- Maria (8/5): Super schönes Appartement mit super Lage - Ein wirklich superschönes Appartement im Stadtzentrum von Inverness. Sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, die Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, eine sehr gut ausgestattete Küche. Die Lage perfekt, alles von dort super erreichbar. Gegenüber von unserem Appartement war direkt das Inverness Castle, auf welches wir einen traumhaften Blick hatten. Wir waren sehr zufrieden. Jederzeit wieder! Einen kleinen Minuspunkt gibt es beim Thema fehlende Steckdose im Badezimmer. Haare vor dem Zimmerspiegel zu Föhnen geht zwar mit dem zur Verfügung gestellten Fön, für mein Glätteisen war die Steckdose allerdings zu weit weg. Da war improvisieren angesagt. :)

Our allocated apartment had a horrible smell of drains from the bathroom. Staff managed to move us to another apartment but this made the first couple of days of our stay unpleasant.

- mark (6/5): Great location and nicely furnished. OK value for the money - Nice apartment, bed was comfortable, and provided all the ammenities of a home. Service team was quick to respond as we had several problems during our stay. Washing machine needed fixing. It worked but barely. Leaked a substantial amount of water on the floor. Dryer portion did not work. Service guy replaced the door, but said they would replace the unit after we left. We believe that washer hadn't been working properly for a while Disappointing that we had be the ones who had to deal with the problem on our vacation.
- Grace (9/5): Great family getaway in a special place - Absolutely beautiful location with great views, especially from the balcony! Rooms were well kept/nicely maintained, quiet enough, and comfortable. It is a convenient spot to many places of interest within walking distance. Bus stop is nearby too. Well worth it for the stay (AND the tours if you want to venture out)! Gaining entrance/accessing the entry keys. Required a bit of patience and careful thought. Thankfully, it worked out!

- Tim (9/5): Highland Fling in Inverness - This was a lovely spacious apartment with big glass windows and a view over the river. It was walking distance to everything, including the train station and the departure point for the tour bus to Isle of Skye, nicely furnished, comfortable and well heated. I would stay here again in a heartbeat. The kitchen was well equipped but small things such as olive oil, salt and pepper, and butter, would have been nice additions. We did appreciate being given laundry powder.

Wonderful walks along the River Ness. Highly recommended. Inverness is such an amazing city. The second bedroom had a double bed not large double. I am sure there is room for a king size bed. Also the pillows were an odd shape.

- Colin (7/5): - Although described as a limited view (i chose one of the cheaper apartments) - I think it was better as I got a wonderfull view of the Castle. KItchen area was well equiped with Fridge, freezer, Oven/grill, Microwave toaster etc. Although for one night I had no use, I could imagine that uysing it would practically feel like my Kirtchemn at home. There was no dedicated toilet roll holder next tro the loo - there was a 3 roll holderer on the shelf above. Problem with this is if you didnt notice, you have to stand up and turn round to get the toilet roll (after the first visit, I took one of the rolls down and sat it on a small shelf along the wall at the side of the loo. The bed was a little to soft for me (i prefer a firm mattress). I am also used to having a TV to fall asleep to, but being an aprtment the TV was in the lounge area only - the bedroom being a seperate room. Check in time is quite late (16:00) and was not idnetified until after booking - this left me with a 2 hour wait from my arrival in Inverness,m added to that (becuase there is no reception) there is nowehere to leave luggage whilst killing time. - I am used to the traditional 14:00 ~ 15:00 checkin where I can turn up and if the room is ready, access is granted. If not I can deposit my bags and go wander in freedom.

- Sourav Nath (10/5): Snug, cozy and modern apartment with the most amazing views. - As I neared Inverness, the entry passcode to the apartment dropped in my mailbox. At the gate I had no trouble locating the keypad. Entered the passcode and entered. Apartments are clearly numbered and directions are bold and legible so entering the warm apartment was no problem. Hard to come up with anything I disliked. However the heater in the bathroom was set to a high temperature and I couldn't figure out how to adjust it. Also wish the bed had been bigger. Just minor niggles nothing serious.

- helenbD6585OL (4/5): Ignores customer complaints - They don’t bother responding to messages of complaint sent privately via Airbnb so left me little choice than to on post this here. Last unresponded to message I sent was this: As the booker of this stay I have to fully endorse my husband’s comments regarding the hot water. No one had a shower on the first morning as no instructions were left regarding putting the water on boost. We therefore put the water on boost in plenty of time for the following morning, even getting up in the night to do so and whilst 2 of us managed to have a full hot shower, my shower was cold for the last part and there was no hot water left at all for my husband to have a shower. This is totally unacceptable and would like to hear from you asap regarding this. Some kind of partial refund would be appreciated in view of this ruining an otherwise perfect stay.

- Go18295972822 (10/5): Best river view apartment-hotel in Inverness - This is one of the best hotels/apartments we have stayed in so far. The property was super clean and well organised. The location was really good, it’s in city centre and 5-min walk away from the train station. The views outside the balcony were mind blowing and the atmosphere was great. The bed was cozy, two bathrooms were very clean, kitchen was well equipped and having a bottle of milk in the fridge was a surprise. There are plenty of bars and restaurants near by and Tesco Express nearby just in case. We loved this river-view apartment and would recommend everyone to stay here if they’re in Inverness.

- S653YEering (10/5): A gem in the Higlands - Our stay at the Highland Apartments was great! We were only there for one night, but we will definitely stay again when we return. The location can’t be beat - just a quick 5 minute walk from the train station, and close to shops and restaurants. Once inside, the city noise was gone, and it was so fun to relax on the couch and look out the beautiful picture windows. The rooms are beautiful and the bed was so comfortable. The best night sleep I had in the highlands! Check in was a breeze, and the apartment is lovely, and spotlessly clean. The amenities were spa-quality and we didn’t want for anything! Such a great value, and we can’t wait to go back!

Good shower, and bath! Small gripes- the right side vertical blind was stuck, probably someone didn't report it, and no remote for the bedroom TV. That's all!

I loved the luminosity and serenity of the appartment. It was very clean and had everything that I needed. The variety of good quality tea, coffee and even hot chocolate was well appreciated... and so was the pint of fresh milk in the fridge. I would definately book the same accommodation again.

- kimberleyt522 (6/5): Lovely staff, faulty washing machine - The staff both on site and in their remote office were very helpful, kind, and friendly. The room was lovely and clean - but we did have a washing machine that had a faulty door. When we contacted the staff they sent someone promptly to look at it which was great. The only issue was that when we returned to the hotel later on in the day they had removed the washing machine door entirely to fix it I assume, but never contacted us further to provide an alternate arrangement in the further 36+ hours of our stay. We booked the hotel specifically because they had washing facilities and we were unable to use them, and still paid full price which was disappointing to say the least.

Bed comfy, only thing big pillows, one not enough 2 too high. Shame the noisy scaffolders working on building next door started before 8am and this flat faced it.

A pint of fresh milk in the fridge was a nice gesture too. I felt like home for a few days. The only aspect I would mention, is that after a long walk, I wanted to enjoy a hot bath. The water from the tap was not hot enough. I used the kettle to top up the bath water.

- j0yram0s (10/5): Spacious unit with river/castle views! - We stayed in a 1-BR unit by the River Ness. We were blown away with how spacious it was and all the included amenities. It even had a guest half bath. The unit was so nice and had such wondeful views of the river and Inverness castle (from THREE balconies) that we stayed in for dinner one night and for all our breakfasts. We’re glad we pre-booked garage parking. We enjoyed walking around downtown Inverness. The staff was always quick to respond via email or their app. It was the first time with a Mansley property and we will definitely keep it in mind for future trips even in other cities.

- erinpX5152WI (8/5): Great apartment, tough parking - My parents, husband, and I enjoyed our stay. The living space was perfect for our needs, the bedrooms were a good size and comfortable, and the view was great. We were also able to do our laundry, which was very convenient. The location was perfect and very central. That being said, the parking situation was extremely difficult. We did not have issues finding the garage, it is located right under the apartment building so very efficient. However, the spot is incredibly tight as it is right next to a wall. We drove a standard mid size car, and the spot was so tight that we had to be a mere inch from the wall in order for the driver to exit the vehicle (a car was parked next to us, within the lines). 100% recommend the apartment, however would recommend only planning to park a small vehicle here, there are other nearby options.

Check-in was seamless although we had arrived at 9am on the overnight sleeper from London and had to amuse ourselves until, gratefully, we were able to access the apartment earlier than the appointed 4pm! All in all, a totally enjoyable stay. Congratulations, the Mansley Group

- richsheldon66 (10/5): Perfect Weekend Retreat - If you are looking for a beautiful, high-end place to stay, look no further. We loved every minute of our weekend at Highland Apartments. Our room was spotless, stylish, and offered some of the best views in the area. Practicality meets luxury here; having access to underground parking in such a prime location is a total game-changer. A special shout-out to the housekeeping staff, who are absolutely awesome and react so quickly to any requests. Their attention to detail really sets this place apart. We’ll definitely be back again (been twice now)

- Seumas (7/5): Beware of the £15 per night parking charge!! - Central location, have stayed in this flat and others owned by same company plenty of times now. Can be a bit noisy into the small hours of the morning depending on which flat you are in, with a busy music venue on the river front and pubs on Bridge Street. Worse than that though is the £15 per night parking fee, this was the first time I have been asked to pay this and I had booked before it was drawn to my attention - if you go looking for it in the booking process you will find it, but it's not clear!
- M8917APannea (8/5): Our stay in Highland Apartments by Mansley - The location was excellent with lovely large bright rooms. The apartment was clean with a comfortable bed. No problem with noise within the apartments but outside noise from music in a pub or club was disturbing on one of our nights. Our only downside was a nasty smell from the en suite shower room which may have come from the drains. Over all it was value for money.
