Beds are nice and only place provides triple beds. there are a few times water stop running out of the blue. and then come back. Credit card payment charges 3%

Short walk to weekend night market. 6. Sufficient charging plugs. 1. Small bathroom 2. Breakfast is not included. But it's not an issue, as there are plenty of eateries outside the hotel.

Je travaillais de nuit donc la wifi était importante. Le ménage est en option apparemment, meme quand le papier était posé sur le lit (comme instruit). Les poubelles ne sont pas vidées quotidiennement. Salle de bain montre des traces de moisissure et la douche pas top, impossible de switcher du robinet au pommeau.

The way they arrange the room make feel relaxing. The staff are very nice and friendly It’s just unfortunately for me there’s construction right next to the hotel which I couldn’t open the window and balcony which is ashamed, I like some fresh air but too much

They made rose swans and left us some wine as well. Nice! Unfortunately there was construction across the street where they were tearing down a building. This continued all night! The police were called and it did not go past 9pm the following night.

• Kitti (10/5): Lovely stay in the heart of Hanoi - Blue Hanoi Inn has one of the most welcoming and helpful front desk staff I have ever met. They always greeted me with a smile, asked if I needed anything, handled my laundry for me. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was comfortable and I liked that there was a softer lighting option too, not just a bright lamp. Despite being in the Old Quarter it wasn't as loud as I expected it to be. Sure, you could hear music and traffic from outside sometimes but it wasn't anything bothering. Plus, being so close to the center allowed me to walk to all of the sights I was interested in comfortably. The internet connection was also mostly reliable. Sometimes it disconnected for a few minutes but nothing major. The free water was also appreciated. If I'm ever back in Hanoi, I would definitely come back here.

• Chen Wei Xwan (8/5): Convenient location and accommodating staff - It’s right in the middle of old town, walking distance everywhere. Plenty of food options nearby. Staff is very sweet and accommodating. They asked us if we would like our room cleaned, even though we were only staying for two nights. We ordered a Grab to the airport, but it let us wait for half an hour driving around town and then cancelled our booking. The receptionist called their driver right away and arranged for us to be picked up immediately (15 min wait), even though it’s the lunar holidays. Very quiet, despite being in the middle of old town (we stayed on the top floor). Though clean, the interior is a bit outdated. No issue for us, but keep in mind you’ll be given a physical roomkey + electricity card, instead of a card only.

Front desk was helpful and check in/out was easy and smooth. Bathroom was spacious and room was clean, comfortable and quiet. I do recommend double checking with them if you request a King Bed split into two twins!

• Estrella (10/5): Ubicación excelente - El hotel está muy bien ubicado, mejor imposible. La habitación tiene buen tamaño y está limpia. La ducha y la cama son enormes y cómodas. La atención del personal de recepción es genial. Las vistas desde la ventana no eran las mejores, pero casi mejor porque así había menos ruido. Quizá el precio es un poco elevado para lo que hay por la zona y, me ha faltado la opción desayuno.

• Elise (8/5): Bon emplacement et gentillesse - L’emplacement est idéal. Proche de tous les lieux principaux à visiter. Restaurants et bars proches ainsi que supermarchés. J’ai apprécié la gentillesse de la responsable à l’accueil toujours disponible et prête à aider. J’ai apprécié de pouvoir prendre une douche même après avoir rendu ma chambre (top avant de prendre l’avion). Juste le fait que le côté rue soit un peu bruyant le soir au moment de se coucher mais le calme revient vite à une heure raisonnable.
