- Aldo (8/5): - Its an old property. Dont expect too much. The restaurant is good. The rooms are basic, but the ac works fine. Its a std hotel for business travel, on the budget side
- Jose (6/5): - I liked the hotel and the environment friendly but the staff wasn't friendly , they don't even say hello back to us. It seems like he was ready to go home. Everything else was fine.

- omar (8/5): - The location is great it is on the main strip. At the same time there is a lot of traffic on top of that the hallways are a echo to much noise from the outside is pick up in the inside.
Staff was great and informative guards were great help too. I have to say honduran engineering is one of a kind.
- Mairan (10/5): - I love it
- Jacobo (10/5): - Hotel personnel are very helpful. Excellent dining in the hotel.
- Luis (10/5): - Thanks
- Fanny (10/5): - Everything was really nice but when i got there the front desk guy said i had to pay for the second person when i had done already while doing my reservation. Maybe they should be prepared for when the customer gets there avoid this kind of things. At the end he realized it was paid. Besides that everything was perfect
- Gilda (10/5): - Hotel is perfectly located near shops and fast food restaurants. Its very nice specially the pool area. Food was great and staff so friendly. Definitely recommend this place.
- Keilyn (10/5): - I love it was clean
- Carlos (10/5): - I loved
- Carlos (10/5): - I loved
- Jennifer (10/5): - Nice location
- Mariela (10/5): - My boyfriend and I stopped here for a day in Raleigh. A special thank you to the receptionist that helped us to do an early check-in after an overnight flight. We truly enjoyed our stay, however, my only feedback would be communication.
We had 50 lbs bags and were not told that the elevator to our floor wasn't working (we were on the 4th floor!).
We asked the next day and the ladies in reception and apparently there was another functioning elevator across front desk.
- David (10/5): - Great stay. Great restaurant on site. Nice rooms, beds, A/C. Conveniently located.
- Glenda (10/5): - Excellent place to stay
Great staff and friendly
- Ramon (10/5): - Very clean
- Pamela (8/5): - Está bien para pasar una noche
- RENE (8/5): Return from Guate - It was an overnight stay, the room was comfortable, bed was great, breakfast was good, excellent staff, friendly and welcoming, the guard at the garage was very helpful (sorry, I forgot his name), overall I was happy with my stay after a long drive from Guatemala
- Edward (8/5): - The hotel is ok the staff are nice the room was clean, the breakfast was very good, it close to restaurants and the mall
- Orlando (8/5): - This is a very good place to stay. It’s clean although they need to work on the structure, the tiles in the bathroom looked old and lacked maintenance other than it is a good place to stay with your family.
- Jorge (8/5): - Its good. As expected
- Aquina (10/5): - Location is convenient, mall is about 5 minutes walk. La Quinta is always my first choice when staying in la ceiba. Their breakfast is delicious and the fruits are always fresh.
- Tyra (4/5): - Property is pretty run down. Makes me sad ‘cause this was one of the nicest hotels in la ceiba. Lots of work needs to be done to the rooms. The staff were amazing! So kind and attentive.
- Roydina (6/5): - I have stayed at this hotel before which is why I chose to stay here again. This time around; i was unhappy with my accommodation. My room was on the first floor directly infront of the garden and i was given 2 remotes to work my tv. I asked to be switched into a different room that was away from the garden because i noticed alot of bugs crawling in and around my room since it was directly infront of the garden. I was moved into another room however it was still on the first floor just across from my original room which still left me infront of the garden. I specifically asked to not be placed infront of that garden but for whatever reason i was left on that side of the hotel which was pretty far from the main lobby, pool. Im hoping it had anything to do with my black race. Then, i had roaches in my room! I was soo disgusted by this to the point that i started sleeping with the lamp on just incase i had to kill one again. I literally woke up one night to use the rest room and there was a big roach directly next to my bed after i had just killed one in the bathroom prior to going to sleep. Bugs has alot to do with why i asked to not be kept on that first floor infront of the garden. My bed sheets were dirty and had hair on them each day even after housekeeping cleaned my room. Thankfully i always travel with my own blankets and pillow cases for reasosns such as these. I know many hotels dont do a good job at thoroughly cleaning their sheets. Also it just didnt feel safe.
- alex (6/5): - Room was small, no toiletries, almost zero water pressure. Water was kinda warm at best. Parking is not the best, we could have parked in the back lot but we were not told about it. Would not stay again.
- Jacobo (10/5): - Very convenience. You have access to outstanding dining options
- Cheryl (10/5): A fantastic option for the price! - Hidden little gem for La Ceiba. You have to manage expectations— you’re not going to find a 5 star place anywhere in La Ceiba but for the price, this hotel is lovely, clean, the staff is friendly and helpful
- Sierra (10/5): - Able to stop here and sleep before heading to Roatán! Quiet, nice and safe
- Raul (8/5): - The cleanliness
- Liza (8/5): - Both rooms we stayed in had leaks in their bathrooms
- Sheryl (8/5): - I liked the cleanliness and location of the hotel in proximity to the hospital.
- Mayra (4/5): - La habitación olía a cigarrillo, la comida horrible, no tiene parqueo.
La atención del reustarante buena,
- cheri (2/5): - Do NOT stay here! Nice looking hotel but our room was broken into while we were sleeping! Manager said it was a mistake at reception and a key was misprogramed. However, if that was the case, the “guest” would not have tried his key in our door but would have tried the misprogramed key in his own door to find it did not work.
We received apologies from management but were uncomfortable staying after this. Management was not helpful and were perhaps complaisant.
- Gelin (8/5): - I have stayed here a few times, the staff is very friendly, and respectful. The parking has security and they don’t allow people in the property until they verify with guests. The food is good and cost is fair for what your get. Nice little hotel in La Ceiba I love it !
- Luidwin (8/5): - Check in process was smooth and the location was convenient
- Elvin (2/5): - Location it was bad the privacy really bad it’s a door on you room that you can hear everything from the next room it’s not privacy it all.
- Merline (2/5): - The hotel hasn't been updated in decades. The bed was hard as a brick. Room had a square box phone. The fees did not match what the room look like; should be $30 a night instead of over $100! Even the safe was an antique & unsafe. We stepped into a time wrap
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Mal servicio
- Dunia Yamileth (10/5): Great accommodation for the rate! - Very nice place for the price. We will be back again.
- Guillermo (8/5): - the air conditioner not working good
the beds is not confortable, they need to chance to confortable box springs, was is very hard,
- Diego (8/5): - All and all it was a hood stay. The hotel may need a few updates and maybe some repairs on things that are deteriorated.
- Andre (8/5): - PROS: Breakfast definitely a plus (along with restaurant staff); Location; Pool area (can order food and drinks); Refrigerator in room; Onsite parking (limited, but worked for me); Iron and board in room; A/C; Shower water was hot, but bathroom showed it's age; Room was clean, but again (aged); Bottle of water in room; I felt secure while staying here.
CONS: Hotel is a little dated; Front desk staff are a little frigid (need classes in customer care/service); Safe in room was from the "Stone Age" ( not electronic / without key); Gap open under the door to the outside (wasn't sure if something may crawl under the door (nothing a towel couldn't fix).
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Ubicación ideal, cerca de restaurantes, centros comerciales, fácil ubicación y no muy lejos del puerto de cabotaje, para viajeros que visiten las Islas
- Verified traveler (10/5): - 1
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very beet and clean. Fresh and happy
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok hotel in Ceiba - The hotel is ok. Maybe the best you can get in La Ceiba, at least for what is available on Hotels.com. The hotel is clean, for what it is, but the condition is worn. Biggest issue is check-in took forever (30 minutes; if traveling with minors, each has to be registered), and then the rooms they checked us in to didn’t have AC (no batteries for the controls, I think?), so they had to move us to different rooms right away. If this was one time, that is different, but this happens every time my husband stays here. We just stayed here overnight before catching the ferry to Roatan, so it is fine
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I made reservations with Expidia my flight was cancel on American to Honduras , I could not get Expidia to change my reservation for the following day , Expidia suck .
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I make my reservation through this website, and when I get there they gave me the worse room for 3 consecutive nights was a nightmare and they said it was because my reservation was thru you guys. So they never made any change, so the bed and bathroom was in terrific condition. I am not recommended this place no one..
Also they acted like if I was there for free it was shame 😔to stay there and pay al the money they charge for a such a miserable time I spend there specially at nights when it was time to rest in that bed..😡😡
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I always stay at La Quinta Hotel when I overnight in La Ceiba. It has an excellent, reasonably-priced restaurant onsite, staff are courteous and very helpful, Mall Megaplaza is just a few minute walk away, and a delicious, free, hot breakfast is included.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great location. Staff is not friendly, they don’t smile much. There was a discrepancy between my reservation and what they provided. I made a reservation without breakfast but they said all their reservations include breakfast. I’m not sure if this is a Hotels.com problem or a hotel problem, but on the website there was a $6 difference in price. They way they charged me was also more complicated than what I was expecting - they charged me per person instead of the rate I was quoted...I’m still not sure if I paid what was quoted on hotels.com or not.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I extended our stay in the hotel. Staff allowed me to keep the same room and paperwork/paying was quick. Good typical breakfast, the waiters were very nice.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We extended our stay in this hotel. The location is great, access is convenient during the day and even at night through their rear parking garage. Breakfast service was good with nice and polite staff.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - I loved the attention of the staff but especially a waitress. He was awesome, he was in the morning shift and with happy attitude.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Before coming I tried to contact the hotel to be sure they were open due to the pandemic. No response to emails. No answer on phone calls. Their communication is terrible.
- Ivan (10/5): - This Hotel is very convenience, access is very easy in a great location without traffic hazel the rooms are clean, good size and quiet
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very clean, easy check in , free secure parking, nice pool area. Breakfast was typical honduran very good food, but had to ask 3 times f
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Great breakfast and dinner. The pool is fantastic.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Staff, great attention great place, clean, and comfortable
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I like this place when I go To Ceiba. I like the restaurant and crew ,, very charmin
- Belkin (6/5): Bad front desk service - The male that check me in provided great customer service but the females that i had to deal with on the overnight tours were not great. I paid for a double room and I was not provided all my breakfast tickets at the time of check in. I talked to the same female in the morning and she gave me attitude as if in asking for the other breakfast ticket I was asking for something I was not entitle to. She said that it was becuase I checked in alone, but I paid for a double room because its my money and the only thing you have to do its provide the service I paid for. The people at the restaurant were nice and had great customer service. By the way I ended up paying for breakfast out of pocket again just to not deal with that nonsense lady. It was my second and last time staying there, never again.
- JustinG (10/5): - Clean, very hot water, air worked great, comfy firm bed. Will stay at again.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Friendly staff. Great location. I would stay there again.
- Justin (2/5): - The bellman did not come out to get my luggage or open the door for me. The front desk personnel were sitting down and slow to greet me when I walked in. They just looked at me then I said hello and they said hi. I said 'uhmmmm i need to check in!?" The girl then got up and decided to help me. She was very slow and unfriendly. The pool had no water.
- AnabellCordova (10/5): - Great service and clean room. The stafff is very polite and helpfull
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Very disappointed in the appearance of the hotel Not worth what they charge per night . It’s more like a one star rating hotel. The restaurant was also a big disappointment. Would not stay here again or would not recommend to friends and family .
- Verified traveler (8/5): Great but... - Everything was great. The only issue was the dripping shower faucet. Had to keep the bathroom door closed. That sound was torture
- McKela (6/5): - The location is nice - the only thing I did not particularly like was the mold around the shower.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Really good staff very friendly and helpful and pool was great!,,,,,,,,,,,,
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Property was not very clean. In my room was roaches
- AKDude (8/5): - Room was basic and comfortable. Quiet. I was a little shocked how far back in the hotel I had to go. Restaurant was fine, but unexciting. Staff was very friendly and accommodating. Good value for the price, would stay again.
