I’ve been in Singapore for a few weeks now, staying at four different hotels, but this place was on a whole different level. I actually ended up here right after a hospital stint—sick, crying, and honestly just done with the world. To top it off, my Grab dropped me at the wrong spot with a mountain of luggage. I was literally stranded. I sent an SOS via WhatsApp, and the response was instant. Even though it’s a digital, "staffless" concept, Shannen and Edmar showed up immediately. They guided me to the right entrance, crushed the check-in for me, and were so incredibly caring, making sure I had everything I needed to get back on my feet. The Space: The apartment is a vibe. Bright, super high-end, and surprisingly spacious for SG. I spent my days chilling with the windows open and that killer river view. Total recovery mode. And the soundproofing? Insane. You’re right in the mix of the nightlife, but as soon as you shut the windows, it’s pure silence. Also, having the laundry right on the same floor made life so much easier. The Location: Literally perfect. You can walk everywhere—Chinatown, Little India, you name it. It’s the ultimate base. The Real MVP Moment: I’ve been traveling through Asia for two years, and this is easily one of my favorite stays ever. The digital setup is seamless, but the human support is what makes it. Edmar even helped me with my bags and waited with me for my Grab when it was time to leave. I’m definitely coming back, and not just for a week—I’m staying for a month next time. • Tagaro (10/5): Central Location with Friendly Staff - Location was a massive criteria for me & Heritage Collection on Boat Quay was perfect. I literally walked everywhere - to China Town, Marina Bay Sands and even found myself all the way Orchard St. This is my first accommodation using the phone as the room key, I was hesitant at first but the lovely Edmar kindly showed me how it works and toured me around (they have complimentary laundry facilities in every floor!!) . The property won’t be complete without the friendly staff!! Edmar, Shannen & Jean were so easy to contact and approach through WhatsApp with any of my questions Nothing ~ the Heritage Collection is super accommodating and convenient. Would HIGHLY recommend it for people who fancies a drink in Clarke quay cause your room is literally right there

• Kenneth (10/5): - Trisha, Edmar, and Shannen were amazing. Very attentive. Edmar even stayed late to greet me even though my check was after their working hours. The location was amazing, right on the Riverwalk. I step outside my room onto the Riverwalk. It was 10 and 15 minute walk to two different metro stations, and both stations have lots of inexpensive eating options, and grocery stores. Quay Central has lots of shopping options. The room is not large, but very comfortable, with all of the things need for long stay, microwave, kettle, hot plate, large refrigerator, utensils. The building I was in has a rooftop bar (not related to rooms) that was very convenient, and the group has a separate lounge/social space that is available. I did not go, but I heard it was nice. I can't say enough about the location. It was nearly perfect. It is on a busy street but street noise was not an issue. There are lots of lights outside, but the light blocking blinds worked super. From the Riverwalk, Marina Sands is about a 25 minute walk, super tree grove is about 30 minutes. If you go into the metro at Raffles, you can walk underground halfway to marina sands, or take the metro for a 5 minute ride. Metro is also super easy, tap credit card in and out, the most I paid was $4 for round trip into the center of town and back.

Sempre disponível e muito atencioso o nosso embaixador Heritage foi fantástico. Muitos restaurantes e bares nas redondezas e fica perto de tudo. Metro a 5 minutos, estação de Autocarro a 1 minuto. Marina Bay 15 minutos a pé. Muito bom Limpeza apenas 1 vez por semana é muito pouco. Pedimos o aspirador emprestado e limpamos nós mesmos o quarto a cada 2 dias. Não tem exaustor na cozinha😮‍💨. Tem um fogão de indução portátil mas sem exaustor cozinhar dentro do quarto deixa um cheiro a comida no quarto. Não tem toalhas para secar a loiça. E podia ter uma chaleira eléctrica. A televisão é minúscula poderia ter um tamanho maior. Pequenas coisas mas que fazem a diferença. Mas num todo preço qualidade excelente.

It’s about a 20 minute walk to Marina Bay, which makes it very convenient for sightseeing and exploring the city. The mobile check in process was smooth and easy, which made arrival hassle free. What really stood out was the excellent online customer service, the staff were always responsive and helpful whenever we needed assistance. Special thanks to Edmar, Shannen, and Jean for their support and friendliness throughout our stay. Even after we checked out, the service remained outstanding. We were able to store our luggage for a few hours, and Edmar kindly helped us with our suitcases, which we really appreciated. Overall, a very comfortable and convenient stay with excellent service. Would definitely recommend!

• Garnet (10/5): A great place at a great price. - This is one of the best kept secrets in Singapore and the photos don’t do the place justice. It’s a massive studio apartment with everything you need including a free washer and dryer right outside your door. If you’re lucky enough to get a room with a view you’ll have sweeping views over the heart of Singapore. Very close to everything, we loved our stay and our hosts Trisha, Shannen and Edmar were on call 24/7 to make sure we had everything we needed. Nothing. Everything was perfect.

I didn't had to meet anyone, talk to anyone... i already had the key on my phone. Anytime i needed help Jean, Edmar and Shannen was easy to reach. What i loved most is that.. anytime i needed help, i could chat with the hotel anytime on whatsapp and they would respond pretty quickly. Even 5 star hotels don't have such convenience. It can get little noisy at times but it didn't bother me. Also i always took grab to/from Circular house (which is the best place for car to safely stop). I think they should put this info in their instructions for future guests

I loved the possibility to cook, wash my clothes and there was even a dedicated desk for working. The staff were super nice and helpful 24/7 (thanks again to Edmar, Jean and Shannen!). I stayed 2 weeks (the cleaning services were included after one week) and I would definitely recommend this place to everyone!

• Lisa (1/5): Pest Infestation, Poor Handling, and Inadequate Compensation - Towards the end of my stay, I was moved to a duplex apartment. I appreciated this gesture as an attempt to improve my experience, and it showed that the hotel was at least trying to address my feedback. The staff did listen to my concerns during the final move, ensuring someone met me at the property, which made that relocation smoother and less stressful. My stay was severely disrupted due to a pest issue in my room. I found insects, including ants/bugs, on surfaces, in a cup I had been drinking from, and in my bed, which was extremely unsettling and made the room uninhabitable. I had to move rooms in the middle of the night, which left me with little sleep and caused significant distress. The following day was heavily impacted; I had to cancel work meetings and rearrange my schedule because I was told I needed to move properties again due to no other rooms being available. The hotel tried to frame the relocation as something I “agreed” to, but I had no real choice — returning to the infested room was not safe, and River Valley was the only alternative offered. The River Valley property was dark, inconveniently located, and not comparable to my original booking. I did not use or need the cited “amenities,” and I made it clear to staff that I was unhappy there. The relocation process was poorly handled. I was put into a taxi without instructions, dropped at the wrong location, left in the heat and humidity with all my luggage, and had to contact the hotel to find the property. The compensation offered — a 50% refund for two nights — was completely inadequate. One night was entirely uninhabitable and should have been fully refunded, and I also incurred additional commuting costs that were not reimbursed. Attempts to resolve this directly with management were met with a rigid “final position” and no meaningful accountability, despite me remaining reasonable throughout. Overall: This experience has completely undermined my trust in the Heritage Collection brand. While the duplex apartment at the end was a small positive, it was too little, too late to compensate for the stress, disruption, and costs I incurred. I would caution other travellers to be aware that serious issues, including pests, may not result in fair compensation, and customer service may fall short in resolving problems promptly.

He did excellent job during the stay, helped with the washing machine and dryer too! Very very nice person overall. I also want to thank Jean & Shannen. The cleaner lady was very helpful too. View from the room was very beautiful. The room was facing the river, so it was bit noisy with loud music at night for the party going on downstairs at the Boat Quay area. Edmar helped me with earplugs.
• Aardra (9/5): Highly recommend for great room and staff! - Great room, it was large yet cozy and had all appliances and amenities needed, like cooking tools, iron and hairdryer. The staff were all helpful and enthusiastic, especially Jean, Edmar and Shannen! They kindly helped store my suitcase before check-in and after checking out. There was a 7-Eleven conveniently right next to the hotel. The smell of the cleaning products in the room after checking in was a bit strong, but faded throughout the duration of my stay. Whilst the location was mostly very good, some MRT stations needed a 10-15 min walk to get to which made some commutes feel longer, and the road the entrance was on felt a bit dodgy, especially when walking back at night.

Edmar, Shannen o Jean were very helpful whenever I needed their help. There is a bit of music noise in the nights, even though its soundproofed. It didn't bother me a lot, but it was good to know it in advance. Bed is good size, but it has one side against the wall aand it makes it a bit umcomfortable to get out.

Edmar a répondu à toutes nos attentes. Très disponible sur WhatsApp. Il y a même 2 machines à laver et 2 sèches linge. La complexité du système pour récupérer la clé digitale de la chambre. Le petite rue juste à côté de l'entrée de l'hôtel, les poubelles du restaurant tout près de l' entrée également et les odeurs de nourriture dans le hall d'entrée.

Nærmeste MRT var Clark Quay og dit kunne man gå langs elva gjennom underganger så man slapp å krysse veien. Jeg var ukomfortabel med alt det digitale, strevde med å bruke digital nøkkel på min mobiltelefon, og synd å ikke ha en resepsjon å henvende seg til.

• Mary Cyvelle Anne Sabusap (9/5): Best location for New Years Eve - We like the location, since tourist areas and traditional restaurants have become convenient. I'm not sure where my rash came from but we got itchy when under the blanket, so I just take medication and did not complain about it.
• Driss (10/5): Excellent rapport qualité prix et localisation - Excellent rapport qualité prix. La localisation est parfaite pour visiter Singapour : près de la Marina, à quelques dizaines de minutes de marche d’Orchard road, d’Haji Lane, de China Town et de Little India. Beaucoup de transports, cafés, restaurants proches. Logement très propre, assez spacieux et bien équipé. Bien qu’il n’y ait pas de réception, l’équipe est très réactive à toute demande sur What’s app, très agréable et efficace. Merci à Vannie, Jean, Maica et Edmar pour leur aide durant le séjour. Le wifi fonctionne très bien. L’insonorisation pourrait être améliorée. Mon séjour a été calme mais on peut assez facilement entendre un voisin bruyant ou la musique du Rooftop le vendredi soir jusqu’à 00h environ. J’ai pu dormir sans problème avec des boules quies dans ce dernier cas. Le check-in se fait à distance avec un selfie ID. Le rapport qualité prix est néanmoins excellent et mon séjour s’est très bien passé.
• Thilini (9/5): - Amazing Riverview apartment looking out over Boat Quay. The views are well worth it. Central location, close to a couple of MRT stations as well as bus stops. Incredibly responsive digital concierge - my flight was delayed 15 hours and they checked in to see if I was okay, ensuring I checked in smoothly once I did arrive. The building felt very secure, needing your digital key to ride the elevator as well as any door before your room door. Laundry facilities are easily accesible and were very useful. There is noise at night from downstairs as mentioned when you book this place. I was able to fall asleep but Friday night particularly was loud with the bass vibrating well into the AM. Wouldn't recommend for light sleepers. My phone (Samsung midrange) had issues with the digital key, it worked but always took multiple attempts at each door (I had 3 doors to get into the apartment). Was initially frustrating but I got used to it and would make sure I accommodated ~5 minutes to exit and enter the building.

• THỊ ANH THƯ (10/5): - I had a wonderful stay in this studio-type room right in the heart of the city. The location is incredibly convenient, with everything just a short walk away. The room was spotless and very well maintained, which made the stay even more comfortable. I also loved how easy it was to use the app to unlock the doors, smooth, quick, and hassle-free throughout my stay. A big thank you to Edmar, Maica and Vannie for their warm support and excellent service. I truly appreciate the hospitality. Highly recommended!

• Robert (9/5): Great Location & View With Late Hours Music - The location of the property was ideal as it was within walking distance of all the major attractions and close to restaurants and shopping. The staff was helpful and very responsive. Although the location of great there really isn’t a safe spot for a taxi to drop off/pick up…we were fortunate to be dropped off early evening (no traffic) and picked up at 6:30am (no traffic). There was a rooftop bar that was not mentioned at all in the description of the property. We were on the 4th floor and the rooftop bar is on the 5th floor (rooftop). There was loud music from the rooftop bar (no other business created any noticeable noise) until 2-3am even though the business hours have it closing at 12am. It would have been more honest for the business property owners to be straightforward and say there is a rooftop bar on the 5th floor and there is after hours music late into the morning frequently. Also, the washer and dryer were right outside our room and even though the operating hours were 8am-10pm the noise was a nuisance due to the proximity of the washer and dryer.

• Alan (9/5): Overall, a solid spot with awesome views and just a tiny bit of room for improvement - Right in the middle of Boat Quay, this hotel’s in such a great spot — super close to all the bars, cafes, and the river. The rooftop bar was amazing! Perfect place to chill in the evening with a drink and take in the city views. The vibe was easygoing and fun, and the staff were really friendly. Honestly, great spot if you want to be in the middle of the action and still have a cool place to relax. The electronic room key was a bit clunky — took a few tries to get it working sometimes. But honestly, everything else was pretty great, so it didn’t bother me too much.

Will stay here again The ground floor seems a pass through to the restaurant on the river front and so toilet there seemed really smelly.

• Guest (9/5): Eine gute Wahl - Tolle Lage, das Personal war sehr hilfsbereit und immer sofort erreichbar, besonders Edmar & Vannie. Es war sehr sauber, der Ausblick war sehr schön. Ich habe eine Phishing-Nachricht auf meine Telefonnummer erhalten, die Nachricht enthielt Daten die ich bei der Buchung angegeben habe. Das Hotel hat mir sehr schnell bestätigt dass diese Nachricht nicht von der Unterkunft stammt. Dennoch fand ich es bedenklich, dass meine Daten in falsche Hände gelangt sind.
• Edgar (10/5): Perfect location, cosy, clean, and good room size. - The staff is the BEST, Edmar, Vannie and Maica are always taking care of you all the time helping you in everything you need during your stay, the rooms are clean and modern with laundry machines available. Is easy to arrive to the hotel as there are a lot of options for public transport. The location is perfect, close to China town, Clark Quay, Marina bay, a lot of dining options around available 24/7 including Central and Funnan shopping malls a few minutes away.
