- Brian (8/5): - Close to city, airport and attractions. Toilet and shower "cubicle" was very small. If you are on the larger size, there is hardly any room to move, on the Toilet, or in the shower. Everything in the cubicle gets wet. The floor in the toilet side fills with water. We had one complimentary Continental Breakfast, which you made yourself, which was very nice, a lot to choose from. Staff are very helpful and friendly. They have machines for drinks and snacks, and a servo next door for anything else.

- Sandra (4/5): Disappointed - The room was very small , for someone with a walking problem, not enough room to walk around. No comfortable chair/s to sit in. You have to sit on bed. The bathroom is very small and not disabled friendly. Water would run out of the shower onto the floor in front of the toilet. Yes, a slippery when wet sign was noticeable, but this also makes it dangerous for people with walking problems. As well as the step that is there to access the bathroom. Wasn't offered a different room till later that night. Even thou the receptionist saw us walk in and how my husband disability affected him.

Some external garden lights were not working so very dark making your way on foot with luggage to entrance. Bring an extra pillow for TV comfort in bed.

The room had towels and soap, and the bed was pretty comfortable. The floor was a bit dusty and I kept finding hair in the room. One of the nearby rooms had a smoker so the hallway usually smelt pretty rough. The little bar fridge in the room was very old, so it was quite noisy and would sometimes freeze my food and other times the little freezer section would drop on my food. The heater and aircon was very old and dusty as well, so I didn't use it much, mostly because it smelt a bit and gave me hayfever.

- Maria (5/5): Fair price but lack of care and cleanliness - Location was close to our event, room was affordable for last minute booking, lots of availability Unfortunately we had a top bunk bed with just a top sheet that had a lot of tiny dead black bugs, looked like no one ever checked the top bunk between stays if it wasn’t used. There was a brown blanket given, that had a clear smudge stain of some sort. Walls were dirty with smudges, also shower head was on the floor and not attached. Corner of ceilings all had spider webs, heaps of tiny dead bugs on top of the mirror.
