martasantos (8/5): Very nice apt in the city center - Walkint distance to everything in the old town. Comfortable beds. Clean space. Snacks and drinks baskets in the apartment was a very nice touch. Pretty apartments. Free luggage lockers are a great plus. Noisy street at night - with earplugs you should be good (i was), but if you need absolute silence, pbbly should stay somewhere else.
María (9/5): Muy buena relación calidad-precio y excelente ubicación - La ubicación es perfecta. El apartamento es cómodo y está bien equipado. Aunque no hay recepción hay un servicio de atención mediante whatsapp, disponible las 24 horas y que responden inmediatamente. Lo que menos nos gustaron fueron las camas. Hay dos camas dobles y un sofá cama. Una de las camas y el sofá miden 1,40, un poco pequeñas para dos personas y el sofá cama es bastante duro.

Pauchon (6/5): - L'emplacement Le logement était sal (poils dans douche), le frigo faisait du bruit qui nous empêchait de dormir, le logement n'est clairement pas idéal pour 6 malgré l'annonce... Le divan lit est vieux et vraiment désagréable pour dormir. La chambre est ouverte sur le salon. C'est un logement pour 4, parents et enfants à la limite rien de plus.

Stefania (10/5): - E' un appartamento molto bello nel centro della movida di Valencia e vicinissimo al Mercado Central, alla cattedrale, Chiesa di San Nicola, ai negozi. Posizione molto strategica. Nella stessa via c'è tutto, noleggio bici, supermercato, negozi. Abbiamo noleggiato le biciclette e siamo andate fino al mare una passeggiata molto bella. Sicuramente ci torneremo e lo consiglio spassionatamente. Il palazzo antico molto bello e per nulla rumoroso.
Ina (8/5): Fijn verblijf in een prachtige stad! - De lokatie was echt top, midden in het centrum. Groot appartement, 3 prima slaapkamers. Alles was aanwezig. Prima bedden en lekker licht allemaal. Leuk ingericht. Het was erg gehorig in het appartementen complex. In de 2e badkamer stonk het enorm. We hebben de deur dicht gehouden anders rook je de vieze putlucht door het hele appartment.
Martijn (7/5): Goede locatie maar het appartement viel tegen - De locatie was perfect Het is een gehorig appartement. Je hoort veel lawaai van de straat en van de bovenburen. De badkamer kan wel een opfrisbeurt gebruiken (voegen, gebroken tegels, verouderd systeemplafond). De airco deed het niet. Klein tweepersoons bed in de 2e slaapkamer waardoor er 2 kinderen op de slaapbank moesten slapen. Ik vond het ondanks de goede locatie een slechte prijs / kwaliteit verhouding.

Miriam (7/5): Buena ubicación, mal repartido el apto 43 - La ubicación y el apartamento está muy bonito decorado Las almohadas Éramos 8, dos habitaciones con baño dentro, las otras cuatro personas debían dormir en un sofá cama muy incómodo y en un espacio que era tipo “salón” sin puerta ni privacidad. Obviamente había que entrar a las habitaciones (con la correspondiente molestia) para acceder al baño. Olía bastante mal, como a alcantarilla y en la planta superior el calor era insoportable a pesar del aire acondicionado

Karen (9/5): - Fantastic location in the heart of the old city. Easy walking distance to the Cathedral, Mercat Central and all of Valencia's must-see spots. Good access for buses down to the coast and other parts of the city too. The duplex apartment was lovely. We were on the fourth floor but there's a lift as well as stairs. Spacious and stylish. Kitchen had everything we needed and welcome pack with coffee, olive oil etc and washing up essentials was much appreciated The sound-proofing between rooms isn't great. Shower temperature was very erratic. But the positives of the apartment far outweigh those negatives.

Странная система вентиляции. Было жарко а если открыть окно то шумно. Почему-то все картины на стенах висели криво. Номер подустал конечно, пора обновить

The reason for not giving excellent for location and over all is because of the street noise. The windows need more soundproofing. It was very very noisy until 3am

La struttura é accogliente ed in una posizione centrale eccellente per chi vuole girare il centro a piedi (solo 5 minuti dal Mercat Central e dal Museo della Seda) o in bicicletta. Appartamento pulito e gradevole. Non abbiamo sentito neppure rumori nonostante vicinissima ci fosse la piazzetta con alcuni locali e bar. Anche il personale, via whatsapp ha seguito il nostro volo e si è sempre resa disponibile in caso di domande. La consiglio vivamente!!

Ga78 (8/5): - L'ampiezza della camera e la posizione sono spettacolari cosi come il palazzo storico in cui si trova la struttura. Siamo tornati per la seconda volta. La prima e' andata meglio per diversi dettagli. Siamo gia stati in questa struttura due anni fa quando aveva una reception e la differenza si e' notata. Anche la camera non e' stata all'altezza della scorsa volta: essendo al secondo piano e lato strada, era particolamente esposta ai rumori ma la cosa peggiore e' stata la pessima insonorizzazione interna (sentivamo gli altri ospiti sorprattutto di notte) e un cattivo odere dal bagno. Due anni fa era tutto perfetto e ci aspettavamo lo stesso livello. Io suggerirei di ripristinare una reception di base cosi che ci sia anche piu rispetto da parte degli ospiti che invece cosi si sentono liberi di non osservare le regole della struttura anche se ben evidenziate.

David (9/5): - Estaba muy bien posicionado, el apartamento era grande y cómodo. Tuvimos un problema con el codigo de apertura de la puerta, pero finalmente el personal de atención al cliente nos lo soluciono y nos ofreció la posibilidad de poder salir más tarde por las molestias ocasionadas.

Maria Paola (9/5): Tutto perfetto nel Barrio più bello di Valencia! - Ci hanno fornito tutte le info utili per accedere in maniera chiara e comoda e sono stati molto gentili anche per il locker dei bagagli. le camere rispecchiano le foto e sono arredate con gusto letto comodo, divano letto un po meno ma in generale un'ottima esperienza! Il divano letto un po' scomodo e i quadri belli, ma storti.

L'appartamento era pulito, accogliente e in un'ottima posizione per girare la città. Il servizio è stato professionale e molto attento alle esigenze di noi viaggiatori. Ideale per famiglie. Norien (8/5): Door de service en soepelheid van de receptie via whatsapp een comfortabel verblijf gehad. - Midden in centrum en mooie schone en goed geoutilleerde appartement. Mogelijkheid tot parkeren in garage. Booken kost tijd, veel mails met info over zelf inchecken en mails met uitgebreide vragenlijsten over persoons gegevens. Het vinden van de parkeergarage en zelf inchecken met code was best wel ingewikkeld en lastig. Het positieve is dat er wel doorlopend iemand via e-mail of whatsapp bereikbaar is voor vragen.
