È stato perfetto perché l’hotel permette l’ingresso degli animali con un extra di 20€ a notte, ed ha a disposizione una sala giochi per i bambini per intrattenerli. Abbiamo provato anche la sauna e la colazione, che era molto varia dal dolce al salato ed era di ottima qualità. Il personale è stato estremamente gentile ed accogliente. Altamente consigliato!

• Roland (8/5): Ein feines Hotel mitten am Pass Lueg - Das Zimmer mit dem Bergblick hat sich ausgezahlt. Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstücksbuffet war hervorragend, eine Auswahl bei der jeder etwas findet. Die Salzachöfen hinter dem Hotel sind einen Besuch wert. Das Bad ist ein bisschen in die Jahre gekommen und die Dusche war sehr eng. Alles war jedoch sauber und gepflegt.

• Elina (8/5): Cute but rather pricy hotel near many hiking routes - The area was cute and the rooms tidy. Excellent breakfast! Howevee gluten free people didn't get any dessert :( The property was difficult to find due to 2 same addresses very close to each other. It was very dark in the evening since the yard had barely any lights. We arrived at 8 pm and the whole place was quiet and dark already. Also pretty impossible to go anywhere at that time due to the darkness.

La chambre a besoin d'un sérieux rafraîchissement : moquette tachée, traces noires sur les murs et....le sèche- cheveux, en pièces détachées et cabossé aurait pu servir à coiffer l'impératrice Sissi!!! • Terry (10/5): - Breakfast and sauna/spa were marvelous! So helpful and supportive. Quiet, clean, and comfortable, rich with history and culture. Some members of the staff were very kind, caring, and supportive. Others were not as warm. I greatly appreciated being given an entry ticket to the spectacular Salzach River Chasm, which was literally outside the door!! My only complaint is that someone was smoking outside of my window for many hours, all evening. I had to keep my window closed until late into the night, and the room still smelled like stale smoke. I am very allergic to cigarette smoke, so this was very unpleasant and kept me from sleeping and from enjoying my room. Shower had perfect water pressure and temperature. It would be nice to equip the rooms with a hot water pot and tea mugs. Otherwise, a lovely stay in a spectacular setting! Thank you so much!

• Aleksandar (8/5): Predivan hotel ali s problemima oko check in prijava nakon 20.00 h - Predivna lokacija uz prirodne ljepote , balkon, ljubazna recepcionerka u jutarnjoj smjeni …. Problemi oko dolaska i check in u 20.30 kad smo dosli medjutim vlasnici su zaboravili ostaviti kljuc u ormaric koji se otvara kodom .. na telefon se jako digo nitko nije javljao tako da smo vrlo lako mogli spavati u autu :-) . U nacelu se nitko nije ni ispricao za ogroman propust .

• Maciej (4/5): We will definitely not return to this hotel, nor would I recommend it to anyone. There are far better options available - The room itself was clean, and the receptionist who checked us in was very friendly and welcoming. During our vacation in Austria, we stayed at several guesthouses, so I believe we have some basis for comparison. Unfortunately, we stayed at this hotel for two nights and our overall experience was quite disappointing. Breakfast – The buffet was poor. There was nothing warm to eat – even something as simple as heated sausages would have made a difference. The cost of the meal was completely disproportionate to the quality, which honestly felt like a joke. Staff left dirty cloths lying around the buffet, and tables were not cleared regularly, so guests ended up eating among dirty dishes and crumbs – overall, quite unhygienic. When arriving for breakfast after 9 AM (despite the buffet being open until 10:30) it was obvious that food was not replenished. Clearly, there is no effort to maintain the quality of breakfast service. Staff behavior – Another major issue was the staff repeatedly trying to open the door in the morning hours, even when it was obvious that guests were still inside. On top of that, there were no “Do Not Disturb” signs available, which meant there was no way to prevent unwanted room service during a short stay. During cleaning, our portable fridge was unplugged and left off for several hours, which caused our food to spoil – very frustrating. Noise and comfort – The hotel is located directly next to a road, which is clearly visible on the booking photos. However, in reality the traffic noise turned out to be quite disturbing – it was impossible to sleep with the window open, and the passing trucks and cars made it difficult to fully enjoy the balcony views. On the positive side, the hotel is transparent about its location and does not hide this in the pictures. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning in the rooms, so during the summer this could be uncomfortable.

Parcheggio a disposizione e arredamento con uno stile tradizionale delle montagne Le camere avevano dei divani che sono stati trasformati in letti facendo diventare le stanze quadruple e triple. Questo non è corretto quando si prenota una quadrupla e una tripla. Colazione a pagamento molto onerosa. Personale poco empatico

• Shlomit (9/5): היתרונות עולים על החסרונות. - מיקום מצוין למטיילים, מספר שבילי טיול סמוכים למלון. חניה פשוטה נוחה. ארוחת בוקר טובה מאד. ביקשנו שקיבלנו קומקום חשמלי וספלים להכנת משקה חם בחדר. לחץ מים קצת חלש במקלחת. מספיק לניקיון לא מספיק להנאה. חדר קטן יחסית ליתר המקומות בהם שהינו באוסטריה.

A szállás tiszta,rendezett, gyönyörű a kilátás a hegyekre, könnyen megközelíthető, nagyon kedves a személyzet. Pár percre található a szállastól a Golling vízesés, amit nem szabad kihagyni. Gluténmentes és laktózmentes diéta a környéken és a szálláson is megoldható, nem jelent problémát.

• Paul (7/5): Origineel hotel in authentieke stijl - Locatie was buiten het dorp en daardoor in een groen en bosrijk gebied. Schitterend uitzicht vanuit de hotelkamer en lunchroom. Naast het hotel had je de Salzachklamm en was voor ons als hotelgast gratis te bezoeken. Locatie was precies boven de tunnel van de provinciale weg en daardoor erg rumoerig vroeg in de morgen. Ondanks er geen Airco is (dat wisten we) was er helemaal geen ventilatie behalve de balkondeur (en daardoor niet stil).

They serve delicious breakfast for reasonable price. The shower doesn’t drain well, it could use some cleaning. Otherwise, it was a comfortable stay for the family.

Výhľad nádherný, jedno mínus bolo, že balkôny nie sú predelené, len nízkym múrom, takže keď sme sedeli na balkóne, tak akoby so susedmi, videli sme na seba, počuli sa navzájom. Riešenie balkónov, predelené len nízkym múrom a cítili sme sa akoby sme všetci sedeli hneď vedľa seba (so susedmi)

• Eva-Maria (10/5): Wunderschöner Aufenthalt und gerne wieder. - Der Blick vom Balkon war unglaublich. Das Personal sehr nett. Der Saunabereich klein aber sehr schön. Das Frühstück sehr gut und extrem vielfältig.
• Marion (10/5): Wir kommen gerne wieder. - Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig und der kleine Wellnessbereich ist toll für Regentage. Die Lage am Paß Lueg und gleich neben den Salzachöfen ist traumhaft. Mit dem Fahrrad kann man hier in kurzer Zeit tolle Ausflugsziele erreichen.

• AuroraFortini (7/5): Troppo caro per quello che offre - Camere pulite, letto principale comodo . staff gentile. No aria condizionata, ma tanto non serve , di notte si dorme bene per le basse temperature. Posizione sopra strada se si hanno le camere da quel lato rumorose. Bagno senza finestra con ventola non funzionante, in doccia un po di muffa, non presente nemmeno una presa per gli apparecchi personali. Metà della suite con moquette. Non presente frigor, né cassaforte. Unica chiave (non è card ma una vera chiave) che apre sia la camera che il portoncino principale , se e' così per tutti allora tutti possiamo accedere alle stanze di tutti. Per essere una suite non conforme a mio avviso a tale livello. Prezzi cari per l offerta effettiva. Non abbiamo usufruito della colazione quindi non posso valutare.
