- Lusk (5/5): - Location is good. Manager was very helpful when I had a few issues. Very old and outdated hotel. Bed was not comfortable which is unusual for a Holiday Inn. I think mattress needs replacing. The corridors and the room both have a chemical smell as if they are trying to cover up another smell which really was bothersome. TV wasn't working well but manager came and adjusted cables for me. I think I will try to find a Marriot next time.

- Sharon (1/5): see above - staff were not on duty to check out no one was on duty overnight, breakfast was horrible, couldn't find the area where it was served, no signs, was told to drive from my room around the building and park then look for the breakfast room. no one could find it easily and since there was no staff on duty there was no one to help us locate, chemical smell in room was intolerable, sidewalk and parking lot were dirty with exam gloves, cigarette butts, trash, leaves. I will never go back there and you should take this place off your booking site. see above

The staff was kind. The wifi was pretty slow. It was difficult to watch a movie, scroll on tiktok, or play games. This was a little frustrating after a long day of traveling.

- Susan (7/5): Okay stay. - It was convenient to stop, right off 75 Room was okay. There was a spot on the wall that had been patched, but not painted. The area under the sink was showing the pipes and there were two different paint colors around the pipes and there was something on the wall by the floor next to the bed . Breakfast was not very good. Juice was warm, potatoes had a weird taste.

This was the first time I have stayed in a Holiday Inn express in years and it definitely will be the last. I'll stay with the 2 hotels i usually stay at.

We unfortunately slept through breakfast but it smelled fantastic. Staff are super friendly! No complaints from us! Wish we could have stayed here our whole trip!

We asked for a room facing the main entrance as we were hauling an antique car and wanted to be able to see it at any given time and the night manger accommodated our request even though the lighting in the parking lot was great and it was a great neighborhood. Our beds were comfortable, the shower head was great and the room was exceptionally clean. This hotel was a great ending to our vacation. Thank you Holiday Inn! No complaints

- Beth (10/5): Booking.com are thief’s. - The property was great. Would stay again. Clean, friendly staff. Our problem lies with Booking.com. We accidentally booked a room through them in another state prior to this booking and they have stole our money. Refuse to give us a refund stating the hotel won’t allow it. We’ve spoken to Hampton NC and they never had our cc info and would have refunded us had we not used BOOKING.COM. This was our last time using booking and advise anyone else to not do so either. We called immediately after booking when we put in gps and realized it was not Lexington KY but Lexington NC. And $574 later……nothing. Even though cancellation policy stated they would keep 1 night. We never received our other 2 night stay refund.

- Lisa (9/5): I enjoyed the quiet tucked away feel - It was far enough off the main strip to be quiet but still close enough for shopping, restaurants and the hospital. Also I liked all the dove products and an excellent shower! My only complaint were the pillows were way to soft and didnt offer my neck the support I needed. This is just me issue. I will be booking again and just bring my own pillow.
