• Ken (9/5): Great value for the price. - Breakfast was very good. The breakfast room was tight and too quiet. It would help to have some background music playing …. Not TV news as that can stir emotions and tv can keep people mesmerized and not leave to free up tables.

• Krista (9/5): If looking for safe and clean, this is the place to stay. 🙂 - Facility- grounds, lobby, room- very very clean. The staff was friendly. The rooms were quiet. Location was off the main street, but not so far to be uncomfortable or inconvenient to get to places to eat/shop. Will be staying here again next trip. 🙂 Mattress on the bed needed to be rotated or replaced, there were impressions in the mattress that were slightly uncomfortable. Front sign posted door locked at 9 and would need a key card to get in, Door was locked before 830.

• Nichole (3/5): Would never stay here again. - The staff was horrible. There are signs in several places stating that they are short staffed. I believe that is an excuse for terrible service. They lock the front door after 6pm. They ask you to call on a courtesy phone to have them unlock the door. When we arrived, we sat outside for 15 minutes waiting for someone to let us in. There was no one anywhere. Another guest saw us outside and let us in where we waited another 10 minutes for the front desk clerk. When she did come to the front desk, she was very curt and impolite. She mentioned that they were short staffed. Not a good experience. I do not recommend this establishment at all.

It was super noisy in the morning which is not the hotels fault but ended my night at 5am. It feels quite save as it is right next to the hospital. I think for the price it’s an okay hotel to stay in!

• otis (6/5): - overall it was good, breakfast was good, clean. Only one thing that was not good. one of the beds made noise when you moved. the mattress was terrible, it would sink into the frame and the frame is metal and would make a clanging sound.

We had trouble finding a satisfactory place to eat, had trouble finding the falls that were supposed to have been in the area, room was ok, staff was ok, but the luggage cart we used apparently had a tire losing air because it was extremely difficult to maneuver. When we told the front desk person about that, she seemed to have blown it off, and it was right back out at the door next time we left. Definitely would not stay there again and would not recommend it.

• Linda (10/5): Great little hide-away, off the beaten path. - Due to construction in the area, the hotel was a little difficult to find, but once we were there, we were very pleased with the service from the front desk, the very nice location, and the room. We would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling with a pet, or anyone needing to be close to medical services.

Breakfast was fine but I'm not a fan of powdered eggs. I'm sure the current cost of eggs is a factor. Biscuits and gravy was delicious and the seasoned potatoes were perfect.

• Craig (6/5): Functional, nothing stands out and wouldn't return - Pretty good value for money with free parking. It is functional and is as advertised The customer service lets this hotel down. We intended to do some laundry here and had not used any cash during our entire 3 week trip. For the laundry we needed quarters but the people at reception couldn't help, we had to drive to a bank, get $10 cash (charged $5 service fee) to get quarters from a bank in order to do laundry.... It would be very helpful if the hotel could provide quarters for the laundry machines they have on site - seems like a simple opportunity to make customers' stays better, just charge the cost to the room. Breakfast was very average - nothing special.

It’s located next to the hospital and medical center, and my impression is that some guests have stayed here multiple times. The only negative is potential noise from helicopter, otherwise it is very quiet.
