Guest Reviews
- Jimmy (1/5): Bad - The room, how specious and location No hot water, toiler bowl/ seat near to shower sliding door. So uncomfortable to seat on the throne. Mattress springs coming out.
- Roger (7/5): Good - Great size rooms friendly staff good location quite was my first time staying here will return Little bit old now . People smoking inside
- Agnes (4/5): - Booked a room online. Room was not booked. Place look like accommodates prostitutes.
- Young (10/5): - It was great service's and comfortable stayed
- Leroy (6/5): - Hotel is in a good location, a bit far away from walking street but still ok. Telephone number on the net was wrong so I had to book via hotel.com. Price was 300 Pesos difference. Don't understaand why they don't accept credit cards at the bar. Pool is not maintained, so if you want a nice pool this is definitely not the place to go. Restaurant food is also ok, nothing special. All signs are written in Korean especially the ones in front of the elevators. Still don't know what was written there exactly
- Aaron (6/5): Unfortunately the bads outweigh the goods - Price was cheap, staff were friendly and helpful. The lobby was clean and looked very lavish. The pool was large and cold, the beds were large and there were 2 which is relatively hard to find in one room. The room was large compared to most hotels. The aircon, fridge and WIFI worked VERY well, which is also hard to find. Free bottled water was good. That's about where the good news ends though. The hot tub was not working and looked like it hadn't for a VERY long time which is disappointing as it was one of the main reasons we chose this hotel. The rooms, hallways and rooftop pool area were unkept, dirty, in disrepair and in desperate need of refurbishment. There were stains and dust everywhere. Think about the worst you have ever seen, then double it. The signs to the rooms were confusing and you basically walk around blindly until you find the number you need. Room service menu is only local and Korean food, and there was not much option. We suggest ordering in ENVY home delivery. Beds were hard and uncomfy. No comforters. No hot water at all in the bathroom, so cold showers all around. Tea and coffee in room but no cups or mugs. Location is average. It could be great but needs a LOT of money spent on it and lots more cleaning staff.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Expedia needs to check on ALL the rooms in your portfolio. The room we were offered was disgusting and nothing like the one that was displayed on YOUR WEBSITE. I have am skeptical of using Expedia again.
- Joy (6/5): Rooms are spacious enough, but not well maintained - Hotel provides basic amenities. Spacious enough room with large toilet. Rooms not well maintained though. Fixtures are falling off the wall; carpeted floors are stained and dusty - if you walk around barefoot your feet get dirty pretty quickly.
- leo (4/5): no service - first far from everthing had totake a jeepy or a bike to go any where pool was dirty ask them to clean the pool they didn,t gone all day room was clean had to ask them to clean the room breakfast really bad no good at all i would stay away from this place , better places to stay
- Verified traveler (6/5): OK stay for 2 nights. - OK stay for 2 nights. But not impressed. The touted rooftop pool and resto was closed.
- Verified traveler (8/5): kay hotel - the Kay hotel was very good plenty of room very clean the wife really liked it.
- Danny (10/5): Rooftop pool and great staff - Great hotel. Rooftop pool, balcony, wifi and great staff.
- Danny (10/5): Rooftop pool and in a great area - Great hotel with a beautiful rooftop pool.
The staff was very nice all the time, and even went out of their way to help me print my boarding passes.
The lobby is very big and has a 'grand hotel' feel to it.
The rooftop pool is very nice, and you can even see small planes take off and land in the distance at the private airport, but it's far enough away that you never hear them.
The bathroom was fancy, and I also liked having a private, comfy balcony.
Highly recommended.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Value for money - Stayed for 2 nights at this hotel with family during the holy week. Construction ongoing but did not bothered us. Booked a Premium Deluxe King room - the room itself and bathroom is modern and very spacious. Beds were comfortable and nice. Hallway looks like in 4-5 star hotels. We enjoyed the pool/jacuzzi so much. Downside is that air conditioning inside the room wasn't working very well, limited towels (they charge you for extra), customer service needs improvement (particularly front desk, housekeeping, F&B). Overall we had a pleasant stay. We hope to be back with an improved management. Way to go.
- Hannah (6/5): Feb 13-14 stay - Hotel unit is relatively big.
Ideal for family of 6.
Roofdeck is still a constructin in progress, but nice viw up there.
Additional improvements needed.
- Ramon Jr (6/5): What happened? - What happened? it has become delapidated
- Michael (4/5): Stay away until renovation is finished! - You should inform guests that there is a renovation going on. The place is so dusty. Very limited choices in the restaurant! Had to eat outside.
- hung (4/5): Disappointed - Really bad experience. Theres no wifi in d room, found at least 2 mosquitoes in the room. Many more in d lobby. Poor buffet breakfast with only very limited choices. Friendly staff anyway but cant help anyway.
- Pik (2/5): Not Recommended - Worst hotel experience i've ever had in my life. Totally a fake pictures vs on the actual. Hotel staff worst, lazy, not accomodating.
- Kevin (8/5): A Little Golden Hideaway - I was pleasantly surprised that a hotel with such a low room rate could offer such a good level of service. It met all my expectations and a little more. The staff were very good and helpful. The food was nice. Nothing fancy or special, they stuck to the basics in cooking and it tasted really nice. It puts a lot of 4 to 5 star hotels to shame. I will stay there again on my next visit.
- Gg (6/5): Clean towels takes forever to arrive - * they made my kids use the same towels they used after swimming
* the lobby was super hot... we checked in summer and everyone was sweating when we were checking in and out :(
- Gerad (6/5): Nice hotel and good location, but no towels, etc. - We checked into the hotel and immediately were hit with a PHP1000 refundable room charge. The Room was nice as described. good facilities except there was no curtain in the bath. We bathed and went to our meeting. The next AM we had to use the towels again. Later, When we arrived at 5PM there was no fresh towels or linen. I informed the Desk in person and was advised the fresh towels were coming. At 10 PM I called and they said th3ey were coming. At 11PM a person arrived with two towels and a fresh floor mat for the bath. Fortunately my wife brings her own towel.
The parking was good but limited. The included breakfast was not as good as McDo.
When we arrived the impression was good, but the longer we were there, it went down hill.
