could hibyo Teddy's
Sign in the breakfast area. Monday thru Friday 6-9am Saturday and Sunday 6-10am. AGAIN NOT THE CASE. i was told - maybe we should take the sign down! MAYBE? A little late as we had just missed breakfast. Our keurig coffee pot didn't work. Waited 4 days for a replacememt. Same with the alarm clock - exposed wires. Room maintenance had to be requested & even then our room didn't make it on the list.
Wonderful walk in shower. Again all safety measures ignored. Not one grab bar in the bathroom or shower area.
We have stayed at several hotels during renovations and never ecperienced anytimg like this.
After traveling all night we artived at the hotel early about 1:30pm- checkin was at 3. For an add'l $50 we could check-in early. We had prepaid but still had to supply a credit card for "possible damages" to the room and this was not communicated in a courteous manner. Needless to say lots of fslse advertising but no way to get any funds refunded.
- Andrei (2/5): - not clean
- Tammy (8/5): - They are under staffed but work hard to accomidate. Front desk Mindy was the best.
- Victor (10/5): - We had a very pleasant stay.
The staff was professional, friendly & helpful.
Rooms were immaculate
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very nice place! Had to go across the parking lot to sister motel to do laundry which was a pain. Had a family with kids that stayed above us, seemed like they were jumping on the beds and running around all night. But other than that, stay was good!
- Kihew (10/5): Exceptional -
- John (10/5): - Nice facility.
- Darin (10/5): - Great place
- connie (8/5): - the stay was good, easy to find.
- Beatriz (10/5): Great service and comfortable stay - Clean and spacious N/a
- Susan (7/5): Good - Again there was no orange juice.
- Martin (10/5): - The parking was abundant and everything in the room worked great. It is in a good location
- Stephanie (6/5): - Property was nice however checked out two days early because of weather and general manager would not refund money for the prepaid two days. Called Expedia and they stated if general manager agreed money would be refunded and he declined. Not good customer service. Will never use this hotel again.
- Danielle (10/5): - I would have to say the most memorable part of the stay was at Check in Mindy was so amazing she checked Myself and my family right in despite having to answer the phone and advise others they were booked. Such impeccable Customer Service we extended our stay at the Little Missouri because she was so amazing. Every Motel Needs a Mindy. Definitely 10/10
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The only problem was the TV not working. It took a bit but the problem did get resolved
- Roger (6/5): - .
- Sylvia (8/5): - Quiet neat clean rooms
- jeff (6/5): - Although staffing was superlative...They're can't or wont fix reservation issues with 3rd party apps
- Sherisse (5/5): Ok price should’ve been lower for what hotel offered and how it was being operated with little staff. - It seemed updated and being updated. Some construction going on. There were two bath towels and two face cloths available at check in. No towels were available after that. We have to use our face cloth for hand and by the time Sunday came it was soooo dirty. We had my grandson and to have no extra towels was upsetting for the price we paid. If they had knew the hotel was going to be sold out they should’ve been more prepared or is this the way they save money? Very little staff available for help too.
- Jose (10/5): - People were kind
- Nadine (10/5): - The property was very nice and clean and appealing. The staff was excellent and helpful.
The only thing I didn't like was that I didn't get to spend enough time on the property but that was my fault.
- Claude (9/5): Superb -
- Daniel (10/5): - My stay was quite and the staff was great...i was working nights and they work to clean my room after i woke up
- Tiffany (8/5): Clean and Comfortable - Room was clean and comfortable. Great space for the price! Bed was comfortable. Hotel overall was clean - they are doing some renovating and updates so there was construction dust and some trash in the stairwell. I will stay again it was a wonderful short stay. Not much options for "snacks" in the area but the hotel next door did. Everything else was absolutely wonderful and can't wait to stay again.
- Tanya (10/5): Nice clean comfortable spacious room - Nice clean comfortable spacious room.
