• Huynh Van Anh (8/5): Hài lòng - Gần chỗ tham quan, gần quán ăn. Nhân viên nhiệt tình. Giường ở tầng 2, may mà lúc check in có bạn nhân viên vác valy lên dùm, lúc check out thì ko có ai để nhờ phải tự khiêng valy 20kg xuống.

Laisse à désirer L'entretien des locaux le nettoyage salle de bain exigu. Personnel, quasiment absent tout le temps, une cuisine sale mal organisée. Une terrasse laissée à l'abandon. Comparer à d'autres établissements déjà visité dans Québec ce fut une grande déception.

Le fait qu'il n'y ait pas de douillette pour le lit simple. Plus de papier de toilette en pleine nuit. La forte lumière du corridor qui passe dans l'espace entre la porte et le cadre.

Alison was so patient with my (very)limited French and was quick to help us find skate parks, places to swim, and show us where we needed to go for our tour. Both Alison and the other front desk employee were friendly and happy to answer all our questions! Merci beaucoup!
• Ever (10/5): Amazing - Loved the location, lobby, rec room, and kitchen (which had any cookware you could ever need) . I loved the environment and the decor as well. Staff was super friendly and helpful :) It was a bit hot for my parents but I didn't mind it much. The AC is loud as well so earplugs are recommended for those who are light sleepers (they provide them in the lobby).

• Cécile (6/5): Le lieu est sympathique mais négligé - Personnel accueillant et sympathique. Bonne ambiance entre les clients. Salle de bain plutôt propre. Casier pour la valise est grand. Les chambres sont bien aménagées. Localisation parfaite. Beaucoup de choses sont manquantes pour le prix. L'établissement n'est pas DU TOUT réactif en ce qui concerne les problèmes de plomberie, je suis restée 3 jours et les deux toilettes du 3ème étage étaient condamnés en pleines périodes de Noël, au vu des commentaires c'est un problème vraiment récurrent et pas résolu. Pendant 3 jours nous avions donc 1 toilette pour 2 étages (5 chambres avec au minimum 5 personnes par chambre....) c'est plus que limite. Pas d'activité proposée, en général les auberges de jeunesse proposent ces services pour les rencontres et la vie de l'établissement.

The front desk person didn't speak any English whatsoever, not even enough for me to be able to tell him our room number and bed numbers.

• Ullmann (9/5): I had a great stay, would definetely recommend. - This hostel is in an excellent location in Old Québec. There are lots of cafés, restaurants, stores, and attractions nearby. Beds, bathrooms, and kitchen are good and proper. Lockers are available. Stairs in the building and slopes in that area of the city may make your life more challenging, especially if you are carrying a lot of luggage or have mobility limitations.

Also liked the kitchen and how there are games in the common room How the entrance way/stairs become so slippery from water/slush. Also there were no more paper towels for two days and it wasn’t refilled in the kitchen

• Gabriel (1/5): Dont stay here - It is close to the main things you will do in quebec, so you can walk everywhere I went there and left to stay somewhere else, even losing money. The washroom was stinky as hell, there was no one at the reception to receive us, other people staying there received us and explained that they have been there fow couple days and never seen anyone at the reception. If you have the minium respect for yourself, dont stay here.

Disgusting! 🤮 Please informed your housekeeper to make an early or late schedule if she's going to clean because in our two days of stay she's showing us a mad face during our breakfast because we're staying at the kitchen.

• unknown (5/5): - they only provide soap, no shampoo, hair dryer can be borrowed from front desk. they assigned us wrong suite (but may because of some system error with BOOKING), and the the circuit breaker tripped at around 23:00-24:00 so we couldn't charge anything. the bathroom is simple, and some toilets were not clean.

• Chantale (3/5): Bof, c’était le plus inaproprié des auberges visitées cet année! - N’ai PAS apprécié cet etablissement. Vetuste, manque de propreté, j’ai dormi sur un matelas brisé qui doit daté des années 60…. Avec une ancienne oreiller qui n’avait aucun tonus. PAS de monte charge, les lieux sont sales. Ça sent mauvais dans les toilettes… trop d’humidité…ce sont les touristes de passage qui m’ont aidée.
