• Lindsey (8/5): - Great deal when we went pre-primary beach season. Great location, just one block off the beach. Super helpful to be able to park before we were able to check in. Rooms looked updated - definitely nicer than other OC motels. Still not as clean as a standard hotel not in OC, but great for the pre-season price we paid! Looking at the prices for mid-summer, I'm not sure it would be worth it. But outside of that main season, definitely a great option!

• Melissa (8/5): I went to get away for the night. It did the job. - It was close to the boardwalk and it did the job for the night. It seemed like it was very moist in the air. It was a weird feeling.
• Rebeka (6/5): We got what we paid for. - Proximity to the beach and boardwalk. Price per night. Air conditioners were not clean-dirt or mold blew out when turned on. Doors were not sealed-could feel the breeze through them and see the outside. Somebody threw up right beside our car in the parking lot.

The sofa bed was little hard on the back but we didn't use that but in reality you have to have something basic n easy to wipe down etc which we understand that

• Pioneer34716090642 (10/5): Amazing location and beautiful room for GREAT PRICE - The motel is located right in the heart of ocean city, one block from the boardwalk and beach, and is close to so many spots to eat! The price is so affordable for the quality of the room and the location. The process for check in was easy and smooth. The room was clean and room service was great.

We needed help with the heater and he was great. The office staff were also very friendly. The beds were to hard for my liking. Also, I needed a blanket, not just a sheet and bedcover. Or a heavier bed cover/comforter maybe.

Liked the size of the rooms and cleanliness. Like the value. This is not the fault of the property owners or business owners but…. The lack of sound proof made the stay very unpleasant. Every noise can be heard through the walls and ceiling. Neighbors talking and screaming and throwing up all night. Seniors screaming around the property and inside the rooms. Occupants above the room seem to not have been moving about their room but rather jumping without any break. Both nights these things went on until 2:30 am leaving my children and I very few hours of sleep . I will probably chose a hotel or vacation home next time. Motels are cheap but very poorly build.

Staff was friendly and they were communicative the entire stay. - Location was great we couldn’t ask for better and the parking was ok. The bed was comfortable Rooms are portrayed to be bigger than they are. The blankets were somewhat rough and not the comfiest.

• Victoria (1/5): Even though the staff were kind and cooperative, I would not stay at your hotel again. - Clean room, friendly and helpful staff, plus, a good location. Neighbors were loud, frequently yelling outside. I asked them to keep the noise down, and they were yelling at me to "mind my own business". I did not report them to the front desk, because I didn't want to escalate the situation.

Front desk staff were friendly There was no fan in the bathroom and you could see black mold growing between the wall/ceiling above the toilet. It also wasn't the most clean. There was a weird brown powdery substance on the wall above the toilet. The walls were paper thin and I could hear people up talking in the room next to me until the early morning hours

I used to stay there many many years ago with friends I worked with. I didn't realize all those teenagers were gonna be there so it was a bit hard to relax and enjoy yourself with all the noise and the party and out on the deck at night

• Patricia (4/5): Disappointed for the cost. - Not much to like therefore I cannot elaborate. When traveling I look for comfort. The bedding, mattress, pillows were nothing of the sort. The mattress was the most uncomfortable thing. The pillows are flat and hard. The blankets are rough and extremely thin. There was no place to even hang up the towels after a shower. There is no door that locks for the bathroom. It is a sliding door that was off the track.

• Brittany (8/5): A few things that is easy to overlook to enjoy a nice vacation with out paying a lot. - Staff is very welcoming and friendly. Room was clean and was provided fresh towels every day which came in hand and our old towels taken away. The pool was nice and clean. For price and location to beach and board wall it was a great stay overall! Parking was a little tight but we didn’t have any issues while there. Was a little loud at times do to room location and traffic.

When arriving to the rooms there were several small damages such as scuffs, a handprint on the bathroom door, and a damaged shelf in the bathroom. I did make the front office aware to ensure the security deposit was returned.

Not easy to transfer everything from a ground floor room to the 2nd when you have a toddler. Repeatedly had to go to the office for my keycard not working.
