We went a short distance and ate our meals at Myrtie Mae’s. The pool was fabulous! Worth the whole stay. Very clean and staff was very nice.

Cute and comfortable but slightly dated but yet all in good shape- feels kinda like your staying at your grandma’s hotel. Like a hug of a hotel room. Super clean & great front office people. Easy, fast check in. Smallish pool but still nice. Fantastic tub. Would stay again!

• Nicholas (4/5): - The restaurant is closed until further notice, we saw 2 brown recluse on two separate nights, and their was some kind of brown substance on the bottom of the toilets. The staff stopped twice to clean and left the dead spiders both times. When we eventually checked out a night early after seeing another spider we were told "That's just what it's like in the country. The spiders must like you." They then refused to reimburse us for our last night. Even though I offered to show them all of the things I mentioned. Would not recommend.
• Paula (8/5): - The staff at this property are very nice and couldn't be more accommodating. While the room was spacious and clean, it was a bit dated, with a tiny fridge and no microwave. We sure could have used both of those on our 3 day stay. One of our lamps didn't work. The biggest disappointment was that the restaurant was closed, which was not mentioned at the time of our booking. That was the main reason for our stay. The restaurant is/was the most unique and wonderful restaurant in Eureka. It's closure made the property look nearly abandoned. We will more than likely look for another property on our next visit, sadly.

Normally I like to stay within walking distance of downtown, but once we discovered the trolley service just down the road, we will likely stay here again. The restaurant wasn't open yet but we discovered a few places close by that we'd never tried before. Our room was charming and we felt completely safe. Very, very quiet too. It was too cold to enjoy the balcony, maybe next time.

• Karla (10/5): Amazing master suite - We were upgraded to the master suite from the mini suite and the room was huge. There were only 2 downsides to having that room, one was that it was up 2 flights of stairs, no elevator and the second was a window by the bed that didnt have a blackout shade. The balcony was nice and the jacuzzi was amazing. The room was very quiet and extremely spacious. Fireplace, 2 loveseats, 2 coushioned chairs, desk with a wooden chair, microwave & mini fridge with a sink nearby, and a bathroom that you could more than just trun around in. We even got room service! The bed was made, fresh towels, and the trash was taken out and we only stayed 2 nights.
• Debra (10/5): - A quaint little place on the edge of town. Super friendly staff! I will definitely book here for next year! If I had to pick one thing to critique, I would have to look hard to find it. The only thing I could find was that the pillows seemed to be cheap with little to no support for the head and neck. An easy fix for that, though; bring your own pillow. Everything else, though, was outstanding.

The hotel is located a short drive to the historic district of Eureka Springs, and convenient to other activities. • Tara (10/5): Nostalgic Eureka Springs Feel - If you want the "Eureka Springs" feel, this hotel is for you! The decor is 90's grandparents house complete with the mothball smell, but we didn't mind it at all! It also has so much character complete with a fireplace, rocking swivel chairs, windows even in the bathroom, and a nice jacuzzi tub. I would definitely recommend this hotel!

This place is the cleanest hotel I’ve ever stayed in for sure, the bathroom was spotless! The jacuzzi tub and fireplace were unexpected amenities that we got a lot of use out of. • Jaydean (10/5): Come for the comfort; stay for the staff. - This was our first visit to Eureka Springs and we loved it. We enjoyed our stay at the Bavarian Inn. It is a "older" place, but VERY clean and comfortable. Our room was very spacious, the bathroom was huge and loved the balcony overlooking the pines. The best part of our stay was the Staff (cannot recall her name). She was friendly and very helpful and accommodating.

• Khristian (6/5): - The property was quaint and a bit shabby chic with the outdated room decor but it fit with the Eureka Springs ultra “Old” design and architecture. It felt like stepping back in time. The room was spotlessly clean and amenities were available in the bathrooms. Refrigerator and coffee pot were available in rooms. The sheets were a bit rough and the pillows were really firm for me but the sheets were pressed and tightly fitted to the bed, pillows were neatly placed to match the tidy qualities of the room. The air conditioning was great if you like to sleep cold. I did notice that the shrubs outside the rooms were partially dead from the freeze this past winter and needed cutting back. It would have helped to make the initial impression more appealing. The pool was unexpectedly closed for repairs. The connecting restaurant completed the feeling of stepping back into time. We sat at the bar and then took desert back to the room. We enjoyed visiting with the bartender and chef/owner. They were personal and provided great unpretentious service. Just ask and they were happy to oblige. All and all, while the accommodations were not modernly styled or luxurious, the stay met our basic needs and fit the Eureka charm for an inexpensive weekend getaway.

• Roger (10/5): - The king room is huge, with a full sized couch and 2 living room chairs. It is basically a suite. The gas fireplace is a nice touch. Having no breakfast is not unusual for hotels in this town, but it would be nice to have a fridge and microwave. I'm not sure if a room with those is available on request or not. I didn't think to ask. I was concerned there might be noise from the restaurant on the property, but that is no problem at all and it is only open 4 hours a day. However, if you return to the hotel between 5 and 9 PM, you may have to park a ways from your room. The Bavarian is very private with private balconies and no shared spaces. It is quiet, except occasionally hearing your neighbors jacuzzi, but it's no problem. If you would prefer a more social experience, I might suggest the Edelweiss, which has shared balcony, decks and gazebo. It also has light breakfast and fridge/microwave. The king room is smaller, but still plenty large enough. No gas fireplace or jacuzzi, if that matters to you, but very engaged owners.
• Michael (8/5): - This is a very old property but pretty well maintained. I wish the bed was more firm. The Jacuzzi was very nice as well as the fireplace.
• stephanie (10/5): Charming place in Eureka - Stay was wonderful. Really charming vintage hotel that is very well kept up. Owner cares about her place. Super clean. Friendly staff. Comfy bed. Only thing I wish was there were softer options for bed pillows. Maybe there were if I would have called the front desk and asked, but not in the room at the time. I loved the big jacuzzi heart shaped tub. Easy parking. I loved walking out our room and there’s a pretty forest right there. I would definitely stay at this quaint place again.
• Marc (8/5): - The property was dated and beds were not real comfortable. Rooms were very large and quiet area. Staff friendly.
• Gregory (10/5): - Very quite, the heart shape jacuzzi was amazing, the restaurant on site absolutely wonderful example of Bavarian/German cuisine.

• HEATHER (10/5): - This was our first time in Eureka Springs and I will definitely stay again at the Bavarian Inn. We stayed in a mini suite and it was very clean. I am super picky when it comes to cleanliness in motels, and I had absolutely no complaints. The area is perfect imo because its not right in the busy part of town so at night when you want some peace and quiet, you can get it. The trolley stops right in front of the Inn so you can take advantage of the trolley and not mess with parking your car downtown. We didnt get to eat at the german restaurant next door because its closed on Tuesday & Wednesday (learn from my mistake lol), but next time we will be sure to book on days of the week in which we can eat there too. The staff was super friendly and available although I had no problems so didnt require assistance beyond the usual checking in/out. We also loved the little balcony on the back side of our room. Nice spot to drink your morning coffee and listen to the birds in the woods right behind the motel.
• Thomas (10/5): Eureka Bliss - We spent a few days of getaway to Eureka Springs, our first time at Bavarian Inn. Our room was in great condition, staff were helpful, and the hotel was peaceful. We were able to enjoy the restaurant as well and enjoyed the authentic Czech-German entrees.
• Matthew (10/5): - We loved the homey, kitschy style of the room and the spaciousness of the room itself and the bathroom. Each room has a private balcony that backs up to a wooded area which made for a very relaxing retreat. Michelle, the GM was friendly and helpful - a real hoot. Overall, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely come back.
• Vanessa (10/5): Will stay again - Cute and comfortable, staff was amazing here. So friendly, very biker friendly. Pollen was super high and they made sure we all had hose to wash bikes and towels first thing in the morning.

• Rebekah (10/5): - The ladies that run the Inn are very sweet and hospitable. Everything about our stay was wonderful. The location was perfect for us as it was close to everything we needed. We accidently left out daughter's jacket and they called right away to let us know and held it at the desk so we could come back and get it. I've left things before and just lost them so this was greatly appreciated. Wonderful stay!
