Guest Reviews
- cole (4/5): - What looked like blood on the floor?? Smelled awful, dirty rooms, broken blinds. Cant book online so my res was lost lol. Checked out an hour after I checked in. Do not stay here
- Mayerliz (2/5): - Nunca me abrieron la puerta estaba cerrada la recepcion
- Jeff (4/5): - Not a real place
- Verified traveler (6/5): - Room was old but relatively clean. About what you would expect from one of the least expensive places in town. Drug deals in parking lot and police activity outside that night were not pleasant. I had my ear plugs and my gun so I slept well.
- Tina M. (6/5): An ok place to stay on a budget - The motel is run down and old. Hasnt been updated in a very long time. But it was clean and the staff very friendly. Tv didnt work and a lot of cold air came in through the window. It is conveniently located to the hosputal which was important.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - This property was very clean. It is an older motel and is in need of updating....which is fine if the online pictures had presented it that way.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - I recommend that you stay away from this place
Very junky place not worth spending a penny in it
- Cyndi (2/5): - My room had no lock, all the furniture was drawn on with sharpie, and there were wholes in the walls. Would not recommend to anyone.
- Deanna (6/5): Friendly staff. Old motel - Its affordable and the room i had was one of the nicer rooms
- Verified traveler (4/5): - Definitely needs renovating. Difficult to control room temperature. Bathroom way to small. Unable to completely close the window blinds because of the AC unit. Carpet needs cleaning. Bed needs replacing. TV did not work. Noisy being right by a busy street.
- Robb (10/5): - We got in late. But the gentleman who helped us took care of us very well. He kept very upbeat even though the credit card machine was giving him fits. He even worked out the solution of our reservation once I showed him our email proving our online transaction. Great service!
- Verified traveler (8/5): - The lady at check in was rude, rooms are outdated
- Tom (6/5): - The outside was pretty bad, the inside was better.
- Alex909 (10/5): - Came to Missoula for a concert. The room was well worth the price. Rooms are small but they are clean with nice looking furniture. Lex, the staff member at the time is awesome! He is originally from SoCal so it was cool to chat with someone who grew up near me city back home in CA. He willingly went out and purchased us ice at night because there is no ice machine available at this motel. Didn’t charge me for it 🙏 Thanks again Lex! This motel is also 4 minutes away from the downtown/party area so I highly recommend staying and will stay here again.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Cigaret butt on the floor. Stains on the sheets and pillow cases. Had to leave the door open for a while to let fresh air in because it was hard to breath. Lots of road noise and light coming through the window.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Picture looks much better than the real room. - the physical unit is very run down, water damage to the wall, painted old paneling, carpet looked dirty room and the bed was lumpy. The room was very small and old. If you closed the blinds you block the air conditioner, but if you do not close the blind all the way anyone can look into the room as they walk by.
- David (6/5): - The room was very small and the bed was a five out of 5 out of 10. The price was fair and the manager was very nice
- Jakie (2/5): - Rating -10. I booked for one night. Took 10 miles hikes and After driving 5.5 hours Reached there at 1 am. Saw no one at the dest. Waited for an hour and keep checking. Called no one answered. Had to sleep in my car in the parking area. Next morning I contacted with Expedia, and the hotel said “ they thought all the gusts have been checked in, that’s why no one was at the dest at night” what rating should I give them?
- Ron (2/5): - Very poor quality, homeless shelter and rehabilitation center next door, cops patroling all night or you wouldnt have a car left, very bad neighborhood, did not feel safe, overall its a hooker hotel, by the hour
- CT (4/5): - What concerns me about this motel is that they took a photo copy of my drivers license. It paid with cc it makes me really uncomfortable. Showing my ID I have no problem with, I am concerned about what happens with this collected information. I would not recommend a motel that has this practice.
- Shannon (2/5): - Nobody was there to check us in. Had to stay at a friend's house
- Tim (6/5): Not bad--you get what you pay for - You don't pay much for this hotel and you get exactly what you paid for. The WIFI was solid, bed was clean and fairly comfortable, and parking was easy. But there were rude guests nearby who were outside of the room next-door drinking and singing at 3:30 AM two of the three nights I was there. The sink didn't work when we checked in but they were quick to get it repaired.
- Gayle (8/5): Comfortable and cozy - Older but clean and well kept. WiFi was great.
- schasta (8/5): Fint motel, okay til prisen. - Okay motel til prisen.
- Verified traveler (4/5): - The building is rundown and dated. There were so few outlets that we had to continually unplug an item so we could plug in something else. Walls and trim were in terrible shape. The window was drafty. Traffic noise was also a problem. The shower, toilet, refrigerator, and microwave were newer and worked fine, but didn't make up for the overall shabbiness. The posting stated that a hair dryer was available on request, but the desk clerk had to admit that they didn't actually have any, so went upstairs to get her personal one and loan it to me! She was polite and quite friendly.
- Verified traveler (2/5): - Rooms congested with smoke. No glasses in room. Thin blanket so cold.
- Cad (2/5): - Smoke smell was disgusting and pervasive. No cups in room. V thin blanket so room was cold.
- Ken (6/5): No worth the money - Lack of amenities no coffee breakfast or anything. The place is old not worth the money.
- Verified traveler (6/5): - No hand towels or wash cloths. Blind did not cover window completely
- Kody (2/5): Horrible - First, this is a motel, not a hotel. The maids were sitting on the stairs right next to the office smoking. The room smelled and you could tell it had water damage. The carpet was moist and dirty. The bathroom door wouldn't shut or open all the way as it would hit the foot of the bed. No fan in the bathroom so the steam from the shower and smells from other bathroom activities just lingered. The shower curtain smelled like mildew. No complimentary shampoo or conditioner, just soap. In order to use the window A/C you had to have the curtains open so everyone could see what you were doing. You definitely get what you pay for at this place.
- Rob (4/5): - When booking it showed only 1room left to for the night we stayed. Upon arrival more than 3/4 of the complex was empty. Someone has made an attempt at renovating this older complex but failed miserably. The door to the bathroom was less than 6 ft tall! There was a large crack in ceiling of the room. Paint was hit or miss with no attention to detail. Window cooling units were just hanging in a single pane of glass. Window could be seen through as all that was there was a blind that was pushed inwards due to the ac unit. On the plus side the bed and tub and toilet looked new. Tub did not drain and very few towels! Overall if we weren’t so tired I would have tried to find a different motel! My wife was disgusted with the unit and did not enjoy our night there. All I can say is beware as there pics on the website are not what you get!
- matthew (8/5): - Enjoyed our stay at this basic hotel.
- Verified traveler (4/5): Never again - You got what you paid for.
- Verified traveler (8/5): Decent hotel in an okay area. - The hotel looks cheap and the local area doesn't seem promising at first but the owners are very nice and there's both a micro brewery and a nice restaurant close by, so overall I was happy with the stay.
- Danielle (8/5): Cheap and Clean, but Nosiy - For the price (which was the cheapest in town at the time that I visited), this motel was decent. It was clean inside, and offered a fridge and a microwave. The only issue was the noise. The air conditioner sat in the window, and wasn't sealed all the way. I could easily hear every word from everyone who walked by, and the cars on the nearby street kept me up late. Still, a decent place for someone looking for a cheap room.
- JOEL (4/5): le rapport qualité prix est loin du compte - gérant peu accueillant , voisins très chahuteurs et bruyants , bruit de circulation, très cher pour ce que c'est .
- priyanka (2/5): Stay away from this hotel - Horrible customer service .. extremely rude staff, some grumpy old man who didnt want to do his job ...was mad we woke him up from his sleep at 1230 AM. Terrible experience... had to go find another hotel in the middle of the night with a 18 month old.
- Virginia (4/5): - Last minute trip. Room was ok but really old. Felt run down even though bathroom was recently renovated. Attempt to make it better is good but needs more. Beds were comfortable. Overall ok
- Jay (2/5): Got there and staff said I have no reservation - So I had to book another one at a different hotel. Specifically at Super 8. Way better than this p.o.s. place. I think the desk person was drunk and he looked kind of creepy.
- Barbara (2/5): Consider this carefully - good and bad (but clean) - We rarely review, and this is difficult because the staff, "James" was a total sweetheart - helpful, pleasant and seemed to make an effort in every way. Additionally, the room WAS fairly clean (if a bit musty). Also on the good side is that there was a microwave and refrig in the room. Good because there were no ice buckets (or ice?) But the price (even the Expedia price) was not good for this level of hotel. The bathroom was lacking. The cement floor shower was old, and while one could bear with that, there was no a shelf for anything - at all. It was so tiny you really needed a shelf. One washcloth and one hand towel for two people (thank god there were 2 bath towels). The window A/C (again, thankfully there was A/C) made the very thin window / and wall even more sound exposing. Because of the window A/C you couldn't put the blind down and had to place things in front of the window for ANY privacy. If all you want is the cheapest thing you can find in the city, this is at least fairly clean. If you expect very little you may be happy enough. [The next night we paid less for a hotel that was mid-class perfect - but not in the same location.] Another plus is that while we feared the whole place would smell like cigarettes, it did not. They either need to pay more attention to overall details or lower the price so people understand what they are getting (or not). We have to repeat how nice James was.
- Dwayne (2/5): Don't expect much - A tip to readers, if there aren't any pictures of a hotel, there's a reason. The price was lower than any other place in town, so I had low expectations (and I wasn't disappointed). This is a room and a bed. There was a chair, dresser and endtables. The counter with the sink had about a 12" piece missing. There was no place to hang up clothes except for the door handle. The front door was trimmed with wood that looked like it was picked up from an empty lot. This was the worst hotel I've stayed in that was listed on Hotels.com. There really should be a minimum standard to have a facility listed on your website.
