Guest Reviews
- Eugene (2/5): - No receptionist, pool empty and green no check need to call manager . Price thru orbit $277 posted price on door $99 . Old not upgraded not well lit . I would never recommend.
- tanner (2/5): - Pool was empty except for a foot of a murky green mess. Room and property were in terrible condition.
- Richard (10/5): - Javier was the best
- Verified traveler (4/5): - It seemed to be deserted
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Quiet and serene. Pool and outdoor area was serene. Refrigerator and microwave in the room was very helpful.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - very dirty
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Feels like you are staying with family. A great, peaceful Inn.
- Leonardo (2/5): Terrible place - do not stay here. - This is a terrible hotel. There is no customer service. Tried calling multiple times and they never answered the phone or returned a call. Room key was left in an envelope outside their office with my name. My room had ripped bed sheets, cable and tv did not work. The remotes were dusty and dirty and probably have never been cleaned. Shower curtain was disgusting and ripped. Bathroom water temperatures were difficult to figure out. No ice trays in the freezer. Pool was also not open and is under a tarp. Hotel never mentioned this. Terrible hotel. Will never stay there again.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The Inn is going through a period of reestablishing it's long history of being a pleasant, rustic exterior with interior, minor, maintenance issues. Recent family loses add pressure at all levels. That said, management is "on it" and I'm confident all will be well in short order. I will definitely return in the future.
- Verified traveler (4/5): 380 Inn, not clean, dont book through Hotels.com - Hotel 380 is as basic as they come. Not clean. Beds not comfortable. Staff was friendly though. Biggest problem was that when i needed to extend my stay, i discovered that Hotels.com charged close to $150 more than the 380 Inn did per night. While its probably the cheapest stay in the Hamptons, call direct to book your room.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Nice place tor a few days
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Clean easy check in and out nice staff would stay again
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was very secluded and private.
The staff was very polite and easy going. Very quiet area.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Exactly what I was looking for. Super friendly staff, even borrowed us a phone charger! Great experience
- Cindy (4/5): Please Upgrade ASAP! - urggg, it wasn't good, it needs updates ASAP, I'm sorry I could never recommend this hotel to anyone.
- LISA (8/5): Great staff and location, rooms need a face lift - Staff are very friendly and helpful. Location is very convenient, right off of 27. Hotel itself is a bit worn and furnishings very dated.
- Drew (10/5): Highly recommend! - VERY happy with my stay, great location! The staff were so friendly!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - While the staff were incredibly friendly and very accommodating to our arrival circumstances, I found the accommodations less than ideal. No water provided, one wash cloth for three guests, a stained bath mat, a burnt and dirty coffee pot, and super uncomfortable bedding. I wish I could say more for it, but simple upgrades like better linens, a curved shower rod, an exhaust fan, a roll of paper towels or even an appropriate number of cups and glasses in the kichenette would have helped justify the price of our brief time on this property greatly.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Great Friends Stay - It was great! Please consider opening your pool!
- Adam (10/5): Fantastic place! Super Close by to Montauk - The woman in charge is very kind, really tries to give a welcoming vibe throughout our stay. She was incredibly accommodating and would certainly be the first place my friends and I would look-up, when we decide to head back out!
- Verified traveler (2/5): - The property advertised it had a pool and Beach passes and it had neither. It also indicated that it would refund my money and it has not as of this date.
- Roland (8/5): - Clean overall, fresh linens
- Dee (10/5): - I loved the hospitality of the staff and was very pleased with my room. Thank you and keep up the good work.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - When we walked up to the property there was a sign on the door that said the hotel was closed. Someone came out and took our money anyways and gave us a key. Half the rooms looked empty and the other half looked like someone had been living in them for months. We checked out the room. Found lots of hair in the bed and decided to find another place to stay the night.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - No one was available in the office. You have to call them to come over and check you in. The place is super run down. Our shower was never cleaned either since someone’s body Luca and used bar of soap were in there. The shower also leaked and drilled all night. When I told them about the shower, they offered me a free room in the future. I will never go back.
- Stephanie (8/5): Great for the money - Great location, fridge and coffee maker
- O,Monica (8/5): - It’s fine, but the bathroom was no properly in good conditions.
- A-A-Ron (8/5): - They make the best of what they have and it was enough for me. It was close enough to the beach (1.3 miles) to go out for a run on the beach right from the lodge. For the $ it’s a good deal!
- susan (8/5): A great place in need of some TLC - The room was very clean , the beds were comfortable. The lighting outside from the parking lot was not good. There was a lot of water dripping from the upper porch down into the entrance of our room which could have made for very icy conditions. The person at the hotel did put dry ice down. The place could be really nice with some TLC
- Verified traveler (10/5): - If your goal is a cozy, clean, no frills place to crash while exploring the area- book a room here.
The woman at the desk was very nice, the pool, though closed for the season, looked adequate for luxuriating in the warmer months, the grounds are pretty (especially during the fall, and though no continental breakfast, there’s Goldberg’s bagel place a 5 minute walk away. I paid 113 after tax - all the Airbnb’s I located were much pricier and with a steep cleaning fee. This place is easy, cheap, and a safe bet. Enjoy.
- Anonymous (2/5): - We were charged 2 rooms but we only booked one room. They already swiped our card. They told us that we booked twice one in expedia and one in booking.com. I told them that i only booked in expedia. They told us they will email booking.com. But when we called booking.com they told us we dont have any booking with them. We should ask the hotel to call them but the hotel do not want to. We were not able to refund the money as the hotel wont cooperate.
- Vincent (10/5): - The room is very clean. And they granted our late check-out time request.
- Verified traveler (8/5): César - Este comentario lo voy a ser en español , bueno , barato y bonito. 👍
- Gary (8/5): - It was a pleasant stay we only stayed one night, we got there at night and parking lot was very dark, almost looked like a horror scene but staff was very nice and greeted us at the office.
- Larry (10/5): LB - M The place is beautiful it was really really nice I loved it so much but when I went in I sat on the bed the thing folded up
Like taco. I. Was only there on short terms. Hahahahaha es I smashed them on pins. But give them all back because I would be there again.
Thank you folks so much. 😍😍😍
- Verified traveler (8/5): - Very friendly service. Nice place for a weekend. Just don't expect high end and you won't be disappointed: the furniture in the room I had was a bit dated, but clean and pleasant. Pretty site and layout, and convenient location.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Clean room, but very old house. You can hear all the cars passing by, all the outside noise is in your room.
Too e pensive for what it offers
- Verified traveler (2/5): The Worst - Horrible! Dirty rooms, wet with bugs! Rude owners. Disgusting service overall.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Never again - I think the photo sums it up. If it were $45 a night I may have been able to justify it, but it wasn’t. There was mold in the bathroom, the beds were old (we were told they were brand new, but maybe they meant new from the Salvation Army), the room overall was dingy, and the property rundown. I’d say with confidence, never again. On a positive note, the guy who helped us at the front desk was very nice.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - The property was so pretty! The pool area was nice and roomy they had plenty of lounge chairs on the grass under trees to relax on
- Kevin (2/5): The bathroom door. The pool was still covered up. - There was no lock The bathroom door. The pool was still covered up. The bed was the most uncomfortable I’ve ever slept on.
- Dave (2/5): - Mold in bathroom. Could smell mold when entering room.
- Verified traveler (2/5): Pictures are worth a thousands questions - The pictures on the site must be from when the place opened as I was not even sure it was open. Cold shower, dismal lighting (after asking to have burnt-old bulbs replaced), no hot water in the shower.
Full honesty, I have visited foreign places and have felt safer and to be in the “Hamptons” were a glass of wine cost as much as a meal, I was taken back at this place and will probably never visit this part of the country again. I would have taken more photos to share, but was a little concerned to do so.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - We had a great time to staying one night and a wonderful experience for us about the museum of historic in Sag Harbor, Bridgehampton, Fosters Beach & Long Island Beach, Sagg Main Beach and very enjoyed at restaurant in wainscot and Sag harbors. We like a quiet place and thank you. Have a blessing this summer coming soon!!!
- Verified traveler (6/5): - OK for 1 night. Property was untidy, said on sign getting ready for new season but it was generally untidy and getting ready for next season is a poor excuse. If your open it should still be in better condition.
- Joshua (10/5): - I've been traveling to East Long Island for several years now and this is a top 3 stay for me. It's simple, affordable, pet friendly and the owner was great. We had a late 9pm check in and also extended our stay another day, both of which, he was an incredible help. If you want a great weekend close to everything, that doesn't break your bank, so you can actually shop and eat well, this is your place.
- Verified traveler (8/5): - I loved the location and the cottage only thing didnt like was when i was in the room i couldn't lock door so even if someone had key tgey would still need to knock so i tir
- Emily (10/5): Beyond Amazing - I cannot rave about this trip enough! The room exceeded my expectations in every way and the man at the front desk was so sweet and helpful! It’s so easy to get into bridgehampton (we ubered and it was about $10) and it’s super close to Levain Bakery in Wainscott. The beds were also super comfortable and the kitchen comes with a full fridge and cabinets stocked with plates and cutlery. I cannot wait to stay here again!
- Brant (6/5): You get what you pay for - This is not an expensive place so you understand what you signed up for. However the doorlock did not work upon arrival, took almost 10 minutes before the door would open and then could not lock it again to leave.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Go somewhere else - The place is very old. The mattress was soft and I didn’t sleep well on it. There was lint all over the bed sheets and about an half inch of dust under the bed. The kitchenette had plates but no ustensiles whatsoever. The fridge is extremely loud and didn’t help my sleep either. I could hear the guest in the room next to mine having digestion issues in their bathroom. Opening to door to my room with the key was difficult and I had to ask for help. The owner needs to lay off the booze, he smelled strongly of alcohol. Go somewhere else.
