- Gizem (10/5): - war sehr zufrieden mit alles 15tage war ich dort mit meine 2 kinder werde auf jeden fall wieder besuchen.
- Sarma (2/5): Don't go there - The owner screamed at us, the breakfast was olives, cucumbers, tomatoes and cheapest breakfast serial. No, coffee. Pool was cold and with short working hours. And I mean really cold even for Latvians. For Southern nations it might not be suitable for swimming. We were not allowed to use the hotel towels. The Internet was breaking off, which was important for us, because we traveled for fun, but also for business. There was no fridge in our room, so all our drinks were warm.
- Gordon & Chris (8/5): - Problems need attention in the bathroom, sink unit needs a Sealent around the hand wash basin, and a shelf system to hold customers toiletries etc. The bedroom electric plugs need checking, some do Not work, and the room friidge is Not connected to the electric circuit., outside the entrance door it needs a lighting system which comes 'ON'' to light up the main doors and hallway area to some rooms.Otherwise all OK. And we will book again, should the Akdeniz University Hospital require us to stay for a longer period. Friendly Staff.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Hotel room is clean but owner is Arrogant! - Hotel room was clean and tidy bu the owner Mr Ibrahim was very arrogant and rude to us. He blames us to buy room at very cheap price and there was a mistake to sell this room on internet. We said "you can cancel if you're unhappy" but he says "we have to pay full price and would not stay if we don't want". This was a horrible feeling to hear this. He didn't give us double bed but two single beds and asked extra money for this. He says everybody is happy in that hotel but we were not. Overall we are very unhappy with this hotel and I would not recommend them to anyone!
- Burak (2/5): Clean hotel arrogant owner. Stay away from there - Hotel was clean and comfortable but owner Mr Ibrahim was rude and arrogant. He didn't give double bed and says "You bought very 'cheap' price, I don't know how did you did?" He behaved as a "cheap" customer, and you cannot cancel this. You can either pay, don't stay and go or pay extra for double bed. I felt miserable at the reception. Hotel is clean but don't stay there even think to go there.
