• Annmarie (2/5): Very unprofessional!! Disgusting !! - Blood stains on the sheets, cold water faucet was broken. Told the manager and upon checkout the owner came up to me pointing fingers saying it was my fault about the sheets very rudely. Told her if it was me id apologize but it wasnt and she was adamant and very rude saying it was me. Ill never stay there again!!

• Annmarie (10/5): Nice quiet stay - Very clean, great size room. Had a great time only downfall was we booked what was advertised as a 2 double bed room well when we got our room it only had 1 bed so i wound up sleeping on the couch def not big enough for 2 people. Other than that it was great.
• Verified traveler (4/5): - The motel has nice furnitures and overall is clean. Unfortunately we had ants in our room. Wi-Fi did not work. Not a really good experience. The motel has potential but needs somebody to really take care of maintenance
• Unhappy (4/5): - I made the reservation over a week ago & got my conformation # 10 min. later. When my wife & I arrived on the date it was reserved for , the motel did not have my reservation. I had to show the motel my phone with my conformation # on it. They had only 1 room left so he gave it to us. Good thing we didnt arrive 10 min later or we wouldnt have a room. I had to pay full price & almost beg for the room. No deal & hassle is what Expedia did for me. Why did I use Expedia ? I dont know ! Unhappy Mike

• Verified traveler (8/5): - It served the needs for me but probably wouldn't be okay if you had children I just needed a place to stay for a couple of days to take care of business Family Matters but if you wanted to be close to the beach to have family fun it probably wouldn't be what you want but it was clean and the staff was very gracious and accommodating

• philip (10/5): A real suite - Very nice spacious suite. Actually had a separate bedroom. Place was very clean and quiet.
• Daniel (6/5): Not worth the price - To close to a busy highway, alot of road noise. I asked for a one hour late check-out but all I got was "no". Not a real friendly front desk. Motel looks as if built back in the 50's and is showing it's age. Not worth the price.

• Kevin (10/5): - It's not much to look at but the ladies who run it are nice and inside the room are large and nice with a full kitchen and living room with a couch and lazyboy chair and Flat screen TV. NIce... The bedroom was clean and another TV. Nice beds. You could stay here for longer terms and feel right at home.

• Thomas (6/5): Great for Workers, or Families on a Budget - A little outdated, but the bed was comfortable and the room spacious and quiet. That is worth its weight in gold vs some of the hotels in New Smyra that cater to loud tourists. Leaky bathroom sink, but otherwise fully functional.

• ACDC (8/5): A surprising find! - This little motel tucked in along US#1 gives an excellent value with such uncramped space I could enjoy a week or two in one of the most interesting areas of Florida. It really is two full rooms plus bath: large sitting area & kitchen & dining area with full size appliances, pots & utensils and corelle-type dishware. Then the bedroom easily accommodates the two queen beds and accessories plus my brother's folding table with his magnifying reader. My nephew enjoyed "roughing it" on the couch in the other room, but would have had room for an inflatable bed there. All that plus large walk-in closet and full bath for less than a lot of hotel rooms. Yes, I would go back in a heart-beat and plan on several days!
• Steve (10/5): Nice Place Nice Price - Found the Motel to be clean and quite a deal for the money. I mean it had a kitchen,bedroom,living room,and walk in closet along with two TV's and a couch and recliner chair.Not on the ocean but close enough lots of restaurants and everything else nearby
• Gary (8/5): A diamond in the rough.... - We were in town for a wedding at the Estate on the Halifax River. Check in at the All Suite Motel was at 2:00 pm, which was perfect for the wedding was at 3:30 pm. The check in was pleasant and all questions were answered to our satisfaction. Our room was on the second floor and we used the hard key to enter. The room was large, full kitchen and living area. When we entered the bedroom we were surprised, it was the size of some hotel rooms we had stayed in, with a walk in closet. The bath was average. Maybe a mattress pad could help the bed. All in all it is a great place to stay needing some touch up. One big help for future guests would be to tell them that to turn on the shower you have to pull down on the tub faucet spout.
• Verified traveler (6/5): Nice motel close to the beach. - It's a great place for the money, so I don't really have complaints. However don't expect extra amenities like coffee or shampoo. There was a coffee maker and nice spacious equipped kitchen; and soap in the bathroom but bring your own extras. Great affordable spacious place for staying several days or a week and doing some of your own cooking etc.; also the mattress had a crinkly cover on it, but I guess that was more sanitary than other alternatives, even though not the comfiest.
• Jim (8/5): Older but decent place to stay. - Somewhat dated but it was clean and comfortable. House keeping staff does straighten things and take care of the bathroom if you want them to. Dishes and utensils are adequate for the kitchenette but the laundry room has no light so if you want to wash clothes be sure to do it before dark - and the wifi is fair at best. Also they turn off a/c and open the window so you might want to call ahead in hot weather or your room will be an oven! Overall decent place and we would stay there again.
• B Jordan (4/5): No cel phone service!!!! - This hotel failed for one main reason - no Verizon service in the room! Had to stand at the door to make or receive calls. Management knew and did not tell us! I need the use of my cel phone and will not go back.
• Brian (8/5): Great value - This place is a great value. We paid $67 per night. Nothing fancy. Just a former apartment complex turned into a motel. Owned/operated by a nice couple just trying to make ends meet. Convenient location for New Smyrna Beach/Daytona area. Not the cleanest/fanciest neighborhood, but I felt safe leaving my motorcycle in the parking lot. Would definitely stay here again if visiting Daytona or New Smyrna Beach.

• Shawna (10/5): - Great bang for your buck! We were in FL for a graduation ceremony and this hotel did the trick! It was our second stay, having stayed here back in August of 2010. Both times the room was clean and comfortable! The only complaint I have is that we made a late check in and had to ring for service to get in to check in. It's a bit of a seedy area and I feel they should have a night check in person on staff. Otherwise I will stay here again should I need to travel to Edgewater FL for business or pleasure!

• Wendy (8/5): Very nice efficiency - They were very nice - we arrived around midnight and stayed for two nights. I called when we were 10 minutes away to let her know we were close as I knew she would be sleeping. We loved the kitchen and coffee maker - as we are avid coffee drinkers. Though we didn't use the kitchen this time -- when we return -- as we know we will -- we plan to possibly cook : ) and loved having the fridge for our waters!!!! (we found them through hotel.com)
• Doodler (8/5): Inexpensive & Nice hotel for overnight stay in New - The hotel is very clean, recently updated and the staff was excellent.
• Shirley (10/5): Nice Getaway - MUCH better than I expected!!! Bed was a little hard, as others had said. I found no problem with the AC, I put both ceiling fans on and kept the air on 76 and it was perfect. It was nice and quiet, I was asked each day if I needed anything. I would stay there again and would highly recommend to anyone.

• Randy (8/5): Quaint little place. - Older motel, that has a kitchen/living room and separate bedroom. A/C is in the living room and will freeze you out. Bad news is that the A/C does not cool the bedroom. No way for the wall A/C to go through a door opening. Maybe if they offered a fan to assist in blowing air into the other room. Would be nice for a couple staying for a week or month aving a full size refridge, stove, etc.

• RON (4/5): Double check area and accomadations before reservi - Being that New Samyrna had filled up, we were told that the only rooms available was this motel. I had no idea where the Motel was or the part of town it was in. I thought Edgewater was a decent area, instead it was not able to meet our expectations which made it very uncomfortable for my wife and me. We paid for two nights but only stayed one. Sorry guys not a good expierence

• Verified traveler (4/5): wouldn't recommend - Hotel was in ok area, but in order to get of hold customer care had to call the number no one was in office, the rooms were cute looking but beds were uncomfortable,the bedroom had no ac..ac unit is in living room but doesn't flow well to bedroom, and found a couple of roaches in bathroom....would not stay there again
• Aaron (6/5): It's fine. Not great, but fine. - My son and I went up to NSB for a Skate contest. We stayed on night. The room is large. Water pressure in shower was great. The Motel is old, but it was better than I was expecting. Beds were very hard and every time you move it was squeaky. All that said I would stay again just based on the price point. Bring some candles or some febreze.
• Eric (6/5): Good Clean and roomy - Nice to have multiple rooms, and a kitchenette good place to stay on a budget, while still having very nice if a bit dated accommodations. TV;s up to date, and LOTS of space. Furniture, ah, ok... several LONG term residents i am guessing, short term apartments in effect. Quiet and comfortable. laundry was handy
• deborah (8/5): Hotel Stay - Motel staff was very polite and friendly. Only booked 1 night at first and had to keep adding nights because my uncles condition became very serious. Finally stayed 10 nights because he passed away. Manager was very nice had to move us 1 time to help us get a room for the amount of time we needed, but was glad to do it. Room was clean had full kitchen,nice sofa and recliner, beds were comfortable. No problems for us and if we have to go again I would stay here.
