• Rangel Belmont (10/5): - La ubicación es muy céntrica, el hotel es silencioso, ideal para descansar. Hay transporte público cercano. El personal muy amable desde la recepción. El detalle de brindar el desayuno y poder contar con el servicio de cafetería es muy agradable. La estancia fué muy agradable. Muchas gracias por la experiencia El estacionamiento está un poco retirado y muy lleno.

• Diana Jacqueline (8/5): - Excelente ubicación! Amenidad de agua caliente, cafe soluble, te y galletas 24 hrs. Excelente atención del personal. En apariencia es limpio pero huele a humedad las habitaciones, les falta mantenimiento. La ropa de cama es vieja.

• Maria (7/5): I loved the room with Balcony ant we have nice view closed to Cathedral. - El Balcón ,, is very close to Cathedral too many stores were open like fruit stand, goodies stand, The shower towels are so old they look stain or like if it is dirty, in the balcony there was 3 empty beer bottles, that wast ours we clean after our self’s, there was some else hair on the floor behind the sofa closed to one of the balcony door, the restroom wasn’t really clean stings, poor receptionists was doing so many things at the same time,

• Ioannis (7/5): Good - The location was great, our room was rather small and dark (no window). It was not perfectly clean but ok for a night. The parking offered was only for a few hours, and a bit away from the hotel. So we had to pay extra, something that was not inficated while booking

• Carol (10/5): Lovely - A friend and I stayed in room 301, which is definitely the best of the options with two beds. It was beautifully designed and spacious. The other rooms can be a bit loud. The staff is incredibly accommodating. They truly make you feel like they enjoy taking care of their guests. The food is also excellent.

Deberían controlaar mejor hasta qué hora se quedan algunos huéspedes en el patio gritando y riendo, ya que no hay aislamiento sonoro en las habitaciones y el ruido que a veces hacen hasta pasada la medianoche, no deja descansar

• Verified traveler (6/5): Muy bien localizado. - Para poder tener un servicio que corresponda a las imágenes del sitio hotel.com les falta: 1.- tapetes de toalla en el baño 2.- no utilicé la TV porque el control no servia el volumen. 3.- detalles tan simples como dejar un papel de baño de reserva. 4.- los blancos ya están demasiado lavados.

• Heidi (4/5): Old - The staff isn't welcoming, you have to ask about internet, breakfast, they don't bring you any information, so you feel like an hotel de paso! Bed is old, and shower has not ventilation so the room smells humid.

Rooms were clean, nice sheets, as the name suggests, lovely colonial interior, high ceillings, spacious bathroom, excellent value. Contrary to some advisories, Morelia and the state of Michoacan felt super safe - highly recommendable. Residents were so helpful and there is so much to do and see. tours organized by the Hotel Colonial also great value, fun and knowledgeable guide.
