• H8755VUkerrym (10/5): Home away from home - My family and I stayed at this beautiful boutique hotel in the February school holidays in which I can say was the best holiday ever. From the moment we arrived to our very last day all the staff were so efficient, professional, attentive, helpful, caring and friendly. They all went above and beyond to make every day super special. There is something very special about this hotel, the staff make it your home while on holiday. Our room was spacious and clean upon arrival, and kept clean throughout our stay. The food was absolutely amazing and so was the service from every waitor. ( The calamari is a must for fish lovers ) I picked up on how happy all the staff are at this hotel, not only are they kind to guests but they all show so much respect towards each other. Our 10 year old son loved the kids club, he made new friends with the other children and with the staff. He was so well cared for and looked after ( Thank you ) My husband and I had two couples massages at their spa, after the first massage we felt rejuvenated and very relaxed. There is a club car that runs to 9pm which is complimentary, just ask at reception and they will take you down the road. There is also complimentary washing machines, tumble driers and washing powder available for guests to use, which is not something hotels normally offer, so no need for loads of clothes and plenty space in you luggage for all your extra shopping. There's also a lovely gym for those who wish to stay active and yoga mats in the room. The koi pond is so tranquil for early morning walks. Norman the turtle is extremely friendly but please don't feed him. Thank you to all the staff and management at Anantara Vacation Club for making our holiday in Bali the best holiday ever. • tmsarge3108 (10/5): Perfect private oasis in Legian - Close to Seminyak, the Anantara Vacation Club is a perfect choice for a quiet get away, right across the road from Legian Beach. You feel like you are in your own private oasis away from the crowds associated with Legian, but really only a 5-minute walk to bars, shopping, pharmacies, the beach. We had a 1-bedroom apartment, this was perfect for our 7-day stay as we had plenty of space to relax, with a kitchenette, table and chairs, spacious lounge suite, as well as outdoors table. The service was exceptional and the attention to detail & cleanliness outstanding.

Nothing ever felt like too much trouble, and every interaction came with a smile and a sense of pride in what they do. We stayed in a studio room which was very spacious. While it didn’t have a view, it was quiet and comfortable. The location is very convenient, right on the beachfront, and the breakfast was à la carte, which we really enjoyed.

The hotel has beachfront location in Legian, just a stonecast from Double six beach. Legian is conveniently located in-between stylish Seminyak and the tourist mecca Kuta. You can expect a Smooth check-in process, an informative welcome email the day before our arrival and warm greetings from staff each and every day! Our accommodation was a nicely furnished spacious one-bedroom apartment with a fully equipped kitchen, a patio with furnitures and has direct access to the pool. An overall very comfortable home away from home! Most of all, the fifth star is due to the kind and friendly staff of the hotel. They addressed every concern and questions that we had professionally, always with a big smile and promptness. Our flight back was very late at night. The hotel was fully booked so they could not offer us a late check out. However they generously provided us with the facilities and assistance we needed until we left for the airport later at night. We thank all the staff who worked well as a team, and for walking the extra mile to help! Ms Geraldine and Ms Diah at the reception were most attentive to our needs and concerns during our week long stay at their hotel! Thank you so very much!

The free laundry facilities was very handy. Included breakfast at the coffee club which is situated at the front of the hotel and was very average. The buffet is very limited and not up to the standard of the hotel. The coffee machine coffee was awful and the barista made coffee which costs extra was no better.

From the moment we arrived, the hospitality was genuine. Special thanks to all the staff across the front desk, restaurant, housekeeping, and the Turtle Club. • Veebes (10/5): Exceptional service and amenity on Legian Beachfront - My stay at Anantara Vacation Club Legian was exceptional. It’s a modern apartment-style property right on the beachfront, with excellent facilities including a pool, spa, guest laundry, and a beachfront restaurant which is a Coffee Club and also a Mexican restaurant. The rooftop Mexican bar is a great spot for sunset views and happy hour. My stay was booked a limited time offer package that included daily breakfast, meals, drinks, and massage treatments. The inclusions offered great value. Breakfast was à la carte with plenty of variety and portion sizes that suited me well. The food and drinks throughout my stay were consistently good, and the massage I had at the spa was relaxing and professional. I stayed in a studio room which was spacious with a king-size bed, large bathroom featuring a bath, work desk, and a small balcony. The studio balconies do not have views, but the one- to three-bedroom suites generally face the pool area. The pool was inviting and there was also a basic but functional air-conditioned gym available. The self-serve laundry was very convenient and a real plus. What really sets this property apart is the staff. A huge thank you to Diah and the front office team who assisted me with some major booking issues and handled everything with care and professionalism. The service in the restaurant was equally outstanding. Special mention to Sarahz and Putra, whose warm and friendly welcome each day made me feel part of the family. The whole team was consistently attentive and welcoming. I had stayed here many years ago when it was known as Seaside Suites and enjoyed it then, but now under the Anantara brand the service and amenities have been elevated further. From front office to house keepers, staff are very cortious, friendly and helpful. I would like to mention Surya who is very knowledgeable, helpful and very focused in customer needs.
• MadonnaD6 (10/5): Quiet, classy and very comfortable - This was our 2nd visit and we were just as impressed second time around. The one bedroom apartments are massive and beautifully appointed with all amenities you need including a communal laundry. The bed is huge and very comfortable. We cannot fault the apartments. The property is small and very quiet and feels personal and welcoming. A pleasure to come home to after a big day out in the heat. The pool and surrounds are lovely and well maintained. The staff are 10/10 for helpfulness, friendliness and professionalism. Excellent location right across the road from the beach (can’t actually see the beach from the property though). Many restaurants, small 7/11 type stores and shopping very close by. The Coffee Club (located on the Anantara site) food isn’t the best but definitely not the worst either. Excellent stay once again. We were even transported by their own large golf buggy to their sister site, Avani in Seminyak. Om suastiastu !

• DayTrip170933 (10/5): Fabulous stay at a beautiful place - What a beautiful place to enjoy a getaway with friends! The 3 bedroom suite was HUGE - absolute bliss to have so much space. Beautifully appointed and even better than the photos. Our private pool was bliss for an afternoon cool down with a cocktail. The restaurant food was delicious - the breakfasts were a highlight after long morning beach walks. Location on the beach was fab with lots of spots to enjoy a sunset beer. Probably our only (very minor) complaint was having to call and request our rooms be serviced on our first 2 days - at 4pm both days we were still waiting for fresh water and room cleanup - but apart from that the service was excellent. 10/10 would stay again if we can get another deal!!

Staff are always consistently amazing from Cleaners, Pool, Spa, Reception, Kids Club and Security Staff. Coffee Club in the front also are amazing. • Siti Aisyah Fitri Hayati Riu (10/5): Wonderful Anantara - The service was excellent, we probably the only Indonesian who stayed there during our stay, and the staff was wonderful to us not only with Bule. And the location is superb ! Love our room choice, 112 quiet and more privacy ! The bidet, is a little bit too hard to press and used. And the kettle is also not working properly, i had to pressed it to make it work 🙃

We booked a luxury escape package and the value was amazing. Our Two bedroom apartment was huge, great balcony overlooking the pool.The pool and garden a beautiful haven from the busy Legian streets, we never had issues getting lounges. Great location with endless restaurants and beach bars in walking distance and breakfast at The Coffee Club had the best avo on toast in Bali! Thanks Anantara, can’t wait to visit again.

• Aus2Argie (10/5): Peaceful beachfront stay near everything - This was our second stay here and we had a one bedroom apartment, located on the ground floor. We were further along from the pool, right at the end opposite the garden.. It was so spacious with 2 televisions, a kitchen, dining area and comfortable lounge. The bed was very comfortable with good linen and there was a little roomy wardrobe with iron, ironing board, umbrellas and torch. The large bathroom had a huge bath and walk in shower. Toiletries were kept filled with. The shower was hot and strong. Housekeeping did a wonderful job and arrived as soon as we went out each day. The pool area is very quiet but you need to go early as the sun disappears after midday. We found washing machines and dryers down station the garage. Staff were all very friendly and helpful. The coffee club at the entrance has good food and sunset drinks are great in roof with Mexican food. Can’t wait to return

Budi on the front desk helped us sort out our transfer issue to airport. The king bed was so big and was like sleeping on a cloud - we wanted to bring the bed home! Massages, cocktail and food all amazing. Thank you we will be back again very soon.

The location is superb—right near Double Six Beach, which is buzzing with life. There are plenty of beach shows, live performances, and an amazing energy throughout the day and night. It’s perfect for both families and groups looking for an active holiday vibe. There are several great food options nearby—we especially enjoyed The Coffee Club, The Salt, and Zanzibar. All served delicious meals with a variety of choices. We booked a 2-bedroom unit for six people, and it was spacious and very well-maintained. Both bathrooms had bathtubs, which was a big plus after long beach days. Housekeeping was top-notch, and the pool was clean and inviting. A highlight was the Beer Bus on 66 Beach—a fun and unique experience! Also, a special mention to the reception staff—they were friendly, humble, and extremely helpful throughout our stay. Big thanks to RCI and Anantara Vacation Club Legian for making this memorable holiday possible. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a vibrant beachside holiday with all the comforts of a quality resort!

• Dolphins510 (2/5): Horrible - It was a total disappointment. Though they claimed to have renovated recently, the hotel is very aged and the rooms are not sea facing. Instead, the rooms face the swimming pool which is pathetic and tiny. We decided to book another hotel immediately after we arrived at the hotel. We did not even bother to check in.
• heatherfX264DC (10/5): 2 BRM apartment is a big yes! - We stayed in a 2 bedroom apartment and it was incredible. We had so much space! One of the bedrooms was designed specifically for kids and our little one loved it! The kitchen was brilliant, so well appointed - we could easily have self catered here. The only downside with the room was that it was so good, we didn't want to leave it! The hotel itself is in a great location - we walked to the markets and shopping easily (with a 3 year old). The Coffee Club breakfast was great - we loved the options and didn't get bored of it. We had 3 dinners included at La Casa and we found these to be nice. I probably wouldn't select this option again as it got a little repetitive, but the food was nice. The pool is quiet - no fighting for cabanas or pool chairs here! It gets a great amount of morning sun too which was great. We are already planning our return!
• annasq (10/5): Fantastic holiday - Great location. Amenities right at your doorsteps. Room cleanliness is excellent. The staff were friendly and always cheerful which makes this a pleasant stay. Willing to assist throughout. The only minor suggestion to give is to alternate your lunch/dinner set selection as it is limited to only Mexican cuisine. It’s repetitive. Over all a very pleasant stay especially the quiet and serene surrounding around the poolside.

It stunk so bad on our last day in the garage due to draining the sewage next to reception. The room was nice with a tub. Breakfast is ala carte and delicious. Dining options nearby. Street shopping about 10 minutes walk from there. Quiet location. Staff were very friendly and helpful.
• melaniep649 (10/5): Luxury Escape - We arrived 3 hours before check in time to be welcomed with a smile by the beautiful reception staff and told our room was ready for us. The studio room was perfect for us with plenty of space to move around. Everything was catered for. There is even an ironing board and iron in the wardrobe. They also provide plenty of bottled water each day. The Coffee Club staff are also very attentive. Compliments to the chef, all our meals were delicious and beautifully presented. A special mention to Diah also who was very friendly and couldnt do enough to make our stay comfortable.

I left my toiletries in the shower and I messaged the hotel straight away and said can I come and pick them up . They said they didn’t have them . The next day I went back to the hotel and asked reception to please go and check and they said no they weren’t there . Then I said please check again these items are important then they ‘found them ‘

I had a great view from my room, and even though I was next to the pool, the rooms had great sound insulation, and I was able to enjoy my quiet time. The cafe staff and the reception were very welcoming and friendly. Also, I enjoyed the breakfast a lot. One last thing, it is right across the beach - so convenient!
