- Narmein (8/5): Magical - The location is the biggest advantage. It’s right by Jaffa Gate, at the entrance to the Old City. If you’re visiting Jerusalem for religious sites, especially the Church of the Holy Sepulchre, this is one of the most convenient places to stay. You can walk everywhere. The location is excellent, but the room felt small for what we paid.

- Orin (3/5): - המיקום היה מעולה והנוף מהמרפסת מהמם כשהגענו המקום היה נראה לנו מוזר ולא כמו שחשבנו. ציפינו למשהו אחד וקיבלנו בניין בסגנון ערבי וקצת מרתיע. כשנכנסנו לחדר הוא ממש לא היה החדר שראינו בתמונה ושדרגנו בשבילו בתוספת של 200+ שקלים. הקירות בחדר היו מלוכלכים בצבע, היו חורים בתקרה, הברז במקלחת היה תקול ומשפריץ לכל עבר והמזרן במיטה היה קשה כמו אבן. קיווינו וציפינו שבתמורה למחיר הגבוהה ששילמנו נקבל חווית שהייה מושלמת, אבל התאכזבנו ברגע שנכנסנו והתנחמנו בזה שמדובר רק בלילה. בנוסף יצא לנו שלוש פעמים להמתין מתחת למלון בכניסה שיפתחו לנו מעל ל10 דקות, גם באמצע הלילה וגם בבקרים. נכנסנו רק כשהתקשרנו לקבלה ואז ענו אחרי כמה שיחות ופתחו או שבפעם אחרת נכנסנו רק אחרי שהפקיד הכין לו אוכל בסתלבט ללא תשומת לב לאנשים שאמורים להגיע למלון. התאכזבנו ברמות, לא נמליץ ולא נחזור לשם שוב.

Tops is the people who work there & the location. The breakfast is exceptional. We ran the bathroom heater all night & blew a fuse but that was stupidity on our part & the issue was handled quickly.

What truly made our stay special was the friendly and welcoming staff — especially Hanna Awad, who was incredibly kind, helpful, and professional. Thank you for such a wonderful experience. Highly recommended! Unfortunately, the blanket was without a cover, which was not hygienic and made the stay uncomfortable. This should be improved.

Bedroom comfortable and very clean with electric devices coffee, tee, fridge and tv. Bathroom spacious Place in the heart of old city This jewel-building, is located in the best ever place. The building itself is the testimony of the glorious past.. But the stairs isn't the best to keep people fit. It needs to have a lift or something which could help people. Pls make a bit of elementary feasibility study to add a lift

The room was really nice and clean and the bed although it was a bit older, was very comfortable. I had a lovely little balcony looking out over the old city. Remember the building is old - but very charming! The one slight down side was no elevator - and with a heavy bag it was awkward. But in no way would that put me off from staying there again. I loved it!

Overall it is a good value and it's a decent hotel. The rooms are a bit dated and small yet comfortable enough, but there is no elevator which was a bit of a hassle when bringing in the luggage.

La posizione dell'albergo è veramente ottima e facilmente raggiungibile, l'albergo in sé è già qualcosa da guardare a Gerusalemme, ha tanta storia ed è decorato in modo che te la racconta.ha un rooftop mozzafiato e anche le colazioni sono veramente top! - Edith Rose (5/5): Für eine Nacht alles okay. - Lage für uns optimal, direkt an der Altstadt. Ein bisschen wie ein Spukhaus, aber interessant. Phantastische Dachterasse mit wunderbarer Sicht. Der freundliche Wirt, ein Armenier, der uns ein tolles armenisches Restaurant empfohlen hat. Ein grösseres Hinweisschild schon im Voraus, dass für Behinderte absolut ungeeignet. Und ein Hinweisschild, wo sich der Eingang befindet.

- Sasha (7/5): Ужасный завтрак. Отличный отель - Отель-музей. Абсолютно аутентичный, исторический семейный отель, наполненный историческими артефактами, фото, предметами искусства. Удивительной атмосферой. Прекрасные удобные кровати. Кофемашины в номерах!!!! Самый ужасный завтрак, что я встретил в Израиле. 20 салатов такого качества: листья салата и.. много овощей. И..? Где заправка для салатов? Где хотя бы сыр? Не кошерный ресторан. Где хоть что то мясное? Рождество!!! Где рождественский пирог? Овощи и омлет. И плохая картошка. Где горячее молоко? Где вообще молоко? Вместо него сухое восстановленное молоко. Я выбрал этот отель в том числе из за завтрака. Хуже я не видел ничего в Израиле. Я не буду советовать этот отель, если вы берете его с завтраком

- Xenia (8/5): בית מלון קטן עם מיקום מושלם - בית מלון קטן עם מיקום מושלם. נוף מהחלון הכי טוב שראיתי. צוות קבלה מאוד נעים עם מוכנות לעזור. היינו בחדר משפחה והוא פשוט ענק עם מלא מקום לישון. ניקיון טוב. קפה ותה זמינים ומכונת קפה בחדר. צריך לקחת בחשבון שאין חניה קרובה ואין מעלית בתוך בית מלון. מיטות היו לא הכי נוחות ושמיכות קצת מוזרות בעיניי. ביום העזיבה כנראה הצוות החליט שכולם כבר עזבו ועישנו בתוך לובי עם עשן חודר לכל מקום.

First time to this hotel. >The location is very good at the entrance of Jafa Gate, near the market and Mamila shopping center. >Breakfast is good covering all needed and more. Not fancy. >Hotel is very basic but decoration is very authentic and suitable for the place and location. >Room was clean and bathroom was very new. The hotel must take care for few things to make it more welcoming and invite guests to come back. Unfortunatly we won't. Few reasons below and see pictures. First, the NOISE at 6AM is very bad, you can hear everything from the street below, although double glasses were used. See picture. They must be replaced to better quality to noise supresion. We hardly slept. 2nd, maintance of the room is critical for first impression, easpecially when its our first time to this hotel. See pictures. 3rd, you can't write double bed on 1.5 bed, very small...too small and short for tall guys. See picture. 4th, Towels should be replaced with new ones, softer, as those we had are done with their lifecycle, too hard and harsh. 5th,Parking!! - take into account that even with the given 20% discount by the hotel stickers, the nearby parking in Mamila parking would cost you extra 60$ per day and full night with one exit only in the middle. If exit and enter more, then it will cost more. Parking cost us 25% of hotel price per night !! *Pay attention hotel is not accessable, lots of stairs and No elevator.

The location is amazing, it's close to everything and very convenient for visiting the main sights. The staff was very friendly and helpful, and I really appreciate their service. I really enjoyed my time there. Thank you! the bathroom window didn't close properly, and since it was winter, it was very cold both in the bathroom and in the room.
