- Barby19730 (8/5): Tra grattacieli e storia - Struttura moderna, camere ampie e silenziose, molto pulite. Colazione ricca e varia. Staff molto gentile e molti servizi La posizione, pur essendo vicinissima al centro, è adiacente al quartiere a luci rosse e a una zona piena di barboni e drogati a tutte le ore del giorno e della notte. In pratica, uscendo dall' hotel, non bisogna mai andare a sinistra!! Girando l' angolo invece ci si trova nella zona dei grattacieli dove non c'è nessun tipo di pericolo o incontri strani. Altra pecca è che la pulizia delle stanze viene effettuata un giorno si e uno no, per me non consona con un 4 stelle

- peter (10/5): Very comfortable and very reasonably priced with very good staff - The staff were quite kind the room was really nice. The bed was very comfortable. They had the basics of a fridge and a safe. Good Internet Good security just about everything There was really nothing I didn’t like about it. As other people have noted walking there from the train station you do go through a kind of sketchy area with a number of people with drug addictions and using the drugs on the street. I felt quite safe and I would also feel safe in the evening. It is just a couple blocks where it is a little dodgy. The hotel is actually just on the other side of that neighborhood. This would certainly not determine me from staying there again. I’m watching something close to the train station and this was perfect

- Anne (9/5): - Lovely stay at this IHG. Good location for tourist sights and shops. Very near the Alte Oper and a good overall experience. Walk from the station and bar staff was very slow. Walking from station to the hotel you pass a few doggy streets so better to take a cab.

Au moment de l'enregistrement, qui a duré extrêmement longtemps, nous avons subi plusieurs tentatives pour nous donner des chambres non conformes, puis pour nous faire payer un prix supérieur à celui convenu lors de notre réservation sur Booking. Nous avons dû argumenter beaucoup trop longuement pour obtenir enfin gain de cause.

- Oleks-Ovs (7/5): Overpriced hotel - Brakfast was just fine, the room is rather small, the bathroom looks quite old, the ironing iron is rather old and dirty. The location is pretty bad honestly, it is right next to a pretty scary neighborhood. It definitely not worth the money for the value.

- Claudia (9/5): Perfekte Übernachtungsmöglichkeit für Besuch in der Alten Oper - Das Zimmer lässt keine Wünsche offen. Alles top! Frühstück ist ebenfalls super! Wir haben nichts auszusetzen! Bei Anreise mit der Bahn höchstens die "Karlsstraße" vermeiden... Aber da kann das Hotel nichts dafür. Nichts für sanfte Gemüter. Leider schlägt Google die Route vor, obwohl es einen angenehmeren Weg gibt, der genauso kurz ist.

El equipo de recepción era muy amable El servicio de bar, los camareros estaban distraídos, hemos visto como una pareja se levantó porque nadie se dio cuenta de que entraron. Falta atención al detalle, y los cócteles tienen bastante por mejorar. La ubicación está justo al límite de la zona deprimida de la ciudad pero no hace falta moverse por ahí.
