My Place needs to look after him he is so thoughtful and helps without asking and listens!! what a concept in these days of lack of personal service. We used to stay at My Place in Billings MT when they first opened then prices went up. now there is competition and prices lowered so are coming back. Wish there was a shuttle as the Billings Airport is a non service airport if your flight arrives after midnight or leaves early. and there is NO security after midnight!!!! with no taxis or ubers! Security told us when we enquired after one of these events that "we only get paid up until midnight" Super scary as a female abandoned passenger. you can be left stranded with no transportation; no security and rude Hertz rental car for $100 to get you out of the airport to a hotel. Just FYI

- highsocietyh (2/5): Use As Last Option - Avoid if you can. Modern day flop house. Witnessed several irregularities on and around the property. Never felt like my property was safe on the grounds. Staff indifferent to concerns like guests wandering around lot looking in vehicles. Went to my commitment in Billings. Came back and within 5 minutes checked out without using the room due to noise down the hall and a view of truck driver soliciting an "escort". Cancelled my next day plans and headed back home.

- Alaskan_Pineapple (10/5): Highly Recommended. - Highly recommend. We made the unfortunate mistake of booking a very shady motel nearby (Motel 6 South) we drove by it and left out of safety. When looking to book something we could actually stay in My Place popped up, we checked it out first before just booking, absoultely great decision. This place was great, friendly staff, safe area, clean inside and outside, clean and well put together staff, rooms were perfect. No concerns. We also felt safe leaving our car in the parking lot. The atmosphere was very warm and inviting. For the price of the room and the peace of mind the value was excellent. It was so quiet in the hotel it was hard to even tell there were other guests. The staff was also really great about accomadating everything you needed, and the amenaties were everything you look for at hotels.

Room was clean except the refrigerator could have used a wipe down. It looks too me like this hotel is great for its handicapped accessible and hearing impaired rooms. Also, looks like it is great for longer stays like out of town construction workers. There's little 2 burner kitchenettes and full sized refrigerators. So if you book before leaving home maybe bring some pots or pans to cook. Price is great for what you get. Oh! There's a bottle opener on the side of counter. It's good when they think of everything,

- K6480PZwhitneyh (2/5): Literally, a shi##y stay! - I checked in on business, and when I arrived, the front gal tried to tell me that I needed to pay for the stay, when the stay was reserved initially through my agency. I came to the conclusion that there had been a change in management since I had initially booked. We resolved that issue. The following day, I came back to my room to find a potent smell, and someone else’s unflushed poop in the toilet. I felt that someone may have also vandalized my belongings or did something gross to my toothbrush. Anyone with a brain could conclude that this was a malicious mischief act from someone who disliked the police. I advised the manager and despite moving me to a different room, he didn’t seem to care, nor did the general manager. I asked for a refund, as I felt targeted by the employees of MyPlace. I will never go there again!

However we find out that this does not mean it comes with breakfast - it means they have little breakfast items that you can pay for and warm up.

They did end up moving us to another room (which was a pain when you have a child, packing everything back up) but in that room the tv did not work either. There were homeless people living in their camper in the parking lot. The only nice thing about the area was there were restaurants all around which made it convenient

The clerk was more occupied with talking to staff than me. The upstairs person was banging around so much that my husband finally called the front desk and they quickly took care of the problem. It was nice to have a full fridge and ice right in our room.

Upon returning my foot and then moving it on the mat I was able to see all of the crud that stuck to my foot from the floor. It was there on the white bath mat.

- Danyelle (1/5): Bad - We were moving with a 26 ft Uhaul and auto transport. We booked online and when we arrived reception told us there's no truck parking. We could park behind the hotel in an abandoned, unlit parking lot. Additionally, while in the lobby waiting for my husband, I witnessed a man come to the counter to report two work truck break ins where tools were stolen! He wanted to speak with management; there's not one on sight! We asked for a refund and after two attempts in two days by us and Booking.com to resolve the situation we're told corporate said No refund! We travel frequently; worst customer service EVER! The Best Western Plus down the street was AMAZING! We stayed there and highly reccomend it for exceptional rooms, service and breakfast!

- kcadventure (10/5): Awesome, in our time of turmoil - We recently stayed at the Hotel for two nights as our vehicle was being repaired, and found the staff and GM Adam, to be inexpensive, exceptionally accommodating, and friendly. The room was very clean and had a full complement of Kitchen essentials, like a full electric stove, full refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We will be staying here on our next trip to Montana, and I will be checking out the Freestone (non-runoff) streams in the area. TY, Dave, and Brenda
