We especially appreciated the RO drinking water tap right in the room, which was convenient and reassuring. We appreciated the complimentary DIY laundry service, which included free washing powder and bags for your freshly cleaned clothes—such a convenient touch! The hotel also offers free ice cream and drinks around the clock, a delightful perk. The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the entire property was well-maintained and spotless. Breakfast was simple but tasty, providing a nice start to the day. Overall, a great experience.

• Dongchen (10/5): - Staff are very nice and helpful, free breakfast, coffee, tea, ice creams and snacks available 24 hours. Room is clean with fancy lighting , bathroom is large and equipped with multiple spray heads. The best is free usage of washer and dry, which is my very first time experiencing. My only complaint is that the dryer is not hot and functioning well.

• SI WEI (8/5): - 有免費停車場，早餐雖然不多，但該有的都有，且很好吃！可能當時去的時候是平日人不多，咖啡飲料機不像其他地方喝起來水水的，是非常濃郁的！冰淇淋雖然是杜老爺，可是莫名的好吃，不像有些會參雜了奇怪的味道。 房間很乾淨，住的是很少有的三人房，可惜床實在太軟了，雙人床兩個人睡，只要一個翻身就會被嚇醒以為有地震，整晚都沒辦法好好睡；洗澡水量很充足、舒服～ 每次來高雄我都必選康橋商旅的分館，免費的迎賓茶點真的是太讚了！

• CHIH LUN (8/5): 感覺不錯 - 本次入住605號房，跟大家分享一下 1.網路上大家都說隔音不好會聽到大馬路上的吵雜聲，住了三個晚上倒是沒有聽到，隔音也沒有大家說的那麼差，不過可能我入住期間的客人不多所以沒有被影響到 2.網路有點慢，但不致於到會一直斷線的程度 3.浴缸算大，但放水的速度稍慢，沐浴乳與洗髮精有分男女，也有洗面乳，但是沒有肥皂 4.冷氣是可以調整溫度的，但若調太低溫就會出現冷氣噪音 5.整體的整潔度我覺得很好，房間的佈局很有家的感覺，對外窗看不到什麼東西，插頭很多，吹風機的風量是大，電視也很大台 6.服務人員超有禮貌，看到人都會站起來打招呼，我回飯店的時候還會說您回來了 7.早餐真的比較弱，沒有水果，但附近有一家包手早餐店，可以去試看看 8.鑰匙只有一隻，如果兩人入住的話會稍微不方便

Our room feels spacious and it has a very big TV with numerous channels. The bed is comfy and clean. Our toilet is the best. It has a bathtub with all the needed toiletries for a couple nights’ stay. Very good indeed. The hotel is about 10mins walk from the Central Park KRT. Please don’t walk with your luggage because it is so tough to pull it along the pathway. Otherwise, all is good!

• En Chu (8/5): - 我不知道房內的請清掃掛牌要掛在房門外，房務人員才會清掃整理，建議櫃檯要提醒客人。還有水龍頭的水溫都上不去，一直在常溫的狀態，晚上洗澡有點冷。 櫃檯人員看到客人進出都會起身，禮貌很好，但是覺得無此必要，因為我沒有趨前詢問事項；不如注意客人動態即可。

• Gerwanese (10/5): This hotel makes you want to stay - While most of the other Kindness Hotels are close to MRT stations, this one is a little bit further away but still within acceptable distance (10-15 minutes walk). It's also one of the smaller hotels of that group. As a result, the food options are a little bit more limited and I thus skipped the late night supper which isn't very exciting for vegetarians (they have mushroom pork buns - why not additionally also offering vegetable buns?) but it's still worth mentioning that they have a complementary food offer at night at all. Their breakfast, while also being smaller than at some bigger Kindness Hotels, is still well above average with several vegetarian and non-vegetarian warm options, salad, fruits, cereals and a few more things I didn't try. Also the all-day supply of drinks, ice cream and some snacks is a big plus. Additional free services include laundry machines (incl detergent) and bicycle rental. The room I stayed in (Deluxe Double) was quite spacious and had a little corridor separated from the bedroom by sliding doors - making it very quiet at night. Bed was comfortably hard like the typical Asian style. The bathroom came with shower and bathtub. I had to ask for soap at the reception (that's unfortunately standard at all Kindness Hotels). Biggest plus of the hotel however is the amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from reception to kitchen staff - and all of them way beyond the usual hotel experience. Staying there for 10 days it almost felt like a big family. Location info: 10-15min walk to MRT Central Park, some bus stations within 2-3 minutes walk, massage place next door, convenience store about 200m away, lots of good restaurants nearby.

Bed was comfortably hard like the typical Asian style. The bathroom came with shower and bathtub. I had to ask for soap at the reception (that's unfortunately standard at all Kindness Hotels). Biggest plus of the hotel is the amazing staff. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, from reception to kitchen staff. Location: 10-15min walk to MRT, some bus stations within 2-3 minutes walk, massage place next door, convenience store about 200m away, lots of good restaurants nearby.
