- Miguel (1/5): - They didn’t especified that it was a hotel room you book for a cabin it asks you how many rooms and if you choose 1 they give you a hotel room not a cabin like in their description so you need to booked for 2 rooms so you can get a cabin so I had to pay twice the price on the spot so they can give me a cabin thats a scam

The staff is very uninterested (the hotel had few occupied rooms, and yet they gave us a room on the ground floor, even though the price we paid was higher than the rate at the time of booking for a higher category). Warm water took a long time to come out—about 15–20 minutes. It wasn’t very clean; I found hair everywhere from the previous guests. It was very cold, and there was no heating system other than the blankets. NO wifi. The only good thing was that the air outside was fresh and there was a coffee maker I could use to make tea. all that I said

En un lugar que hace mucho frio como es posible que no tenga calefaccion , demasiado lejos la recepcion del punto donde esta el hotel, ademas no tiene lobby, no hay internet, no tiene elevador tuvimos que bajar desde el estacionamiento hasta la habitacion 3 piesos llevar las maletas cargando por las escaleras , recomendacion si no hay cabañas disponibles no rentes habitacion de hotel en este lugar .

Pésimo servicio, había reservado una cabaña y me dieron cuartos separados de hotel, el gerente pésimo para hacerse responsable culpando de todo a la app, tuvimos problemas de seguridad con una llave que habría todos los cuartos del lugar, así como otros huéspedes podrian abrir nuestros cuartos, pasamos una noche insegura.

- Ricardo (5/5): Primera y última vez que me quedo aquí, no hay propia supervisión al servicio, una muy pobre experiencia. - Las instalaciones en general estaban muy bien y agradables, el entorno de montaña increíble. Nuestro cuarto no nos gusto, no tenía ni donde colgar ropa, pedí un upgrade y la señorita de recepción aunque tenía disponibles no pudo o no quiso ayudarme aunque la opción decía que se aceptaban niños en esa área, una cabaña para 3. No nos dio dio la opción. Cuando hicieron el servicio en el cuarto solo cambiaron toallas y no hicieron las camas, el servicio en el restante la quinta los meseros pésimo servicio, se les olvidaban las cosas, era bufet y los mesero comiendo del los alimentos, jugando entre ellos y en sus teléfonos.

Que al intentar reservar una cabaña de 4 habitaciones me habían dado 5 habitaciones de hotel, y después de negociarlo con Bosque Escondido, nos dieron 3 cabañas, booking debería de advertir cuando no cumplirá con lo que se ofrece en la foto que vemos, la foto de publicidad es de una cabaña grande, jamás mencionan que son habitaciones de hotel Bendito Dios se resolvió y la pasamos genial, pero el mal momento vivido...quién me lo quita???

- Hector (7/5): Great location but needs to be taken care of more... - We have been here before, we like the location since it is like 5 minutes to the center of the town. It is very peaceful, we always loved this location...but....see below what we did not like... Town is great, since it is very beautiful, food is great, we liked the weather and the people are super nice. Well we have been to this location like 2 times before, it was well taken care of but this time we have noticed a bathroom lamp like just tilted like if it will fall down....the worst part is that we could not use the jacuzzi since the curtain is very thin and at night you can see thru from outside which made it uncomfortable to even use the jacuzzi :-( this time we did not get a nice view, we had a view of the back part of the cabins.....

- Edralyn (6/5): - The location was great as it was near the plaza. But at night, when coming from the plaza, you could not see the entrance to the resort very easily. It was dark, and Bosque Escondido was not well-marked from the main road. The road leading to the resort is very bumpy. There is no Wi-Fi in the rooms, and you must go to the lobby to use the internet. The showers had good water pressure, and the hot water was great, but be aware that water spills from the shower to the rest of the bathroom. There is no thermostat in the rooms, so there's no heat or AC. Additionally, the accommodations are not ADA compliant, so please be cautious if you have a wheelchair or difficulty walking. The resort is quiet, and the staff is friendly. There is complimentary coffee and water in the rooms and are very spacious. No Wi-Fi and heater/AC in the rooms.

Se nos terminó el agua de tomar y nos vendieron el agua para poder hacer el cafe, la habitación no fue cómoda. El personal muy malo cero actitud de servicio.

- Francisco Jassiel (8/5): Bueno para una escapada de fin de semana. - Bastante cómodo, si tiene privacidad, tiene buena vista al bosque, y ofrece varios servicios adicionales. Para una escapada de fin de semana en pareja no está nada mal. Le hace falta por lo menos un frigobar para tener una que otra bebida fresca a la mano. El suite que nos tocó si difiere al de las fotos ya que el balcón no es independiente si no parte del acceso a la habitación. La tv por cable fallaba seguido. Y la atención en recepción muy seca, un poco mejor de animo creo que no estaría de más.

- David (10/5): Fin de semana familiar - La ubicación, las habitaciones son nuevas y muy tranquilo, excelente vista Lo único que puedo decir que no cambiaron sabanas y almohadas (todavía había cabellos de huéspedes anteriores) y las toallas se veían qué estaban mucho tiempo sin usar. En conclusión lo único es que deben de tener sábanas, almohadas y toallas para nuevos huéspedes, por lo demás excelente
