- Shiri (1/5): Terrible, and fortunately lasted only one night. - Nothing at all. The overall experience was terrible, and fortunately it lasted for only one night. Where should I even start? There was no hot water in the evening for a shower, the key stopped working several times, the coffee machine did not work at all, and the rooms clearly had not been maintained for years — neglected at best (for example, one of the doors had holes in it). The breakfast was awful; the dry bread was the only edible thing there. In short, it feels very strange to call this place a hotel.

I had an ocean view which was beautiful .. the room its self was a nice size but older in style and quality .. the decor is old .. bathroom was old as well .. the room was clean .. staff were excellent and teh hotel breakfast was very good with lots of choices. had a nice stay and ill stay again if im in the area

- Or (8/5): היה לנו ממש כיף, הצוות היה אדיב ושירותי, ונהננו מאוד :) - היינו שם ללילה אחד, ובאמת היה ממש כיף! האוכל היה מצויין והיה אחלה של מגוון, הצוות היה מקסים ביותר ושירותי מאוד. שידרגו אותנו בחדר כי חגגתי יום הולדת ואפילו השאירו לי בלונים בחדר, מתנה קטנה ופתק :) והמלון ממוקדם 5 דקות הליכה מחוף באר שבע שזה מושלם בעיניי!! מבחינת ניקיון הרגשתי שטעון שיפור, ואם אתם שומרי שבת תבקשו קומה נמוכה כי המעלית שבת איטית קצת😅 הדבר היחיד שבאמת ביאס אותנו זה שאין נוף ישיר לים כי כל החדרים הם עם נוף צידי לים… אז מי שזה חשוב לו מאוד שידע שכך בנוי המלון.

- idan (7/5): - כלל הארוחות היו מצטיינות, אין מה לומר היום ההגעה היו התראות אש בלתי פוסקות מ 20:00 עד 23:00.. לא קיבלנו שום מענה בזמן אמת מהמלון, בכל שיחה התקבלה סיבה אחרת ובבוקר למחרת ההתראות חזרו בשעה 07:00 בבוקר. בנוסף, ביום העזיבה- כאשר היינו אמורים לעזוב בשעה 14:00, כבר בשעה 12:00 הכרטיסים פתחו את החדר (חבל שככה מתנהלים מול אנשים, אפילו שיח קטן איתי היה פותר את זה)

El desayuno muy abundante, pero cosa no ricas en especial fuera del melon, también estéticamente mal servido y las máquinas de café necesitaban atención y nadie lo hizo. - shalom (7/5): מושלם עם בעיה קטנה - המקום ממש יפה, מלון מושקע. המיקום מושלם. יש נוף לים הזווית מהחלון בחדר. בריכה נחמדה מאוד. צוות מאוד שירותי. ארוחת בוקר מושקעת. הייתי בקומה 10 והנוף מושלם. הבעיה היחידה שהייתה. שבחדר שלי (ואחר כך התברר לי שזה רוב המלון) יש דלת מקשרת בין החדר שלי לחדר ליד, והדלת בכלל לא מבודדת, שומעים כל מילה מהחדר ליד, כמובן שזה פוגע בפרטיות!!!! כשפניתי לשירות חדרים (בשעה 10 בבוקר) הם הגיבו רק אחרי כמה שעות (בשעה 8 בערב) והציעו לי להחליף חדר, אבל זה היה הלילה האחרון ומאוחר! הא רצו לפצות אותי ביציאה מאוחרת אבל לי אישית זה לא היה רלוונטי.

- Aliza (10/5): - רוצה לציין לחיוב את פזית המנהלת של המלון היה לי יום הולדת לא הפסיקה לפנק אותי ולדאוג לי מאז כניסתי למלון קיבלה אותי בסבר פנים יפות ומזמנות דאגה לי מעל ומעבר מאוד הייתי מרוצה וברור שאחזור לנפוש במלון ליאנרדו ❤️ הכל היה בסדר

- צדיק (10/5): - הודעתי לבית המלון שיש לאשתי יום הולדת . הגענו לחדר דליה מקושט בבלונים מסוגים שונים ,בקבוק יין ומשהו מתוק . עם כרטיס ברכה יפה מאוד שנכתב ע"י פזית , שמסתבר היא אשת יחסי הציבור . היה ממש מחמם את הלב לראות את ההשקעה בקישוט . תודה רבה לקראון פלזה אשדוד . ניפגש בהמשך . מומלץ

- Paula (7/5): We enjoyed our stay, but felt some things could have been a bit better quality for the price. - The hotel was very clean and well maintained. The room was a nice size and the gift of a bottle of wine was a nice touch. We also liked the location of the hotel, which was near the beach. The breakfast buffet was really average. We didn't see any cold drinks, the pastry selection was sub-par and some of the dishes were just average. We thought it was odd that there was no gift shop in the hotel and there were no tissues in the room.

- MICHAELA (3/5): לא אשוב! - הבריכה הייתה מצויינת האוכל היה לא אכיל! בארוחת הבוקר העמדת חביתות הוציאה כל כך הרבה עשן שאי אפשר היה להיות בחדר אוכל בכלל.

- Simi (10/5): מלון מעולה - מלון מעולה צוות מקצועי מאוד נהנינו. בקשנו חדר נגיש אמנם קיבלנו אבל המקלחון היה עם מדרגה והיה קושי להשתמש בו.מומלץ להנגיש באמת.

- מירי (10/5): כיף להתארח במלון עם יחס אישי ותודה לפזית על כל הפינוקים - לקחנו חדר לשהות ללילה אחרי החתונה. כבר מרגע ההזמנה יצרו איתנו קשר מהמלון, נענו לכל הבקשות ואף שידרגו לנו את החדר עם פינוקים נוספים. אחרי חתונה בתקופה לא פשוטה היה לנו כיף להירגע במלון. תודה לפזית על הקשר הצמוד והפינוקים

- Shirley (9/5): Lovely location and view - We had a great view of the city and the beachfront was a short walk away. It was rough weather and I don't know if the beach is suited for swimming, but it felt remote and romantic to walk along. Breakfast had an enormous range of choices. Unfortunately it was Purim and a rowdy party downstairs kept setting off the fire alarm. No-fault of the hotel.
- takele (10/5): היה לנו מצויין - אהבנו את גודל החדר, הקירבה לים, המלון בקירבת מסלול להליכה, קומה טובה, כמו שביקשנו חדר ליד חדר, אנשים נחמדים הזמנתי בקלות בלי בעיה, ענו לי לכל שאלה ששאלתי, צוות בוק מצויינים דאגו לנו להכל.

- Piotr (10/5): Nice and comfy stay. More vacation than working people stay - Big nice comfortable rooms. Very friendly and helpful staff A lot of weddings and running kids at middle of the night doesn’t help you to rest
- Piotr (10/5): Nice place and helpful people. It is shame there is no restaurant at the evening. Big choice of food at the breakfast - Nice place to stay. Close to the beach. Few restaurants in walking distance. Very helpful personnel. Place worth to visit again. Weekends are very busy but manageable to sort out everything. Again, personnel were very helpful. It is the place where you come back at some point
