• Yuki (10/5): - パラダイスシティでのカジノ旅には最適な宿の一つ。パラダイスシティまでは徒歩で5分程度、周辺にはコンビニも多く、部屋は広く、キッチンや洗濯機、大型冷蔵庫に加え、アメニティも一通りあり。ドライヤーからの風が臭かったのと、バスタオルがあればよりよかった。
• MITSUYUKI (8/5): - 6連泊したが、清掃に一回も入らない。ゴミ袋を持っていたので良かったが、ゴミの処理が解らなかった。電子レンジ、ポットはある。ガスは使えない。トイレはウォシュレットではない。ゆっくり過ごしたい方、連泊時は朝は昼過ぎまで寝ていられる。カジノまで徒歩で１０分位でいけるので便利。カジノで朝帰りしてもゆっくりできるのは良かった。また機会があれば利用したい。日本語の案内もあると助かります。

• SEONG CHUN (6/5): - 룸 컨디션은 보통 수준였으나 아침 공항 기위해 나섰으나 엘리베이터가 고장나11층서 짐 2개을를 비상계단으로 가지고 내려왔고 1층은 누수로 전체가 물바다가 된 상태였던 정말 최악의 아침였습니다!

• Barbara (6/5): Not a Hotel Experience - This is more of an AirBnB. It is an apartment in a building near ICN, with no front desk or traditional check-in process, and definitely not a hotel. While the owner was helpful with transportation questions and the room was adequate, the bedding and mattress are old and worn, and there was hair in the bathroom on the floor and toilet.

• HIDESHI (8/5): 少し残念 - 　ルームアクセスコードが宿泊当日PM2:00に送られてくるとの案内でしたが、実際はPM15:00過ぎに送られてきました。フロントサービスがないとのことで受信するまでの間不安を覚えました。 　4泊目からトイレ・シャワールームから異臭が漂hってきた点が残念でした。 　以上の2点を除けば電子レンジ、ケトル、洗濯機もあり室内で食事、洗濯もでき大変快適に過ごせました。 ありがとうございます。

• masato (6/5): 微妙な部屋 - 部屋の割には割高感しか残って無いです。 ルーム玄関キーも4桁番号入れるも中々初め開かなく、最初に空番号を押してから4桁と部屋に入るまで30分間部屋違えてる？など何度も押したりで散々でした。 21泊と長期だったのでシーツや清掃などなどあればまだ良かったかなと。 水回りは古くて1日平均で1万円オーバーの価格では無い宿泊先でした。

• Yuya (8/5): - 空港、パラダイスシティの直ぐ側です。ホテルのレセプションは無く、メールで部屋番号と暗証番号が送られてくるのでそれに従い入るだけです。チェックアウトも無く、時間までに出ればOKです。 部屋は物凄くキレイということはないですが、よく見ると髪の毛など落ちてますが、ゲストハウスという名前の通りでしょう。 空港でトランジットの間だけ、パラダイスシティだけとい人には最適です。

There are restaurants , a convenience store , parking lot in the building and everything you need in the room. The ocean view from the room is fantastic ! • 현수 (10/5): - 홍콩 공항에서 예정보다 한시간이 연착되서,인천공항에 짐 찾고 나오니 밤12시 였습니다 .다행히 무료순환버스가 3층에서 24시 12분에 있어서 타고 왔습니다. 방은 넓고 쾌적하고 , 야경도 일품이었습니다. 이국적 분위기의 신더바 에서 피쉬 앤 칩스 와 생맥주로 출출함을 달래고, TV 시청후 취침하고, 다음날 오전11시까지 쉬다가 방에서 나왔습니다.기분좋은 여운이 남는 숙박 이었습니다 . 기회가 되면 다시 방문하겠습니다 .

• So young (10/5): - 원래 후기 같은거 귀찮아서 안 쓰는 편 인데, 감동을 전달하기 위해 , 오랫만에 펜을 듭니다 ! 결론부터 말 하자면, 가성비가 으뜸인 멋진 숙소였습니다 !! 10점 만점의 11점 입니다 !! 인천공항 도착이 늦은 밤 으로 지연되는 바람에, 나리타 공항에서 출발전에 급히 하룻밤 쉬어갈 곳을 찾아서 예약했습니다. 구글맵에 1터미널부터, 2km 찍혀서 걸어가도 될 거리였지만 , 예약한 즉시 관리자가 무료셔틀로 찾아오는 법을 자세히 적어서 이메일로 보내주었고 , 안내에 따라서 쉽게 찾아올수 있었습니다. 셀프체크인이라서, 방 번호와 비밀번호를 가지고 자유롭게 입장할수 있었고, 12층의 야경이 멋진 방 으로 배정해주었습니다. 방도 디럭스사이즈로 매우 큽니다. 어림짐작 실면적이 33제곱미터는 넘어보입니다 . 깔끔하게 정리정돈 되었고 , 어메니티도 풍족하게 있어서 , 사용하면서 기분이 좋았습니다 . 그리고 최근 잇따라 숙박업소 화재사고로 인해 , 화재설비가 민감한데 , 객실내 소화기, 완강기, 스프링쿨러는 물론이고, 복도도 넓고 , 복도 끝에 야외로 연결된 피난계단도 넓게 되어, 있어서 , 특급호텔 그 이상으로 안전하다는 느낌을 받았어요 . 창가 테이블에 앉아 , 올라올 때 1층 편의점에서 구매한 캔맥주와 스낵을 즐기다 잠자리에 들수 있었습니다 . 침구와 매트리스도 아주 편안했어요 . 다음에 인천공항 이용시에 , 주저없이 이 숙소를 선택할 것입니다. 그리고 일본에 있는 지인들에게도, 많이 알리겠습니다. 일익 번창하십시오 !!! 감사했습니다 !!
• Kazufumi (10/5): - パラダイスシティ、カジノへ徒歩10分くらい、仁川は初めてだったのでホテルに着くのに迷った、フロント？最後までわからなかった。 予約すると英語で案内が送られてくる、翻訳すると仁川第一ターミナルの大きい白いバス？ に乗れ？ みたいな表現になるので、バスの降りる駅の名前を書いておいてくれるとわかりやすい。 第一ターミナルから無料のシャトルバスで5分程度で着く、ハイアットホテルの次で降りると右手にホテルが見えてくる。 バスは一時間に三本くらい？ある。 ホテルの目印はオリーブ？くらいしか目印がない。一階はコンビニあり。 景色は海が見えて素敵であった。 三人家族でも泊まれそう。 仁川空港からパラダイスシティ駅方面の電車は現在停止されているので注意が必要！ 良かったのでまた利用したいと思う。

• Yan Ven (10/5): - This is the most budget friendly and convenient place to stay if you’re looking for an option to be close to the Incheon Airport. The instructions to get to the place were very clear so it was easy to find. The room is fully equipped with everything you need (washing machine, microwave, kettle). Most importantly is the free airport bus shuttle which is literally 5 mins walk away from the hotel. Highly recommended! I will definitely stay here again!

The building has a convenient store and excellent Indian restaurant. The communication with the hotel manager was always prompt and effective with detailed information on how to get in and how to take the free shuttle. Highly recommended.

• Brian (2/5): THIS IS NOT A HOTEL - When we arrived at Prime Guest House there was no clear hotel signage to direct us to our room because it was in fact not a hotel. Once we were inside, we were met by the Korean Tourist Police on the elevator. They asked where we were staying, and we showed them our hotels.com booking confirmation. They informed us it was “illegal lodging”, and they would have to escort us to the room, document the space, and record our information. When we arrived at the floor, we encountered an unsafe environment with a dirty and unkept hallway and trash bags everywhere. Once in the room, the police took pictures of the space, our passports, and had us fill out a report. It was extremely alarming and stressful. After the police left, my partner and I did not feel comfortable staying somewhere that was not a legal residential space. Due to these safety concerns, we were forced to book other accommodations at the last minute, leaving us scrambling and paying a premium. Needless to say, this was an extremely unsettling experience. The negligence on Hotles.com’s part is absolutely unacceptable. How can a professional site offer a booking on an illegal hotel? It really makes me question their vetting process and I find it hard to believe I will ever use this site again in the future.
• LUIS (10/5): - Nice place to stay There is a tein building crossing street and because i arrived late night in super foggy conditions i went to other one and try to open wrong building same number apartment Luckily the residents were easy and only asked what i want and after showed the reservation they let me go without incidents

• HEEJAE (10/5): 다 좋은데 난방부분만 보완하면 완벽하다고 생각합니다. - 나름 단골고객으로 시간이 날 때 자주 방문하려고 합니다. 모처럼 시간과 기회가 생겨서 예약하고 입실했습니다만. 3월이어도 아직 날씨가 제법 쌀쌀함이 느껴서 난방이 좀 잘 되었으면 좋겠다는 아쉬움이 들긴 했습니다. 그거 빼고는 정말 편안히 쉬었습니다. 늘 신경 써주시고 챙겨주신 거 진심으로 감사드립니다. 여름에는 냉방이 잘 되서 괜찮지만 아직 겨울같은 이런 날씨에는 난방도 좀 해주시연 정말 완벽할 거 같습니다.ㅠ

This is more like a studio apartment rather than hotel, best thing for me was that there was a washing machine in the unit. also 24hr convenience store on first floor was great. The place wasnt pristine clean, the windowsill was dirty like no one ever cleaned it and the bathroom tiles needs some serious bleach cleaning done but usable. They had bath towels unlike other reviewers said was lacking so they do read reviews and update as needed which I appreciate. Would stay again if I need a place near ICN.

• Colin (4/5): - Mould in shower, Air con was poor , room 28 degrees when I arrived late evening, and when I complained about this and other problems I was told I was a complainer. It was suggested that I open the window (quite close to runway) or move to Hyatt.
• Mia (8/5): - My flight arrived very late at incheon. I took a cab to the property, 5000 won, or under 5$. But at normal hours, the free airport shuttle will get you to this stay in 2 short stops. There are many places to eat in and around the building, and a 24 hour CU convenience store on the bottom floor. The location was GREAT for a layover or if you need a convenient place to stay to catch an early flight or arrive on a late flight. Going back to the airport took 5 minutes from my room to catch the free shuttle to terminal 1. The room had everything I needed and was clean. Old and very basic, but clean and convenient. The host was extremely helpful and nice and gave me very good instructions to the room.

• John (8/5): - A good place for a short stay between flights. Was a bit confusing for me finding the place to check in -- not like a normal hotel I am used to staying at. Needed to go to the 7th floor of the office building to one of the units there. After that it was all very easy. Clean, slept well. Good internet connection and okay TV with lots of channels. Manager was helpful and nice people at the convenience store and Indian restaurant (good dinner there!). Very convenience trip from and back to the airport using the free shuttle bus service.

This part of Incheon does not have much going on other than it is very convenient to the airport and partcilularly T1. Very good value for money.

• ROBERT (10/5): Great Clean & Comfortable Overnight Transit Stop - Very near airport and conveniently near bus stop for Airport bus. Courteous complimentary pickup from manager. Nice that restaurants and 24 hour convenience stores were near at building ground level. Simple clean and comfortable accommodation. Inward opening glass shower door definitely designed for slimmer physiques but room itself is quite spacious. Amenities such as toothbrush and tea and 3-in-1 coffee were a nice touch. Would definitely use again when making a late night transit through Incheon Airport as it is very reasonably priced compared to the overpriced Transit Hotel that is inside the airport terminal.
• Verified traveler (4/5): A Guest House that is very difficult to find. - You need to know that the office for Prime Guest House is on the 7th floor in room 719. Otherwise you need to find their e-mail in your spam, use your Korean phone, to call for their shuttle, and hope you can find the shuttle at the huge airport in less than the five minutes they will wait for you. Apparently they do not contemplate travelers arriving at their location under their own power. For these unfortunate souls, even a tiny little sign in the building lobby would save much grief. Otherwise my stay was fine.

Our room had 3 no-frills double beds with all the amenities a group of 5 coworkers might need for a quick turnaround between flights - including a washing machine and a small kitchen set-up. While the air conditioning wasn't super cold and the beds were notably firm, I slept well and best of all enjoyed convenient and timely transportation to the airport for an early AM flight. Also, the staff was very accommodating!
• Meghan (8/5): - Not a bad place but parking isn't free as they state in their ad. We ended up paying 48,000 won
• Steve (8/5): nice transit hotel for overnight - need a transit hotel for few hours. This one fits my need. It is super close to Incheon Airport, and have free airport shuttle bus to/from the airport, although within certain schedule. Also, the owner is super nice to provide all the detail about how to get to the hotel. It is a big help for foreigner like me who knows very little Korean. My checkin time it way pass 11pm, so they send me the passcode and room number for me to do the self-checkin. It is super convenience. The room is a studio, and very specious. It is more than what I need, and the bed sheet is clean. they have two free bottle of water and provides everything you need. For a business traveler, this is more than enough. If you are looking for a luxury, fancy decor, super soft bed, and a bathtub, this is not for you. Go to Hyatt.
