- Kevin (6/5): Comfy beds, great shower, that’s about it - Very comfy beds, good shower The huge monitors on the front reception desk are not very welcoming. The staff on reception was sitting behind them and didn’t even say anything when we all arrived, we didn’t know anyone was there because we couldn’t see over the monitors. Not a great first impression…Continental Breakfast not available until 7am. Paid for breakfast but wasn’t available before we left.
- ALFRED (1/5): did not stay... drove home instead - Bad experience room not ready for 0ccupation air con and tv controllers missing.. so declined stay as two other rooms offered as alternatives had same problem.. declined stay and was refused refund..
- Con (5/5): Disappointed - Airconditioning worked great. Room was clean. There was no TV remote control. Ask reception for the remote which they kindly gave me but there were no channels I could hook into. Asked reception to assist, never turned up.
Bed was uncomfortable. Mattress needs changing. Sorry people but this doesn't happen often but shouldn't happen at all.
Also no spoon for coffee

- jasvinder (1/5): Don't go there - I want to request a full refund of my stay at Ibis Budget in Casula Liverpool. I have photo evidence of the horrific state my room was in. It was filthy , with mold everywhere. Our bedding was completely stained! Not only that my partner and I felt very unsafe as it was filled with junkies and very odd individuals banging on doors and making weird noises all night. The staff was very cold and did not really care about the bad state of this so called hotel. We have booked with bookings.com and have never experienced such a bad hotel. This should not be advertised or even on ur sight as it is dangerous for families and people wanting to stay there. I’m 5 months pregnant and was made to have a shower in mold , sleep in dirty sheets and sleep in a room with no ventilation and an AC that did not work . Furthermore there was actual shit on the floor in the carpet. There was a blood red stain on the floor near the bed. There was mold all over the ceiling and shower area. There were brown splatter stains all over the bedroom walls. The bathroom was yellow and the air vent was completely clogged with dirt and dust. The room smelt stale , humid and musky . We drove from Adelaide to Sydney that day and were expecting to relax that evening instead we couldn’t due to the state of the room ! We checked out at 0700 the next morning due to how bad it was. If it wasn’t for how late we arrived we would have tried to find something else. But due to the 16hr drive we were exhausted and had no choice.I am more than happy to send photo evidence. If there is an email I can send this too please provide it.
- Ralphen (10/5): Peaceful and clean -
- Sheldrick (5/5): - The Ibis been close to McDonald's & the service station Poor kept roons, undated
- Reshmi (8/5): -
- Scott (5/5): - The ventilation system was on the other side of the wall and was quite noisy
- Pauline (4/5): At $99 a night, I don’t know. - The bed was comfortable, very important for me, needs more pillows though. Well where do I start? There was no remote control for the TV so very quiet night by myself. I contacted Reception only to be told we don’t keep extras, sorry. We can move you if you like would have been nice but no. The drink machine was out of order and they didn’t sell drinks over the counter. The air con was very scary. It was held in with sticky tape, silicone I think and is that mould mixed with the silicone. The power points were also held in with sticky tape. With so many problems the $50 deposit they take in case I did any damage is a joke.
- Rukshana (10/5): - I have told the staff so many times to clean my son’s room. Now one did. We threw all the rubbish and we cleaned his room
- reshma (10/5): - staff exxellent servixe
- Michael (5/5): -
- Mahmoud (8/5): Ibis stay - Friendly staff and helpful. Ideal location . Had an issue with the bed not been made, but staff member was helpful and bought sheets and pillow cases and made the bed for us. Thank you Poor lighting in the room. When we arrived 18th April, 2026 the bed in the room wasn't made and old bed sheets were on the floor.

- Miroslav (7/5): Pleasant overall. - Clean sheets, firm bed. The room could be cleaner, less noisy, hotel easier to enter.
Staff not always available at the reception during business hours.
- Freimanis (9/5): - Everything you would need No negative comments
- Jai (10/5): Great value - Clean good shower Wifi was crap and hard to access
- Susan (9/5): Have stayed here a number of times and find it’s a good location for being close to our family plus it has all we need f - Staff are lovely. Property is clean. Breakfast could be improved on such as fresh fruit and more yoghurt- I only saw a couple of yoghurts there when we had breakfast. Although clean they need more dishes and cutlery. But none of it was a deal breaker or awful. They had a pancake machine and a new coffee machine so are trying to improve. I’m not keen on now having to pay $10 a day for parking. It isn’t secure parking.
- Brian (6/5): Comfortable enough for a 1-night stay - Comfortable bed, good location for our purposes. The bathroom door needs to be anchored & covered with a pelmet.
Air-con was not easy to adjust. Minimal lighting. Fee for parking.
The bed was pushed hard into the corner which made it difficult for one of us to get in & out as we are older people.
Entry & exit had to be via the reception door only.
- ERIC EDWIN (8/5): -
- Rinaldi (7/5): - Clean and close to where I was heading No milk,no soap,no hand towel or face washer. No hair dryer

- Jeff (4/5): -
- Francesco (6/5): Like the hotel , just need to fix the small issues that lets you down - The room is fine for me as there is plenty of room, also the tap in bathroom was loose . You really need to fix all remote controls always have issues with them; last stay could not turn the tv off let staff know
- Essa (10/5): -
- Mina (1/5): Disgusting bathroom with broken tap. Bed was short and uncomfortable. -
- Vangani (6/5): -
- David (3/5): Yucky. - The price would have been ok if I could split it with the cockroaches i sgared the room with.
The bed linen was clean. Cockroaches in bathroom and bedroom. I went to use my towel in the morning and there was a cickroach crawling on it.
The were shelves that fell out when I tried to use them, blinds that wouldnt work and the floor felt like it hadnt been cleaned sine the jurassic period. I felt uncomfortable being barefoot on it so wore shoes the whole time i was in the room.
- Julie (5/5): Location good, no closet space. Bathroom door handle and towel rail damaged. - Booking was flexible so we were ok if the fuel wasn't available.
Location is good. I've stayed 3 times now and this time I was rather disappointed.
The hotel is budget priced but has previously been fine. No closet or spare bedding.
The towel rail was ripped off the wall and put behind the toilet and the bathroom door handle was broken. When I reported the damage the staff didn't know about it.
- Rachel (7/5): Disappointed with how dirty the room was. Staff were nice. - Reception staff were friendly. The room was dirty and had to pay for parking when already paid a lot for tiny room.
- Arbert (7/5): -
- David (6/5): As stated, got the rest I needed but very noisy outside - Check in ladies handled the situation well and were pleasant Very noisy during the night outside of the premises
- Anand (9/5): Exceptional value - Value for money Na
- Amna (7/5): -
- Emma (8/5): Exactly what we needed for a quick visit. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay again - Staff were extremely accommodating, location was great! Very dated rooms, the bathrooms had mould and needed a refurb. No daily housekeeping as advertised, we had to take it upon ourselves to source more towels.
- Luke (1/5): Horrible - Nothing Rude staff no power bed bugs
- bernadetteles (8/5): Comfy stay with grandchild - Bed is sooo comfy. Adequate breakfast . need a bigger bin.
- Bungie (8/5): -
- bernadetteles (8/5): Comfortable 2 night stay - I stay here frequently, the beds are always comfortqable, fridge cold, hangers for clothing, fluffy towels.th Only one small bin and its in the bathroom. First time ever staying here that I actually had to pay for the disabled parking spot
- Teresa (9/5): Comfortable stay with bed and breakfast - Close to Westfield Liverpool
Clean and comfortable
Staff were courtesy
- Clayton (5/5): Passable but not pleasant - Lovely staff, street parking is free and just as secure as the paid parking. High flow of traffic with people seeming to use the road for street racing. The AC was just as loud. Parking for guests in the car park was once free. The view is better with a closed blind.
- Peter (7/5): -
- Ashraf (9/5): - Very good 👍 Easy access and good 👍
- Jayson (1/5): This is the worst place I have ever stayed, without doubt. A bunk bed without a proper mattress, dirt, dirt and more dir - Nothing Smell of smoke throughout
A thin camping mattress for an overhead bunk
Window not closing shut
Children running up and down the corridors all night long
- Barry (6/5): - The staff were helpful and funny and the house keepers kept the rooms clean and tidy it was good that you could do afterpay in which I started paying for our room Because we came from a small mining town in Queensland we weren't use to hearing cars and ambulance late at night but besides that I couldn't fault the ibis casula for anything
- Tara (7/5): -
- ADI ANNE (10/5): Hotel was comfortable - The receptionist was great. The shortage of tea
