• Sharon (4/5): Be Careful What Hotel Location You Book - Friendly worker at check out. Room was large. I thought I was staying in main hotel with 24 hour reception, secured entrance and lovely rooms. I was not. I was put into an apartment room a few blocks away. Did not feel safe, no reception, ripped and dirty bedding, stained and scuffed room, could not control room temperature. I told them something was wrong with temperature, but it was not fixed. If booking, make sure you get main hotel.
• Richard (3/5): Endroit désuet qui mérite un rafraîchissement. Entretient Menager qui laisse à désirer. Poussière accumulée dans les coi - Il est bien situé et facile à trouver. Nous sommes déçus de l’apparence et l’entretien est manquant. Ça rend l’endroit moins intéressant à y passer du temps.Des correctifs facilement faits pour améliorer les lieux. Un ménage en profondeur, murs et plancher.nettoyage des tapis dans le corridor. Parking intérieur inclus. La literie est propre, c’est le seul point positif. Le matelas confortable. Par contre les oreillers sont trop plats et mous.

• Adeoye (8/5): It is nice and quiet area - I like the space and beds in the king size room, it is very comfortable and having a personal kitchen helps reduce the funds on fast foods or ordering meals, so great overall The building not having elevators, I had no either that was the case, its a bit of a problem for my parents to move around comfortably but its not too bad

• Bashar (6/5): Just fine - That location is really good and they were able to accommodate me at the last minute The location of the reception is not exactly at the location of the room so it was confusing to figure it out although it was sent by email, but I wasn’t able to see or read the whole email before arriving so I had to stuck out in the cold weather for 10 minutes When I met the receptionist he was able to be kinder. I cannot give him a higher rate for hospitality or the way of communication..

• Zineddine (2/5): - I absolutely do not recommend this hotel. The mattress was extremely uncomfortable, and the bathroom was in very poor condition. On top of that, my experience with the reception was very negative, with a clear lack of professionalism and customer service. There were also power outages during my stay, which made the experience even worse. I will never set foot in this place again.
• Helgi (8/5): - It was a nice place, very warm and clean, with good set of facilities. It's very close to a small district with shops and restaurants, also convenient if you need to travel to Ottawa. The furniture was a bit old, but clean. One of the major drawbacks of the accommodation is poor accessibility. The building has three stories, and even reaching the first floor requires using stairs, as there is no elevator. This was not an issue for me, but it is definitely something to take into account when planning your trip.

• Petitclv (3/5): - Indications claires pour le check-in. Grande chambre. Serrure de la porte principale difficile à utiliser. Pas d'ascenseur. Indications des étages pas claires (ex. la porte du 2e étage est indiquée "A3"). Tapis des couloirs communs très sales. Douche mal installée : le jet est projeté sur le plancher dès qu'on ouvre la porte (impossible de réchauffer le jet avant d'entrer dans la doche). Chambre entretenue minimalement (ex. taches près de la toilette). La fenêtre de la chambre donnait sur une rue où sont situés des bars, donc cela a été très bruyant (impossible de dormir) jusqu'à la fermeture à 3h. Problème d'insonorisation (j'ai entendu un couple se chicaner dans une autre chambre, à 4h du matin).

• Stephane (6/5): Agréable mis à port du monsieur qui ne prend pas le temps d'écouter clientèle - Le prix , les commodité,l'emplacement Le dépôt de sécurité la dame m'a demandé ma carte pour rembourser le matin que j'ai rapporté mes clés cependant normalement sur la carte il est inscrit en attente ... $ et comme après 5 jours et toujours rien d'écrit je téléphone pour y faire une autre réservation et demander au monsieur au téléphone si il peux vérifier que le dépôt avais belle et bien été remboursé avec une attitude désagréable ses contenter que de me parler en anglais et comme j'ai rien compris je lui redemande et sans même avoir terminé il ce remet à répéter mais cette fois en français malheureusement l'attitude professionnelle n'étais pas au rendez-vous avec ce monsieur

Les stores ne sont pas adaptés pour créer l'obscurité (stores californiens), ce qui est d'autant plus dérangeant lorsque la fenêtre donne sur un réverbère.

• John (4/5): Affordable - should have payed a little more elsewhere - won't return. - Room was sizable enough. The temperature was set and maintained quietly and comfortably. Room key pickup was at a remote location. "Parking Included" in another lot with entrance access via a fob. Check-in was complicated and inconvenient. Under the bed there was a thick layer of dust. The unit was advertised as a suite - iron. but no ironing board, no bedside lamps, no clock, no lounge chair or couch. Blinds did not fully close. No bath sink stopper. No indication there was an elevator. Loud voices were heard until 3:25am, several vehicle noisey accelerations throughout the night, shouting on the street. Left an impression of not being safe.

• Ethan (9/5): Good bang for buck hotel - It was fairly clean and a great value for money. Good location, there's a strip or restaurants one street over. Only a half hour walk from downtown Ottawa The room had a bit of a musty smell but overall not bad.
• Valérie (8/5): Si je dois revenir, je reprendrai le même logement" - Le logement était plus grand que ce qui était annoncé. Le personnel d'accueil au moment du check-in et du check-out était tout particulièrement sympathique, accueillant, bienveillant : de vrais beaux humains !

• Marianne (8/5): Propreté impeccable et idéalement situé par rapport au Palais des congrès - Tout le studio était d'une propreté exemplaire et très idéalement situé par rapport au Palais des Congrès. Le stationnement intérieur a été fort apprécié. C'est malheureusement hors du contrôle de l'établissement, mais ma chambre donnait sur un bar de style boîte à chansons et vers 4h00 AM c'était très bruyant.
• Victor (2/5): Pas d’insonorisation du tout - Personnel gentil et bien situé Insonorisation : 0/10. Je voulais écrire peu insonorisé, mais ce n’est PAS insonorisé. Le premier soir, on entendait les gens crier dehors, du monde rentrer dans le couloir continuer la fête, c’était chaotique mais passe encore. Le pire était la deuxième nuit. La chambre d’à côté, séparée par du papier de riz, laisse + qu’entendre ce qui s’y passe : on croirait que les conversations se tiennent à notre chevet (j’ai fait multiples enregistrements pour m’assurer que j’étais pas fou). Le couple qui était dans l’autre pièce ont crié/ri/jasé très (trop) fort de 23:00 à minuit et ça a repris de 4am jusqu’à ce que je quitte autour de 8:00. Je pourrais les blâmer, mais en même temps, ce n’est pas normal que dans un hôtel il y ait 0 insonorisation. Le but de louer une chambre, c’est de pouvoir y dormir. Or, je n’ai pas pu. Je ne recommande pas du tout cet établissement. Soyez avertis! En bonus, la salle de bain sentait l’urine quand je suis arrivé et les serviettes avaient aussi une odeur assez écœurante.

• Mickplouffe (7/5): Appartement Correct et pas cher. Attention au bar. - Le stationnement chauffé et intérieur est génial. Pas cher et juste a côté du palais des congrès. Shampoings surprenanement de qualité! Malgrés la faible quantité. Cuisine bien fournit avec un gros réfrigérateur et deux rond portables. Propre et Sale en même temps. Boucoup de coulisses sur les murs et beaucoup de poussière dans les recoins. Le reste est suffisamment propre. Il faut aller a un autre bâtiment, suites Victoria, pour prendre les clefs, mais C'est a 2 minutes de marche. Et bien indentifié dans la porte Duvernay. ÉNORME PROBLÈME!!! : Il y a un Bar La Petite Grenouille juste à côté. Notre première nuit, vendredi au samedi. C'était EXTRAORDINAIREMENT FORT. Jusqu'à 4h du matin. Musique très très forte. Impossible a dormir. La clim ne fonctionnait pas et le chauffage refusait de s'éteindre complètement. Il faisait trop chaud. Il y a un récepteur Illico Vidéotron, mais presque aucun cannal abonnés. Lit a ressorts.

• Gergina (7/5): - It was really close to the event i was going to, they took out the garbage daily and replace the towels, and the main building wasnt far away either. There was always staff there who were really professional. Comfy bed. Spacious bathroom, had all you need. Missing spatula and sponges to clean the dishes.No elevator.

• Ramiro (4/5): Unfortunatelly the poor job of the housekeeper had me looking for another place in the near future. - Price I stayed in the studio for 2 nights and 3 days. The studio wasn't cleaned; only towels were changed. The bed wasn't made during my stay, despite having tipped the housekeeper CAD$20.
