- Kimberly (10/5): Lovely place in a great location! - I loved that parking was right across the street. The facility is very cute. Everything was very nice. If I had to list one thing, it might be to use deodorizer. I did detect a faint smell. It could have been lingering food. A scented air purifier might help, especially at the entrance. This would not effect me staying here in the least. We loved the property.

- Gabriela Paz (1/5): Instalaciones antiguas, personal apático y despectivo. - La ubicación El personal era muy antipático, desde el primer minuto la chica en recepción que se llamaba Sony era muy despectiva. Lo primero que me pregunta fue cómo, usted tiene un reserva acá? Y fue lo primero que le dije, que la había realizado desde booking. Estaba lloviendo y me vio cargada llegar con maletas en carrito que las transporta. No fue capaz de ayudarnos a abrir la puerta. Al segundo día vuelvo a preguntarle algo y me dice, usted está alojando acá? Y me miró de arriba hacia abajo, siempre muy pesada y apática. No sé por hablar español te miran feo, pero nunca en ningún país me habían tratado así. El piso suena, se ve que está descuidado y tiene muchos años o le hacen poca mantención.

- Jessica (10/5): Park City girls ski trip - Location was excellent, down the street and around the corner from PC Mountain base, equivalent of 2 blocks, very convenient. We used ski valet and walked to and from to ski. Rooms were huge, way more space than expected and worked out great for a friend who joined at the last minute. Lots of room for our luggage and ski gear and still plenty of space to relax after skiing. Beds were incredibly comfortable, we all slept very well. Staff were always pleasant, helpful, and accommodating. Small issue with the heat in one of our rooms and staff fixed it promptly. Highly recommend, we plan on staying here again on our next trip to Park City. Our room did not have a great view but we got that on the slopes and it didn't bother us at all once the sun went down.

The 2-bedroom apartment was big enough, the kitchen was clean and convenient, the bathrooms were clean, and the beds were comfortable. We liked that there is a real fireplace in the apartment. A grocery store is about 10 minutes drive.

The location was perfect, very close to main street. The staff were all professional and helpful The heaters in the room were a little noisy. - Kerry (1/5): - Location. Thermostat inaccessible unless you crawl on the floor under a huge oak table. Gas fireplace did not work and had open port cover and exposed switch box snd wires. Door from main hall to bedroom had a 1 to 1 1/2 inch gap under it. Staff and management refused to honor a promise of refund after they told us to have Booking.com contact them and ask for one. Instead they said they could put us in another room (after contacted) i said it was u acceptable so they said they refuse to refund anything. Pool clean but tiles and walls around it had gaps. Hot tub in same area was murky white. Save your money and stay someplace else.

- Alyssa (10/5): Convenient location, safe - The suite was like a whole apartment which was very cool - had a fully stocked kitchen with a full-sized fridge, stove, and microwave. It was a two-bedroom suite with a third (pullout) bed in the common area, a dining room and living room, with large storage closets in the hall & kitchen and both rooms had large closets as well. The bathroom situation was very interesting. There was a normal bathroom in the hall, but then the two rooms had a conjoined bathroom that was separated into three parts: sinks closest to the master bedroom, toilets in the middle (a regular toilet and a male toilet), then the shower and bath area. The bath was heart shaped and had jacuzzi jets. It was interesting to have this shared between the rooms. The water pressure and temperature in the shower was the best I've ever experienced in a hotel, which was lovely. The master bedroom was fit with a closet, a wardrobe, and a dresser. It also had an ironing board and hangers. The lighting was great; lots of windows (fitted with blinds) in the master bedroom. The secondary bedroom has a skylight. Parking being included is a huge plus. They have a small parking garage as well as outdoor parking. They let me stay parked outside beyond checkout time which was very nice, so I could still explore the town that afternoon. Location was incredibly convenient to the Park City Library Center Theatre - right next to the stairs leading down to the street by the library lot. Also, I didn't get to try the breakfast, as I had a late start to my day, but the eating area looked very nice and big, and it seemed like they would carry many options. They also had a complimentary dinner (which I also missed, lol, bc I was on main street. But they said it was "Cheese Night" - maybe would be cool to check that out next time. This was on Monday night, but I'm not sure what their usual rotation is). The heating wasn't fantastic, but it worked okay. It was a little hard to figure out which way to turn one of the units' knobs, as it was unlabeled and didn't have a pointer on the knob.

- Qihui (4/5): Inflexible policies and dated facilities - Location, one of the more affordable options in town I had to cut the trip short from 4 to 1 night. I requested a partial refund, which the hotel declined, and when I requested a late check-out for work meetings, the staff was not accommodating and asked me to leave the room by 11 am latest. They also made me sign my initials on each of the hotel rules at the hotel upon check-in, which is not normal or necessary. The room/decoration is very dated, and the window shades can not be closed. I ended up spending $700 to stay at the hotel for less than 12 hours, but part of me was happy to leave.

The kitchens are always stocked with what we need and the dining area and sitting areas are plenty big for us to hang out together! We didn't love having to go to the front desk to get towels for the pool.

My only complaint is that Checkout was at 10 a.m. instead of the usual 11 a.m., which felt a little early. But otherwise, it was great! Checkout was a little earlier than expected. I would have preferred the usual 11am.

The rooms are kitchenettes. Our room had a strong odor of Asian food which is great in a restaurant but not in a room. The smell never faded during our 2 night stay. The bed wasn't firm but not too uncomfortable.

Able to be accessed by skiiers of any level. Space was clean and service was attentive. Bed was comfortable, sheets were clean and pillows were excellent. Overall space was slightly dated but well kept. Internet description was not exactly correct with some minor appliances not present. Pool and hot tub area acceptable but could have been nicer. Heating in the unit was erratic sometimes being too hot and sometimes being too cold. Would have been great to have a king sized bed in the master bedroom area.
