Guest Reviews
- Ruhnawaz (4/5): - Leider ich nicht zufrieden
- Armen (4/5): - Firstly I booked the hotel thinking is close to the airport but found out its18 km by taxi.
They charge on their rate of exchange and not the bank's,which is something 10%less...
Overall stayed 1 night and don't recommend, its really not justifying for the value.
- Xikui (2/5): - Extremely poor conditions, no tower, no paper cup, no hand tower, dirty hot water.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Geen aanrader - Niet aan te raden. Niet schoon. Heel erg gehorig. Vies.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Excellent location, excellent value for money, but the hotel is showing its age - not so clean and not many facilities.
- Hassan (6/5): - Toilet not good
- Bashar (2/5): - Bad more than you will imagine. Not clean !
- NIKITA (8/5): Nirmal - Good for 12 hours!
- John (2/5): - No towel in the room, soap in the bathroom was used, overall I have stayed in dive motels that were cleaner than this place. The room smelled like smoke all night like it was next to a cigar lounge. Worst hotel experience I have ever had.
- piratehunter (4/5): Dirty and poorly managed - Although the hotel is in an impressive building, it is very poorly managed.
Not only did our room had big stains on the carpet floor, but the floor was not hoovered after previous guests.
The table lamp had electrical problems - part of its wire was wrapped in hand insulation. Trying to switch it on resulted in a short circuit, after which all the electricity in the room went off.
At 2pm a staff member was trying to wake up the guests in the neighbouring room by ringing the room bell around 20 times. This woke up all the guests in the corridor, including us. As we only had four hours to sleep till our flight, such inconsiderate behaviour disturbed our stay significantly.
It is the first time we faced such service standards in the UAE. It is a real pity. I do hope they change the management.
- ??? (4/5): - 2 star
- SHAKHBOZ (8/5): - The hotel average 2-3 days-stay-place but hotel staff are the best. Especially Mustafa at the reception is very friendly and helpful guy.
- daniele (8/5): - Comodo hotel in aereoporto
- Enrahim (4/5): - Old and terrible place.
- Elad (2/5): - To start it was 45 min drive from the airport not 15 in the check in they give me a key for a room that was all ready occupied. When I got in it was a big mess because the people there was in bed so I came back to the front desk and got a different room it was really dirty ,The smell was horrible and there was no towels. I spent maybe two hours there and went back to the airport.
- Eiman (10/5): - Everything perfect
- Wael (2/5): - Very unprofessional, the rooms are dirty, no help regarding anything.
- Talik (2/5): - worst hotel i have experienced in the UAE
- shivraj (2/5): - no wifi , no help by staff..
- Indika Nilmini Swarnamali (2/5): - Customer treatment is very bad, no internent, whenever any service is requested no response from the staff until the 2nd reminder is given. Will never select this place in our future visits
- MANPREET (2/5): - Room to totally different from pic shown
- mrb515 (2/5): They’ll Rob You - The worst experience in Sharjah. Probably the worst hotel too! The Filipino receptionist, literally stole my money. When confronted, he started denying it saying: I gave you back your money. So I asked him to open the CCTV recordings, he said the cameras were not working lol.
Don’t recommend this hotel. Bad receptionists, bad oder, and they will rob you!
- Ali (4/5): Failured by the receptionist - Difficulty to access due to my phone has run out battery.
- Ilyas (2/5): - Arrived at the property after long journey just to be told by a rude receptionist that your booking been cancelled which was not the case as I had booking with Expedia two months in advance. After waiting half an hour surprise surprise he had a room available but at a higher rate. Expedia customer support was useless too as they never resolved anything. This hotel would not even provide towels. Avoid this property at all cost!
- johnrW6305CX (4/5): Pretty dirty. Cleaning is easy - why not do it? - The rooms are just dirty - not just old but dirty. In a place where cleaners are paid $500 a month just hire some more cleaners and deep clean the rooms. The carpet seemed to have gum stuck in it which has gone black over time.
The hotel isn't that close to the airport.
- Timur (8/5): - For one night stay between flights it is ok
- Jaskaran (8/5): - This hotel had everything we needed for a brief 12-hour stay before flying out from Sharjah airport. The food we ordered from the chef to the room was absolutely amazing and worth the money. The room we stayed in was a bit small but it got the job done, which is all we expected for the price. I recommend this hotel for anyone staying in Sharjah for a few hours before commuting elsewhere.
- MAMADOU (2/5): Hôtel à fuir - Je n'ai jamais vu une chambre aussi sale et mal entretenus de ma vie.
Je déconseille fortement.
- Nauman (2/5): - It is an absolute non-maintained property with exceptionally old and outdated furniture and fixtures, worn out towels and linen, no comfortable dining options. Property needs a complete overhaul and make over, owners didn't upgrade anything in last 20 years I believe.
- Juan (4/5): - Property is really 4 minutes to the airport, which is perfect for an early morning flight. Unfortunately The room had a bad smell, it was old and not well takem care of.
- 181adelm (2/5): sharjah airoprt hotel - one of worst hotels ever
so filthy and very bad smell and the furniture is bad old ..no service at all .
if u hate some so.much tell him to go and stay there
you just cant imagin how oweful
i do not recommend any one to stay there
very basd hotel with all means

- kellye (4/5): Close to the airport….but no frills - First room smelled of smoke. Second room had a horrible bed than didn’t fit properly on the mattress frame. No extra outlets in the room. Had to BEG for towels for my son and for the bathroom floor. I was not allowed to have an extra towel to dry my long hair. No hot water for showers. Our view was ground level into a courtyard with building construction debris/materials. We had an early morning flight. So, I can’t speak about breakfast. The only reason to stay at this hotel is its proximity to the airport.
- Randy (4/5): Horrible Accomodation - Extremely disappointed with our booking at the Sharjah International Airport Hotel. The check-in attendant was courteous and welcoming, although when we arrived to the room the experience turned horrible. The bathroom had water all over the floor, the shower was full of rust and chips, and the toilet looked as if it hadn't been cleaned. The carpet in the room was so stained and dirty that we refused to remove our shoes. The bed had a few stains on the sheets as well. I would never let any of my friends or family book this hotel. We are Silver Status on Hotels.com and the only benefit of booking this location was the free stamp towards a free night. Can't wait to leave. To their credit, the front desk attendant actually gave us another room after voicing my displeasure, but that room was just as bad. My wife and I both slept in sleeping bag liners (as we are travelling for a year) to avoid contact with the bedding.
- OMAR (4/5): - Cheap relatively
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Old and not well maintained
- Mazhar Iqbal (6/5): No WiFi Signals but Overall fine - It was average
They relaxrd my checkout Thanks to them
There was guy jn evening time from Pakistan on 13 May did not help me a bit
No water pressure he fixed in washroom
No Wifi signals were coming he said you have problems only no customer complained I said change room he got angry 😡 and said if I change you will again say no signal Coming I mean his behavior was too rude and did not help a penny
Anyway rest room was ok
- Verified traveler (6/5): - There is a Nice Indian restaurant in the hotel....
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I didn’t get the booking
- Verified traveler (6/5): Worn down but close to the airport - Bekvämt nära sharjah flygplats. Är väl egentligen enda anledningen att välja detta hotell. Ganska nergånget o slitet. Finns inget annat i närheten
- Florence (6/5): Good hotel friendly staff - Great place good value fr money service easy walk to the airport !! Will come again.
- Laurent (10/5): So convenient for Airport Transits - Check in process was easy and the stay was very convenient since i had some hours at the airport to kill and could get some extra sleep here. Extremely convenient for spending few hours at the airpot before your next flight!
- Mohamed (2/5): I didn't feel anything like am a gold member - Overall it's bad and I will never try again to stay there
- 441rahafc (2/5): Disgusting hotel - The staff are not friendly.. They even told me that if I don't like I can leave now.
Bed sheets had pubic hair and stones, they did not want to change the bed sheets because they only have one for each room.
We are three people and we took an extra bed when we asked for an extra bottle of water they said no only 2.
The toilet was used by someone and not flushed. There was no tissue
Sink and water tap were also dirty.
We don't have a telephone in the room because they said this room has no phones and I checked another room that was the same too.
Floor is dirty
Also we found old bread in the cabinet..
- Colin (6/5): - WiFi was very bad - kept disconnecting
Room had a chemical smell - asked to move rooms but they didn’t move me
They added on extra taxes (20 aed) that wasn’t included in the Expedia quote
Table lamps in room didn’t work
TV remote control was broken
- Armeniaontours (10/5): Smart gate experience at its finest - When you will use the airport that have smart gate. surely you wont miss sharjah international airport and their walkway and food court are some of the best part of this airport. it easy to go to where you want to go becuase of signages that truly a tourist friendly.
- kikib182 (8/5): Convenient Airport - If you are in for a long transit, you can check into the Business Lounge for a fee of US$30. They offer unlimited drinks and snacks and good buffet. Alcohol drinks are only served twice per person but if your friend doesn't want to drink, then you can get it too. You an relax here for 3 hours with wifi. But if you need a long sleep, head to the hotel and get a room or dormitory. The charge is like US$30 for 6-8 hours.
The airport also has food court with several cuisines. There's also a decent duty free shop.
- Verified traveler (2/5): #Mistake - We have a not so good experience in this hotel. Our door was forcibly opened by hotel staff even if its double locked inside. They have given our room to another guest, i think by mistake. And when the other guest was unable to open it, the hotel staff forcibly opened it. I shouted at them the first time and said we are inside. After a while, they forcibly open it again. I called the receptionist and says it was a mistake from them.
The hotel is near the airport but you still have to take a taxi if you are going to the airport. Fare is ranging from 17 to 20 aed from the hotel. We just stayed here because we have an early morning flight to catch.
- Aswathgopal (4/5): Unpleasant Experience - Over crowded and too conjusted - Arrived early morning at 06.00 am with my wife and infant , airport was too crowded and its even a challenge to walk towards the passport control as the pathway is filled with people waiting . Passport control or immigration was another night mare where there was only 05 or 06 counters and there were 100's of travellers waiting in the queue, most frustrating part was that there was no seperate kiosk for families with infants and i can see that lot of babies were crying becoz of the long waiting. I have to literally run around the whole airport to find a luggage trolley and there were many passengers but not enough trolleys.
Airport is in a good location but the infrastructure needs to be upgraded to handle the increasing volume of passengers.
- profantinori (4/5): Just for 1 night - Well... It is a "Just for one night hotel". As you will see in the photos the service is like they were on strike.. LOL.. One towel, no glass in the toilet, not handler in the tab,.. so if you are my age... very difficult and dangerous to have a shower there because you can slipp and fall down!! The service is like the were always waiting for a tip. And yes.. it it regular quite. The restaurant brings your food UNCOVERED!! So dust and everything could fall on your food on the way from the restaurant to your room. Breakfast is not included. I asked the reception to wake me up... THEY FORGOT!!! LOL... Fortunately I put my own alarm but... if I didnt... I would have missed my flight!! It is the Airport hotel for God sake!!! Very upset. Ok Summarising: It is a 2 star hotel with a very poor quality service.
- Msafiri254 (6/5): Small, cozy... close to SHJ International Airport. - Stayed one night due to early flight. First room allocated had a horrible smell, I requested another, they obliged me.
Rooms are tired, musty, smelly. The aesthetics would appeal to an artistic person. Wall to wall carpeting which is not properly vacuumed. Housekeeping must be cutting corners. Bathroom has rusty faucets, dodgy brownish water.
It's all bearable due to Airport proximity.
Redemption? A la carte breakfast. I was pleasantly surprised by the good quality and taste, even better than that of the 4-star hotel I'd stayed in Dubai airport.
I wouldn't come back though.
- mohammadi32 (8/5): Sharjah International airport - One of the good airport in UAE. They facilitate the passanger with a good manners and moral ethics. They have a sufficient Duty free and they have thier own airline by the name Air Arabia. Which give 200 destination direct and connecting flights.
- mohamedhE3323DY (8/5): VERY CALM PLACE - Short visit with very nice memories , near to the sharja airport and near to dubai , very nice resturant with multiple choices and very reasonable prices , nice parking space , rapid check in and check out . Very nice Hospitality , but small rooms . Free wifi
- Verified traveler (2/5): TERRIBLE AND VERY DIRTY - My experience was terrible, the worst hotel and place i ever went to.The room was VERY DIRTY and dusty. Carpets full of dirt, bed sheets were dirty and very old. The toilet sink was blocked and leaking. There was no soap, tissues, water kettle, fridge ,slippers.. nothing was available. water heater was not working in the bathroom the shower water was cold . the bedside lights were not working..
- ian (2/5): It was convenient - First room had to ask to be moved. No hot water and a trickle. Second room shower worked but hopeless. Fortunately we were able to shower at work. No plug in sink or bath. Bath peeling. No glasses for tooth brush and toothpaste although the holders were there. Had to ask for a loo roll. Housekeeping non existent. Towels like tissues. We asked for an early wake up call. Although it sounded like it was ringing at reception the phone in the room wasn't working.
- abeer (8/5): Just what I need for a business visit - Great location as so near to the airport , certainly the best price you can get in Sharjah for such a service .. employees are so professional and extremely kind
- Verified traveler (2/5): Don't Stay Here - Rusty tap, water brownish, room dirty. Do not stay here. An old and run down hotel. Pay a bit more and stay somewhere else
- MayaHafiz (2/5): Will not stay here again - We stayed for 1 night on 30th Dec as we had an early morning flight from Sharjah Airport. The taxi fare to the airport from hotel was Dhs17.
Check-in was quick but cleanliness of the room left to be desired. Room was old and dirty, tap rusty and water coming out was brownish. Had to run the water for almost 2 hours but water was still brownish.
Bed uncomfortable and pillows definitely in need of replacement.
This is an old hotel in serious need of refurbishment.
The only good thing was we ordered room service and the food was good and tasty.
Do yourself a favour, pay a bit more and stay at a decent hotel
- Verified traveler (8/5): Reasonable Airport Hotel - I stayed here for 2 days since I had client meeting at the universities 10-15mins away from hotel. The hotel was very reasonable for the amount I paid. I didn't really use any amenities except the Wi-Fi which was decent and the ironing box.
- Edilberto (2/5): Don't be a cheap skate like me..lol - Dirty floor, entire room just looked old and dinghy. Not to mention there wasn't a toilet seat on the toilet. Paid 30 Durham extra for the continental breakfast which ended up being garbage, and no elevator. Tried cutting corners to save a few bucks, never again, at least not dubai and not at that hotel.
- Enzo hashem (2/5): Gm of hotel very rod , we pay for room , no shower - i travel 60 times a year every where around the world , i didn't see some one like GM of the hotel . there is no shower in the room smell very bad air con no working . and no brake fast , all must like jail ,we trust and pay for the room , and also they hold our pas port . we wake up we want to get shower , no tab , no shampoo, that mean they know there is no shower , in the room , and we want to talk to GM in the morning he refuse to talk to us and he refuse to say sorry our give us discount . i really don't know why they have to have some one like him as GM
- Verified traveler (6/5): - pleasant and relaxing
- Abdelaziz (6/5): humble hotel in good location - the hotel is very close to Sharjah Airport and Sharjah education city where AUS & UoS located. But it lacks things like elevator to second floor, restaurant or other facilities. The room was clean except the carpet which is so old and full of stains
- arvind (2/5): No internet facility no international TV facility - I have booked this hotel becouse of the service so that I could not get bore there .there was no internet in my room no international TV facility has been provided
- Verified traveler (6/5): not bad - good
- achuThiruvalla (10/5): Nice Medium Hotel - It's one of the Cheap and Best Hotel in shariah. Me stayed 4 days their with my wife and two children.Nice staff with good behavior.Near to Sharjah International Airport is an added advantage.Highway is easily accessible from there.Any way it's good for those who are looking for budget hotel in sharjah.
- abedubai (10/5): Excellent value for money. - Amazing place, walking distance from the hotel. Beautiful lobby and very good rooms. Newly renovated. Staff are friendly and goes the extra mile to make you comfortable. The rates are very affordable and is a fraction of what comparable hotels charge. Not part of international chain so the charges are reasonable. They even cleaned my car for free!
- athulk2014 (8/5): Renovated hotel - The hotel under the new management is a totally different place as it has undergone total renovation. One would not recognize the place anymore! I was pleasantly surprised. The rooms are four star standard and the Lobby is very impressive.
- maliktariqm (8/5): better and affordable - Its a better and affordable hotel having all the required essentials and having best location especially if you are on the transit time . its just near airport . it has very delicious food all the time avaiable especially indian food is very good. Its rooms have very nice aesthetic sense in decoration.
- LoiusW (2/5): Just Say No... - The level of service was terrible, particularly the bellboys. I might never come here unless it’s free. I expect much better service with some peace of mind. The interiors of the building were rusty, higher-level where you may see all the way down to the lobby space, not pretty the least bit.
- PGupta79 (2/5): pathetic place to stay - photo posted here is not of the hotel.. the actual hotel is too small. stayed there for five days. definite no-no for anyone thinking about staying here
