• Akbar Kazi (1/5): Don't book this hotel - Nothing First they change our hotel to kaani palm beach saying that you have to come here for breakfast ( which is average itself ) Worst wifi, worst Air conditioner. The hotel restaurant charges 25% extra tax in the name of GST.

• Giannis (6/5): Not Great Value, But Quiet - Our stay at Kaani Village & Spa was honestly a bit disappointing. The only real positive was that the place was quiet, which we appreciated. The hotel feels quite outdated, and the overall condition didn’t really match the price we paid. The pool also wasn’t very clean, likely because of the trees around it, which made it less enjoyable to use. Another inconvenience was that breakfast was served in a different building, so we had to walk every morning. For just a few more bucks, we could have stayed at another Kaani hotel nearby that looked much better, so the value for money didn’t feel right.

You have to walk to a different hotel. Breakfast also in a different hotel. Reception Staff is quite rude but breakfast staff is nice

Номер был чистый и были все условия, номера убирались ежедневно и тщательно. Когда мы пришли заселяться пришлось писать в разные места чтобы к нам вообще пришли, до этого минут 30 ждали хоть кого то на ресепшн. При заселении мы не просили дополнительную кровать для ребенка, мы готовы были заплатить за завтрак за ребёнка 9 ти лет, но с нас потребовали заплатить ещё и за ее место, хотя предоставлять его мы не просили, и поэтому у нас вышло дороже. Хотя туалетных принадлежностей и полотенец для ребенка не дали, хотя деньги потребовали доплатить. По сути только за дополнительную кровать которая нам не была нужна.

• Sara (8/5): Comfortable but away from beach. - It is a nice looking property with the pool in the middle with rooms around. The room was clean and comfortable. Our room was upstairs and the first on the balcony so was quite dark. We had to go to the sister hotel Kaani Palm for breakfast (which was nice) but no breakfast at hotel except for a large party of people from Spain.

En ambas ocasiones la experiencia fue inmejorable y me voy encantada. Repetiría una y mil veces sin dudarlo. La ubicación es perfecta, pues está cerca de la playa, el puerto y todas las zonas de interés turístico. El personal es amable y muy atento. Cada día que nos arreglaban la habitación nos encontrábamos una sorpresa, con la cama adornada de diferentes formas, bonitas y originales. Se lo curran un montón! Está todo muy limpio y cuidado. Las zonas comunes también están genial. La piscina limpia y cuidada, con tumbonas para tomar el sol. La iluminan por la noche, lo cual crea un ambiente muy agradable. La recepción tiene varios sofás y un billar donde poder pasar un buen rato y socializar. Me ha gustado todo.

• Umma (1/5): Bad service - Provided 2 water everyday, room and bathroom was clean at arrival, close to Ferry No service at all - they did not even change bedsheets or any towels after we asked (we stayed for 5 nights), Room was “upgraded” to family room with balcony instead of our paid pool view, breakfast at Kaani Palm Beach, did not allow a late check out even though hotel was empty, bathroom has no air ventilation, Basically AirBNB experience with hotel expense. Wifi service was interrupted for at least one whole night

• Chris (10/5): - We had a fantastic stay at Kaani Palm Beach. Rooms are spacious, a/c works really well, good sized bathroom and a really comfortable large bed. The infinity pool on the roof is a great bonus with fantastic views, although it can get very warm in the afternoons. The Kaani sunbeds on part of bikini beach are free, and have an umbrella. The main attribute for the hotel however, is the staff. We met so many lovely members of staff, that I can't remember them all, but I would like to mention Azmeem, one of the managers who helped us when we had a problem with the room. In the restaurant, Anisur, Try, Farouk, MD Alom and Omelette man Rana (apologies for any spelling mistakes) were all absolute stars, I would like to mention more, but my memory lets me down. Would definitely love to come back to this hotel 💯

• Chloe (3/5): Don’t expect to get what you booked - Daily housekeeping and refresh of beach towels daily was nice We didn’t get to stay here. We got “upgraded” to their close by Kaani beach hotel. This was handled poorly by the staff who kept saying we were “upgraded”. In reality we were just moved to a bigger hotel with a similar room. We didn’t want to stay at Kaani beach as we opted for the less comercial, more serene Kaani village. There was no apology or sense of understanding from the staff at our disappointment.

At Kaani Village and Spa where we stayed, the reception was unmanned many of the times - we had to keep knocking on the table to draw someone's attention. The phones in the room were not working so each time we needed something, we had to come out to the reception. Also we were not informed previously that meals would be served in Kaani Palm which was some minutes walking distance from Kaani Village - it will be good to mention this as there may be guests who are not able to walk much

Value was good comparing to another compititors staff are not professional enough, the receptionist was too arrogant and not professional, the place is hub for all workers gathering because of staff buffet is directly front of room, which made room too noisy and not comfortable to open window freely. I think the point which made me change my stay to another hotel was staff more than anything else

We had breakfast and dinner in the main building, which was about 100m away from our accommodation, but we had no problem with that. Breakfast and dinner were good, a choice of several dishes. The staff was nice, especially the guys at the main reception were welcoming and always willing to help.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner were very good also. Special thanks to Magic for his assistance all over our stay and the reef shark team for the beautiful excursion. The Wi-Fi Connectivity in Kaani Village can be improved. It is very good in Kaani Palm though.
