There were no signs and had I know this I would have parked somewhere else. Illegal to charge my card and charge me unknowingly

• Yohan (6/5): Standard room with basic facilities - The location is quite good. I think this is the only plus point. Standard room with basic facilities. No elevator (lift), room is small, TV is outdated (not a smart TV). Yelllow stain in the bathroom. Basic breakfast.

• Kirin (5/5): Budget. - Convenient to Sydney Olympic Park. Short Uber ride away. Quite apartment. Dark at night with the blind pulled down. Maccas next door. Needed a deep clean. Beside the fridge was quite dirty. Shower/toilet area needs attention. The rug on the bunk bed was horrible. Hairs on it. I didn't want to use it. But at least it was cheap and allowed me to budget expenses elsewhere for our trip.

• Ji Kang (3/5): - Reasonable price I stayed on the second floor and unfortunately experienced cigarette smoke drifting into my room throughout the night. The smoking area is currently positioned in a way that directly affects guest rooms - relocating it to the side or rear of the building would make a significant difference for other guests. The bathroom cleanliness also left something to be desired. The shower curtain had a musty, mildew-like odour that made the experience quite unpleasant. I hope these issues are addressed, as they affected an otherwise comfortable stay.

TV reduced capacity no Optus as before so not many channels. but the complimentary tea and coffee was inadequate. Only 2 teabags and 4 sa hets of coffee for 2 days and 1 night. I had to ask at the desk every day. Also the kettle did not work properly and flooded the table 😐 every time it boiled! See above

• Onyedika (2/5): - Just the location I was given a room with bonk bed when I booked for a queen room with double bed (one bed on top another). Sheeta were not changed except you go to reception to request for it. Pillows were too stiff. Caused me neck pain

Only the location was acceptable The room was extremely small and uncomfortable, with no space to move at all. The bathroom and toilet were very tiny and cramped. The bunk bed was placed directly above another bed, making it very difficult to use. The room felt stuffy and suffocating. The photos online were misleading, showing a much bigger room than what we actually got. We stayed for 6 days and the rooms were not properly cleaned. The staff were not helpful and kept asking for extra money for everything. On top of that, the price was very expensive for such poor quality

• thomas (9/5): - They have been updating the facilities and rooms. Car park was recently remarked, hotel locks switched from the old insert card style to NFC style cards. New air conditioners in the room. Was fairly quiet and the window shades kept the room dark allowing me to sleep in a bit . Definite improvement over the last time I stayed there. Still some room for improvement, exterior of building needs some work and one of the beds was a little too soft.

• Kate (4/5): I've slept in tents bigger. - Close to Olympic Park. Cheap I guess you get what you pay for. There was a rotten banana on shelf above TV. Sheets were stained and ripped. Bathroom was overly small. Aircon was very noisy. And no lift. 3 flights of stairs with luggage.
• vickis978 (8/5): Good Budget Hotel - I stayed at this hotel for 2 nights in April 2026. It's not fancy - rooms are small, bathroom is tiny, and there are few accoutrements - but it was very clean, the bed was comfortable, there was plenty of free tea & coffee available, and a mini fridge. It's situated on a busy road, but I heard no traffic noise at all. The walls are soundproofed, but the doors are not so take earplugs if you are a light sleeper because not all guests are respectful of others. The breakfast was a continental one - cereal, tea, coffee, juice, toast (there was a pancake maker if you wanted to go that way) - all perfectly adequate. Plenty of space in the car park. There's a KFC, petrol station and McDonalds all next door, so plenty of options for fast food junkies. Bear in mind that the reception desk is not manned 24 hours, so if you are going to be late get in touch with the hotel and let them know. I did and they were very helpful with key collection and room access arrangements. My only criticism - and it's a small one - a hook by the mirror/hand basin for hanging a hand towel would be handy. Having to go back to the bathroom after washing one's hands or teeth cleaning to use a towel was a tad awkward. I can recommend the hotel and would stay here again.

Bathroom felt like and airplane toilet but with a shower it was that small 10$ parking is crazy when it’s not even a tow away zone Microwave in hallway (someone cooked fish I think and the whole hallways stank- not the hotels fault)

• KHAN (1/5): Overall, it was a really bad experience. - Staffs were friendly and supportive. The bedsheets, quilt, pillows, and bathroom were all dirty. There were marks, small moustaches, and beard hair all over the bedsheets, quilt, and pillows. The toilet bowl had yellow sticky residue on the seating area. At midnight, one of the guests reported being stung by an insect in the bed. He came downstairs to dispose of the old quilt and request a new one, and his hands were swollen. In terms of cleanliness, this hotel has severely disappointed me. This was my second time staying at this hotel, and I encountered the same issue again. We are paying to stay here, and at the very least, we expect basic cleanliness, if not more.

• Ebboni (4/5): Not worth the money. - The place was close to kfc,subway, maccas, It’s about 20 minutes from accor stadium. For 800 dollars for 3 nights For a small room and no smart tv the wifi was shit, you have to pay for parking which dose not guarantee a spot, The ac bearly worked the front of it feel off and broke my phone screen, breakfast was pancake, cereal, juice, toast and fruit, no eggs or bacon, the place had stairs only, because it say it’s good exercise try lugging a suitcase up there moral of the story i won’t pay 800 dollars for this place, the room key stopped working everyday Even though we payed for 3 nights.

• Katrina (8/5): - Very clean and comfortable and staff very very responsive, friendly and very helpful. The location is on a main road next to a 24-hour servo and Mc Donalds. There was quite a bit of traffic noise, and being on a slight hill, you could hear the trucks breaking. We did have the room closest to the road. Next stay will request a room away from the road.
