Guest Reviews
- Beatrijs (10/5): - Great breakfast choices, fresh fruit!
Clean bathroom, easy parking.
Friendly staff.
- Robert (10/5): - Clean and friendly
- Sally (8/5): - The current owners have done an outstanding job of taking an older hotel and updating it. Kay at the front desk was so kind and helpful. He did everything possible to make our stay enjoyable. The continental breakfast was really good, offering quite an array of choices. One suggestion would be to offer additional vending machines. We would stay here again.
- CANDY (10/5): - Very peaceful and homey and loved the balcony. Only thing was the tv was hard to work.
- Mark (8/5): Cosy - Clean and friendly
- Lori (8/5): - Great staff! Fun atmosphere. Great cafe in front of the motel. Clean and mostly updated room. Comfortable bed. Room was super hot in our room as we were right next door to the lobby and their personal living space that had the heat on SUPER warm. Breakfast was minimal.
- THOMAS (10/5): - We stayed here 2 nights; we were able to park outside the office door. The night we arrived; we found our room was not cleaned but the owners went right up and took care of it for us. We understand that mistakes happen, and the owners were very apologetic. Breakfast was good (waffles, bagels, hard boiled eggs, cereal, fruit, yogurt) and is open between 8 and 10. The air conditioner worked and kept the room at our desired temperature but was noisy when running. The bathroom was nice and the water pressure in the shower was nice. They also provided soap, shampoo, conditioner, mouth wash and lotion. There was a small refrigerator in the room which was nice, and it says there are microwaves, but our room did not have one. Overall, I would stay here again and definitely recommend it to friends.
- Kerri (10/5): - Very nice staff, nice breakfast
- Richard (8/5): - Very nice and friendly staff. Clean room. Was told there was a microwave in the room but there wasn't. Also on more than one occasion a gentleman staying in one of the downstairs rooms was urinating in the creek.
- Linda (10/5): - Clean, well appointed with everything we needed
- Jeff (10/5): - Older but updated and modern nice beds, VERY nice bathrooms and a small but thoughtfully stocked breakfast area. I'd recommend it to any friends.
- Vera (10/5): - Beautiful bedrroroom decoration
- Jane (10/5): - Wonderful value--everything you need for an excellent night's sleep.
- Andrew (10/5): - Cozy Corner is a perfect place to stay while visiting Williams College. It's clean, comfortable, quiet and three minutes from campus. Most importantly, the owner, "K," and his family really make you feel like you're at your home-away-from-home. And those Nutella waffles for breakfast..run don't walk! We'll stay there often while our daughter is at Williams!
- Lee (10/5): Motel that keeps on giving - I have used CCM for years, and every time I go there, some improvement has been added. It is entirely up-to-date in regard to conveniences, and it is evident that this is a fundamental aspect of this motel.
- Leticia (10/5): - We really enjoyed our time at Cozy Corner Motel. 100% recommended
- Len (10/5): - Look, it’s a motel, so yes you will have a window exposed to people walking past your room. But the owner was present, super-friendly, and helpful with everything. And the rooms have clearly been updated - bathroom was super fresh, nice tv;s, beds and everything else were totally good. We enjoyed our stay.
- joseph (10/5): - Very clean nice friendly service
- Louis (10/5): - The staff was very friendly and helpful. The location was quiet and the room was comfortable. The breakfast took care of us. Sipping my coffee by the running stream each morning was delightful.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Very comfortable old school motel - This is an old-fashioned motel with some limitations — no elevator, small bathrooms, etc. But it is the cleanest place I have ever stayed, has been updated over time, has comfortable beds, offers a good breakfast, and enjoys a nice location next to a stream with outdoor seating. The only real drawback to our stay was an overly noisy air conditioner.
- Verified traveler (6/5): Ok - An ok hotel. The young people working the front desk and lobby are friendly and competent. The crabby older person seems not to understand what is clearly posted on a sign in the bathroom: that a dirty towel placed on the floor is to be laundered and replaced, not re-hung.
- John (10/5): A very special place to stay! - Extremely clean and comfortable. Breakfast included pot-brewed coffee, fresh perfectly cooked hard-boiled eggs, real cream, real butter, homemade cookies. In modern bathroom were terrific toiletries.
Very pleasant hosts who clearly wanted to make my stay very good. Lovely outdoor seating area by a babbling brook. Very good restaurant on premises.
- Mary (10/5): - We thoroughly enjoyed our 1-night stay at the Cozy Corner! Rooms were very clean, and beds very comfortable! They also had a great breakfast, and I loved the outdoor seating area by the babbling brook!
- Scott (8/5): - Nice well maintained new England motor lodge. Nice seating area by the creek, clean rooms, great staff, and nice little related restaurant 500' away. Perfect overnight stop on a road trip.
- Nancy (8/5): - I've stayed here several times for the outdoor space. There is a stream at the edge of the property with outdoor furniture so you can enjoy the scenery.
- Kristine (10/5): Great stay at Cozy Corner - My friend and I had a long girls weekend get away for the 4th of July. Cozy Corner is a family owned business of a husband and wife (and their 2 children) Upon arrival Sonai ( hope I spelled it right) was very friendly, welcoming and took her time with our questions on activities in the area. She even took the time to allow my friend and I to follow her family to the 4th of July parade. Each morning she asked us how we spent our day. They kept the site clean & presentable. The rooms were clean and had a mini fridge & coffee maker. They had real flower hanging plants and a great seating area around the river. It was very relaxing at night sitting there listening to the river. My friend and I highly recommend Cozy Corner for your next hotel experience in Williamstown. Beautiful area to visit with a lot to do in surrounding towns. We climbed Mt Greylock and went to the Alpline slides in Jiminy Peak less than a half hour away. Great pizza at the Crust and ice cream in downtown.
- Ana (10/5): - The owners are very invested in making sure guests have a good stay.
- Stephen (10/5): - Very, very clean with friendly owners. Located within a few minutes' drive of good restaurants and outdoor recreation areas. We would definitely stay again!
- Kristen (10/5): - Cozy, like the name says. So comfortable quiet, relaxing. Very clean, everything in great working order.
- cassandra (10/5): - This is a hidden gem. Owners we so nice and the property was well taken care of, along with newly updated fixtures.
- Christina (10/5): - Every detail of our room was well thought out and beautiful! Great shower and bath features, everything worked great, just awesome especially for the price. Love the flowers around the hotel and super friendly and thorough checkin.
- Brian (10/5): - Great classic motel. Clean. Friendly, helpful staff.
- Daniel (10/5): - This property has been renovated and the room had a fresh clean look with a comfortable. Loved the waffle machine at the continental breakfast area.
- connie (10/5): - Quiet and quaint.
- Lisa (10/5): - We stayed here one night while attending an event at the college and it was Fantastic! Will definitely be back. The breakfast was great, the room was clean and the price was economical. Thanks for a great stay!
- Ornetta (10/5): - Just returned home from a 3 nights stay at Cozy corner. I never do these reviews but felt I needed to on this one. This place is amazing. The owners are so kind and accommodating. The grounds are beautiful with a creek with rustling water. We sat out there one night to enjoy the tranquility and amazing views. They also have double chairs on the balcony. There is a fantastic restaurant in front of the property that has great food. The location is safe (police dept) across the street and very accessible to cruises to N Adams and Vermont. Well done Cozy Corners!
- amy (10/5): - We have been staying here for the past 3 years while visiting our son who attended MCLA. Kay and family were always so welcoming, gracious and accommodating. We highly recommend staying here when in the area.
- tree (10/5): - excellent
- Nancy (10/5): - I’ve stayed here many times and highly recommend it.
- Robert (8/5): - Nice people run the place.
- Travis (10/5): - The staff was super friendly. The room was very clean. Overall, a great experience.
- Katharine (10/5): - Kay was delightful. Friendly, helpful, and attentive to a few minor requests we had. We stayed here two years ago and this was our second time. It’s better than before! Rooms were just as spotless. The painting and finishes seemed nicer, and fresher. Beds are super comfy. Bathrooms are spotless. No odors. This is a gem of a place. We have friends in the area and often stay with them. When we couldn’t, we tried to stay here but it was booked and had have tried one or two other motels but there nowhere to try two other local motels. They were definitely not nearly as nice. We will absolutely stay again!
- Ashley (8/5): - A good stay for the price!
- Curtis (10/5): - Love this place. Have stayed at least ten times and K just keeps improving the rooms and facility in general.
- Claire (10/5): - The Staff were wonderful. Location great if visiting Mass MOCA and/or Clark Museum. Good dining options nearby as well
- Dana (10/5): Lovely hotel. - Lovely experience, hotel is clean, updated and well taken care of by the owner. We would definitely stay here again.
- jaime (10/5): - The gentleman at the front desk was very nice and accommodating. The rooms are very clean and beds are comfortable. Looks like owners take pride in their property. I would stay here again if I was in the area.
- John (10/5): - The room was so nice! Such a great view, friendly, welcoming, and flexible staff. The location was perfect for getting to and from my work at the time. Would highly recommended!
- Amanda (6/5): - The location was great but the stairs to get to the second floor on the outside were covered in ice and not properly maintained also the noise was terrible it was a windy night and there was a flag right outside the door and the noise kept me up all night
- Philip (8/5): Nice place! - Super clean, inexpensive motel. Room was pretty basic, but very clean. It was a bit loud from other rooms, and the road, but otherwise was quite comfortable. Internet was a bit wonky as well. Bottom line, if you’re lookin for a place to spend the night, it’s a solid option.
- Charles (10/5): - I was surprised by what I got for the price point of the motel. It was clean and there were no odors to consider; sorry, but I find that many inexpensive hotels smell of stale smoke, but not this one. The bathroom was surprisingly nice and it was a positive experience. I'd use them again.
- Ruby (10/5): - We booked late at night due to weather, and the gentleman working kindly waited for our arrival. Very friendly staff, clean and comfy rooms, and nice bathrooms. Will definitely stay here again if in the area.
- Trudy (6/5): OK Overnight Stay - The room itself was fine. Good value for the money, clean, and decently furnished. There seemed to be a lot of outside noise and very thin walls.
- Electra (10/5): - Property is on the crappy end of town but the river is between your hotel and that neighborhood. I definately recommend staying at this hotel
- Diane (10/5): Great stay!! - this is the third time I have stated cozy corner and I wouldn’t wanna stay at any other place in the Williamstown area. The owners are very friendly. The breakfast has quite a variety for a small Motel. The rim was very clean with the amenities very plentiful TV microwave fridge. Great service.
- Allison (8/5): - This was a very good place to stay for a night. Solid facilities and kind staff. Would definitely recommend!
- Alicia (10/5): - Adorable motel - super cute & rooms are spotless - convenient to Williamstown too…
- Julie (8/5): Lovely Host - The hotel room was acceptable but not really anything special. Beautiful grounds around the building. Not much within walking distance. The host couldn't have been kinder and more interested in making our stay pleasant.
- Gwen (10/5): - The owner was very attentive and respectful. The room was very clean and comfortable. The bathroom looked recently remodeled and it was immaculate. We asked for extra towels and they were delivered within minutes to our room.
This motel was small and as the name suggets, cozy. There was a brook on the side of the building we stayed on and they had a picknik table and a round table to sit on and enjoy the water view. The motel was on rte. 7 so going to and from the motel was easy to navigate and just a short distance from downtown Williamstown. Our evening consisted of cocktails outdoor by the brook followed by dinner at a nearby restaurant. The owner gave us several dinner suggestions and all were withing 5-10 min drive.
I told the owner how apprecative we were that they go above and beyond to satisfy their guests and that I would highly reccomend the Cozy Corner Motel to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Berkshire area.
- NICOLA (6/5): - The views from the property were beautiful.
Parking was easy.
The bathroom was lovely.
- Lynn (8/5): Great value - Mom and pop place, very clean, nice staff, renovated bathroom, very comfortable bed!
Great breakfast! I love getting my own! I will stay there again.
- David G (10/5): Best Motel Room in a Long Time - This was one of the best motel rooms we have had for long time. Well appointed and roomy. I wish they all were as pleasant as the Cozy Corner.
- Richard (8/5): Nice Stay - We had a great stay, the air conditioning was very loud, it was a very safe place to stay and beautiful scenery, we had a hard time finding a nice restaurant without spending a whole lot of money!
- Michael (10/5): - Nice and clean place. Check in went smoothly. Nice rooms.
- Joyce (10/5): - Old motel but very clean and updated. Price very reasonable. So glad we found this little gem. Would recommend to anyone!
- michelle (10/5): - Clean basic motel style. For price the nicest motel style I’ve ever been in. Kind very friendly family works hard to keep this lovely. Bathroom is newly remodeled tiny but spotless
- William M. (10/5): - This small, traditional roadside motel has been nicely updated with quality furnishings, nice bathrooms and comfortable beds. The price is a bargain and the owners clearly care about their property. Breakfast offerings including fresh fruit and berries and quality bagels were an unexpected bonus.
- Jim (10/5): Top Value and Best Location - Outstanding. This is absolutely the best place to stay near Williams College. Room is as nice as you’d expect from 5 star hotel in a big city. Ownership and staff are fantastic and treat you like a VIP. Balcony and patio area.
- Simon (10/5): - A lovely motel, well kept and very clean and tidy. Great staff and guests.
An ideal spot to start an easterly run on the Mohawk Trail.
- Verified traveler (10/5): - Very nice place, pleasant and helpful staff, nice breakfast, rooms done up well
- Nancy (10/5): - Very clean and well decorated room. Fantastic walk in shower. Nice breakfast choices.

- Richard (10/5): - Very friendly very clean and well taken.care of at reasonable rate we will definitely go stay again
- Steve (10/5): - We have stayed here multiple times. It is always clean and well maintained. The family that runs it is extremely friendly and welcoming. We also love the Coyote Flaco restaurant nearby. We will be back.
- Jon (10/5): - Being by a creek was a extra bonus. Really nice. The owners were excellent and friendly.
- Charles (10/5): - In town for dropping off kiddo for start of college at Williams.
Convenient location. Front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful providing recommendations. Very easy check in.
Room was very clean. Ample parking.
Great location for Williams College visit. Definitely recommend and will stay agin on future visits.
- Verified traveler (10/5): Cozy - It is always clean and comfortable and a great bargain. The owners are very polite and kind. I do not usually stay in motels but this one is great.
- Erica (10/5): Great place to hang your hat - Just like its name, this is a cozy corner of a place. Comfortable beds, updated bathrooms, thoughtful touches in the room. Set next to a gurgling stream with sitting area to enjoy complimentary breakfast. Easy access to attractions in western mass and Vermont.
- Luciana (8/5): - Service was really attentive at arrival. Bathroom was very clean and room had comfortable beds.
- Renee (10/5): - Very convenient and location was perfect. Stayed for a week and owners have plenty "ALOHA" and made us feel like it was home in Maui. It was our first time in Massachusetts and being on the east coast side is a good experience. After traveling all those hours to get there. The motel made us happy with the comfy beds and free breakfast. Settled in our daughter for her first year in college. Will definitely be back and its never a good bye. It's a hui hou (until we meet again) Mahalo The Amor Ohana!
- Mary (10/5): - This was our third stay over the last 5 years and since our last visit, they have made upgrades. Most noticeable was the bathrooms. Completely remodeled them.
There are two floors but being it’s an older building, there are no elevators. We normally reserve queen bed rooms and according to the owner, those are on the top floor. Can get a double bed room on ground floor. The owner is very willing to help with luggage to the top floor.
For the most part it is clean. Vacuuming could be better. Bathroom was spotless except for areas around the floor edges. The young lady doing the housecleaning was very pleasant and came to the rescue when I had a wardrobe malfunction! Saved the day for sure!
There is a small breakfast area with fresh fruit, pastries and muffins. Yogurt and cereal too. There is a waffle machine and they keep the coffee fresh.
There is a nice seating area along a relaxing stream along the property.
There is a restaurant on site not affiliated with the motel. The food is hit or miss.
We will definitely return on our next trip to the area.
- Catherine (10/5): - Beautifully kept, friendly and helpful staff
- Vincenzo (10/5): - Very satisfied with my stay.
- Sarah (8/5): - Great location and staff. very clean! We would stay here again.

- joanne (10/5): - Very attractive. comfortable rooms. very helpful staff. good breakfast
- wayne (10/5): 2nd stay in 2 weeks. - Cozy Corner Motel is very clean, the owners are super nice and friendly, and this is my 2nd stay in two weeks. Their breakfast was great. The hours of 8-10am did not meet my schedule for breakfast. They changed the time so I could have breakfast as well as other early renters. They make you feel right at home.
- Patricia (10/5): - Nice and easy for motorcycles with a restuarant on location
- Susan (10/5): - Love staying here! Owners are so nice and the grounds are lovely. The babbling brook is a wonderful place to relax, read or eat breakfast.
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Liked it all ,will return
- Pardis (10/5): Friendly staff and cozy comfort! - We found this motel to be charming and greatly enjoyed being able to sit outside on the balcony during cyclone Debbie as the rain poured and poured, listening to the frogs and staying dry. The beds were clean and comfy and staff were kind and helpful. We also enjoyed sitting out for breakfast in the morning next to the river. I would stay again!
- Aniko (10/5): - Breakfast was delicious, strong coffee, fresh fruits, and service was royal!
- wayne (8/5): Wayne's view of stay. - The motel was great. Very clean. Location for me was a plus. Restaurant right beside the motel was also great.
Quiet. Didn't get to try breakfast because it didn't serve until 8am. I had to leave for an appointment before they opened.
- alain (10/5): Qualité prix imbattable - Pour le prix, c'est imbattable. Super service, bon petit déjeuner. Je considère le meilleur motel a ce prix.
- Lee (10/5): You can bank on it - Infallibly DEPENDABLE.
