Nate (9/5): Overall, if you’re looking for value, this is a solid option. - For the price, this motel is excellent. Breakfast is mostly pre-packaged food, any breakfast is added value for the cost of a night’s stay. The real gem is the courtyard. Every room opens up to it. It is very well manicured and there are multiple gas grills for cooking. There rooms pleasant enough. The fridge in my room had a functioning freezer. There were USB ports for charging devices. I stay here most times I’m in the area and each time I have found small improvements to the rooms. The exterior looks off putting until you get out to the courtyard. Rooms can be darkish (I don’t tend to spend much time in my room, so not an issue for me). Decor can be slightly dated if you care about such things (I really don’t). Coffee was weak. I don’t think it’s much to ask for a little stronger coffee, even if it’s just Folgers or Kirkland.

wallowadave (8/5): We would stay there again! - First impression wasn't positive ... there were no windows facing the street ... it looked like a fortress! HOWEVER, it was good for sound from the highway - and the main focus was on the delightful courtyard which was inside the motel wings. We wished we would have had better weather for using the BBQ and the yard area! Breakfast was good ... and that is always a help to a stay.

Anthony (1/5): Stay was ok. But I need my money back - I’m still waiting on my deposit to come back it’s 5 days ago I travel a lot all around most just do a hold that way it’s returned quickly. I really need it. But my card was a Chime card and the Customer Service at the counter allowed it and it took it out now I’m worried I’m not getting my money back.

Literally almost all of it was unhealthy pre packaged pastries. Would of been nice to maybe have some protein options, but guessing they don't have a full kitchen or the licensing to do potentially hazardous foods. Still could have better breakfast options given the proximity to some awesome bakeries and King Arthur baking school, which is where I was attending.

Frank (9/5): Wir sind gerne wieder gekommen - Der zweite Aufenthalt in diesem Motel war ebenfalls sehr gut. Auch diesmal war das Zimmer sehr sauber und das Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Leider hat das Wetter nicht mitgespielt um den wunderschönen Innenhof richtig zu nutzen. Wir werden das Motel auf jeden Fall wieder buchen. Nichts!

Frühstück ist ausreichend und sollte für fast jeden alles bieten. Im Innenhof gibt es eine wunderbare Anlage die an einem warmen Morgen zum Frühstücken einlädt. Einen BBQ Bereich gibt es ebenfalls. Wir werden dort auf jeden Fall wieder übernachten. Nichts

448sibylleg (2/5): It was a complete disaster - It was a complete disaster. After a long day of driving, we arrived tired and hungry, and there were only problems. The lady at the reception desk was unable to find our reservation and blamed everything on the third-party provider we had booked through, with whom we'd never had any problems. Even though we had booked a deluxe studio and had a reservation number—I even had the printout with me—she refused to give us the room. Suddenly, she found something and gave us another room where the key cards didn't work. After three attempts to reset the key, the lady finally came back and discovered that her universal key didn't work either. Then she wanted to give my husband a dingy room right on the street with only a queen-size bed. At some point, they offered a room with two beds. If we hadn't been so tired, we would have looked for something else. Apparently, what we had booked was too cheap, and she didn't want to give us what we had booked. Never again, I will warn everyone, and I will also complain to the third-party provider. You shouldn't deal with accommodations like this that don't provide you with what you reserved. We stayed 4 nights, we didn't want to cancel, we probably would never have seen our money again
Siegfried (5/5): - Wir kamen vom North Cascades Nationalpark. Für eine Nacht war die Unterkunft passend. Sie hatte eine ältere Ausstattung. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit einer kleinen Küche. Alles war sauber. Die Lage des Hotels ist an der Zugstrecke. Man hört die Züge deutlich. Man hatte nur ein dünnes Kopfkissen. Die Wände waren sehr hellhörig. Das Frühstück war alles verpackt und bot nur Süßes. Der Check-in war nicht gerade freundlich.

Timothy (4/5): Q - The AC unit was broken. The other room option we were offered smelled like smoke. The outdoor courtyard was nice and peaceful, with ample seating & barbecue grills to use. The breakfast was mostly all packaged carbs. There were hard boiled eggs and yogurt as well.
Emma (5/5): - The breakfast was all cheap over processed pastries and closed early. Only open till 9-930 I believe. It wasn’t bad. I just don’t think it was worth the $400 I paid for the family suite.
Tai (4/5): Convenient, staff nice but bathroom dirty. - Close to the highway, low price, room has a kitchen. The shower stall was dirty with hair in the drain, pube stuck on the wall and some dark goop in the corners.

Nicole (8/5): Nice & good value for couple of days - Room was clean and spacious enough for 3 nights. Great water pressure and hot water in shower! Staff very helpful and nice. Breakfast was varied and plentiful. Room was much too heavily deodorized. I’m very sensitive to this so it really bothered my sinuses. The overstuffed recliner was just not something I really wanted to sit on. All needs to be redone - get rid of that recliner and carpet to make more sanitary.

Janet (7/5): Nice, clean hotel near freeway - Our room had three beds, which was nice. It was clean. Our room was in front of the hotel and quite loud with traffic noises. The rooms on the back of the hotel would be much quieter and were on a garden. Ours looked onto a parking lot. Since we were visiting as tourists, without our own car, the location was not great for us. There aren’t many options to walk to nearby. If you had a car, it would be much better.

Trisha (1/5): Very disappointing and gross - That I got to stay on the first floor. Do better. The start of the booking was okay except the price. Everything looked good on the photos but upon arrival the layout and vibe where not on point! The room when walking in had a design flaw to say the least. The door stuck and the bathroom was right off from the front door. The bathroom door stuck onto the hinge, and I thought I was going to be trapped! Had to leave it open the rest of the time staying there in fear of it happening again. There were stains on all the bedding and one pillow on each (bed got a 2-queen bed, room) when I called to get another pillow, he said sure, but it never arrived. The following morning breakfast was very disappointing, and I am all about the saying that it's the most important meal of the day.... but no hot breakfast sadly only pop tarts or cereal. They didn't even have toast or bagels lol. All and all it wasn't a good experience especially considering why I was visiting in the first place. Do better.

doric661 (2/5): Horrible Front Desk Attendant JET - Worst customer service from Jet the night desk attendant- extremely rude, unprofessional, and condescending! We actually canceled our reservation because we booked two rooms on one credit card, and he wouldn't give us the second room for our autistic son (25yo) because he didn't have his own credit card! Make it make sense...I called him obtuse, which I regret, but he apparently didn't know what it meant anyway.

Dennis (9/5): Superb - Looks can be deceiving. Based on the location, I expected to hear a lot of traffic noise, but there was very little to none. The room was comfortable and it opens up to the back yard, which is large.
