Guest Reviews
- Gonzalo (9/5): - La atención y lo limpio Un poco lejos del centro de Chatham
- Mitzi (10/5): Great small resort hotel. Friendly staff, updated and clean rooms. - Great location, quiet, friendly staff. Cannot say anything!
- FortunesBreeze (10/5): A true gem - Staying at this resort is a complete vacation in itself. I cannot recommend it highly enough. We stayed in a kitchenette unit which had a porch on one side complete with table, chairs, and umbrella, perfect for outdoor dining. The kitchen, bath, and bedroom areas were absolutely spotless and fully equipped, even better than expected. The heating and AC worked perfectly. The entire resort is beautifully landscaped and peaceful, including a scenic koi pond. At night the roads around the resort are illuminated; each evening we took a stroll around the grounds before bedtime. There are various types of accommodations to suit everyone's taste. There is also a pool and laundry facilities. One of the owners took the time to show us a really gorgeous freestanding unit that was being renovated. The design, workmanship, and materials were top level. Everyone we encountered in the office and housekeeping was friendly, kind, and helpful. If we lived closer, we would be annual guests. Although we had a great time at all the various attractions from mid-Cape to P-town, it was our time at the resort we enjoyed and remember most.
- Christopher (10/5): Absolutely wonderful experience at Pleasant Bay Village Resort. The grounds were absolutely beautiful, the rooms are ver - Cleanliness, garden and friendly staff
- Stephen (9/5): We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. - The property is like being at a botanical garden. The room was very comfortable and clean. Nothing

- Bentivegna Romanowski (10/5): -

- Laney (6/5): - Check-in and welcome was hands down the best experience! Not only was the process smooth, but David (our check-in staff) showed us around the main areas, willing and able to answer all questions, and very knowledgeable about the area.
The property itself is really nice, very private-like even though it’s close quarters. If you have a bigger vehicle it’s a little harder to maneuver/park.
The room itself was nice. Overall cleanliness was good aside from the tiny mold/mildew spots on/in the picture hanging in our bathroom. Walking into the room the first thing was the musky odor smell to which we sprayed perfume around the place and went on about our business.
- PaulaL271 (10/5): 5 star experience! - Great location, room and area. Clean as a whistle. Landscape was fabulous. Staff was wonderful. Breakfast was delicious.
I’d would stay there again.
- Leigh (10/5): - The room and patio were beautiful. Comfortable bed. Parking spot right outside the room. Very quiet.
- JBZHD59 (10/5): An absolute must stay in Cape Cod! You need to stay here! - Pleasant Bay Village was an absolute gem! Never have we stayed at such a unique, amazingly beautiful, serene and magical place. From the moment we arrived we didn't want to leave. The staff, the grounds, the amenities, the rooms were all in pristine condition and so well maintained. I just can't say enough. Josh, Peter, Cher and David, all were wonderful to work with and great to meet. We would go back to Cape Cod just to stay there again.
- Tourist16317344126 (10/5): Great stay - Comfortable room, gorgeous landscaping, helpful staff, free coffee in lobby, parking right in front of room - great late-season visit to the Cape!
- wendy (10/5): - Great
- Wayne (10/5): - It was terrific! Check in was very helpful and loved the property.
- snowfairy32 (10/5): Hospitality and Comfort at Its Best in Chatham - Five stars aren’t nearly enough for this resort! The accommodations were top-notch, the staff went above and beyond, and the grounds felt like a botanical garden oasis.
My friend and I spent six days enjoying fall bike rides on the many paved trails, all within minutes to about an hour from our room. The in-room kitchen was thoughtfully stocked with everything needed to prepare full meals—salt, pepper, coffee filters, BBQ lighter fluid, BBQ tools, and plenty of other handy items.
A day of riding, after a rainy night, left our bikes covered in road spray, and when we asked about rinsing them off, the staff promptly hooked up a hose and brought it right to our car and bike rack—service at its best!
The heated pool was delightful, and the hot tub was large with wonderfully strong jets. Everywhere we turned, it was clear that the resort is truly cared for by the staff and owners.
We absolutely loved our stay, and I’m confident you will too.
- rbuskey106 (10/5): Weekend Stay - Stayed here for a quick weekend getaway. Less than 10 minute drive to get to downtown Chatham. Cute little mid-sized resort. Ground are impeccable. Going Pond is beautiful. Rooms are updated & very comfortable. Staff was great. Nice heater pool too. Would definitely return
- susan (10/5): - Staff was extremely helpful and friendly Gave great recommendations on restaurants nearby. Grounds are stunning. .
- Debra (10/5): - We loved everything-
- Ioanna (10/5): Gorgeous place - I did not know what to expect as I had never heard of this place before. The grounds are breathtaking and meticulously maintained. The rooms are spotless and very comfortable. I would only suggest a freezer with the fridge but the place accommodated that request by placing my items in their freezer. I cannot wait to come back next year

- Z9015PQjimm (10/5): Chatham vacation - Great Cape resort, with beautiful gardens and pool area with hot tub.
Immaculate rooms and wonderful staff! Chatham has many fine restaurants and shops as well.
- ChloeBelle28 (10/5): Clean, green, and unique. - We had a deluxe double room right near the pool and lobby. No issues with noise. Room was clean and ample space for 3 people to sleep, relax, and put all of our stuff. Beds were really comfortable. The grounds were unique and beautiful with all of the landscaping, statues, water features, and koi pond! Cool lights at night to light all of the little paths throughout the resort. My kids loved the koi pond and were allowed to feed the fish as much they wanted and even named one Timmy. The playground needs an upgrade but we found all of the other games tucked in a little secret hideaway behind the pool and the kids loved those (corn hole and ping pong). Not really walkable to anywhere, but everything was less than 10 minute drive. Would definitely stay here again.
- Kellie (10/5): Would absolutely recommend!! - The breakfast was delicious!! The front desk staff were helpful and friendly. The grounds are beautiful and tranquil. The room was clean and spacious. The pool and hot tub were a big hit with my family. I wish my room had a microwave or I wish there was access to a microwave on premises for guests. Vacation costs are hard on families. After spending money on a breakfast which my child only ate half, it would nice to be able to heat up that delicious pancake for him the next morning.
- Mary (10/5): - A very well run resort.
- Nigel (10/5): Peace and tranquility in the heart of Cape Cod - Beautiful, mature, Japanese-inspired grounds provide a private setting for large comfortable single storey rooms and cottages. In the same family for three generations, the hotel feels welcoming and well-established. Friendly staff, and excellent facilities including a pool and hot tub. A peaceful retreat from which to explore the attractions of Cape Cod. Couldn’t fault it.
- B9610ZWemilys (10/5): Great family Resort - My kids love to stay here when we visit Cape Cod! They loved feeding the Koi fish, swimming in the pool and hot tub. They loved the delicious breakfast and ordering pool side lunch! This was also the cleanest place we have ever stayed! We will definitely be back!!
- Evelyn (10/5): - The Pleasant Bay Village Resort was more than I could have ever imagined. It was immaculately clean and the staff was AMAZING always busy working making our stay perfect. Peter, the manager was so very accommodating. This resort is a gem, it is so quaint and cozy. The rooms are so very private and specious; bright and cheery The grounds are beautiful and inviting. The Koi pond is immense and just watching the children feeding them was so special. I will only stay here when I visit Cape Cod again and I would love to make it a family vacation with my children and grandchildren. I found it reasonably priced and worth every penny. Thank u for your New England charm and an everlasting experience.
- L7365RBisabelleh (10/5): Unexpected hidden gem - We made our reservation latest minute due to unexpected circumstances. Peter the manager, provided some extra accommodations for us over the weekend, which was amazing. Everything was clean, spacious, & the beds were very comfortable. We loved everything down to the shower heads. Our stay was spectacular and the property was unexpectedly so beautiful—highly recommend!!
- Ellen (10/5): - Beautiful place to stay!
- Kristen (10/5): Love this place❤️ - We will definitely come back again! The room was so clean and beautiful. Our room was cleaned every day and the bed turned down at night with a light chocolate candy waiting for us😊 The people that work at the front desk are so friendly and helpful, made our trip so much more enjoyable.
- vince (10/5): - great
- Brendan (10/5): - The landscaping gave the resort my 5 star rating. That and Peter !
- Brian (10/5): - Lovely accommodations, deep tub and beautiful grounds and gardens!
- Mark (10/5): - Amazing property with some of the most unique and well maintained landscaping. Staff was superb, definitely coming back when we visit the Cape again.
- John (10/5): - Third time stay. Excellent always. Newly renovated and a hidden gem. Food is excellent and staff always there to assist.
- JoAnne (10/5): - Beautifully landscaped grounds complete with koi pond and waterfall. Very peaceful, clean rooms and friendly staff.
- K8tgegr8 (10/5): Exceptionally beautiful - Trailing from the UK we stayed one night while traveling up the Cape and instantly regretted not booking more time. The grounds are absolutely beautiful, the room was spotless, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. The pool and hot tub were the perfect way to relax. Can’t wait to come back for a longer stay!
- Mary (10/5): - We loved the resort! The property is beautiful and quaint. Our room was lovely and so clean and the beds comfortable! Perfect location between Chatham and Harwich.
- 647diederikk (10/5): Warm welcome and excellent service – we’ll be back! - We felt very welcome and the staff were extremely helpful. We were truly pampered — highly recommended, and we will definitely come back here again.
- Brittany (10/5): - Our third stay at this amazing property. A dream place! Fabulous rooms, pool and food!
- 196pegh (10/5): First visit but not the last - I stumbled upon this resort when planning a last minute getaway to the Cape. So glad I found it. The many excellent reviews are accurate. Loved the beautiful landscaping and peaceful surroundings. Enjoyed the pool, hot tub and ping pong table. The entire staff were very welcoming and helpful. Allie, Peter, Josh and Dave at reception were exceptional. The restaurant was fantastic, both the food and service. Constantine was pleasant and efficient. The room was spotless, updated and very comfortable. I visited with my husband, but hope to return with our children and grandchildren.
- terryoQ8752WS (10/5): Exceptional experience - This was our 2nd. year at Pleasant Bay and it was superb. The spacious rooms are immaculate and cleaned daily without having to ask. The grounds are stunning, with foliage of every kind and even a coy pond where you can feed the fish. One feature I love is the dedicated parking spot right outside your room. It's convenient to everything Chatham yet secluded and very quiet. We can't wait until next year! I left behind a hat with sentimental value and Peter, the owner, offered to mail it to my home. Stay here, you won't be disappointed.
- Excursion42722649539 (10/5): Wonderful - Landscaping here is phenominal if you are a horticulturalist. Rooms are very well kept and service is excellent. Rates are ??? But its worth a visit, also excellent pool.
- 604paulettek (10/5): Dream vacation! - We can’t say enough about this beautiful resort and the wonderful people that operate it!
Our vacation was so relaxing that on our way back to NY we decided we are coming back in September !!!
We are always so happy at pleasant bay village, it’s our home away from home!
The property is lush and so well kept. The pool is heated with a waterfall!
The resort is within close proximity to the picturesque town of Chatham and some of the nicest beaches on cape cod!
We can’t wait to return in a month and a half
Thank you Josh Cheryl and Peter !
- nancylynnp2018 (10/5): Perfect Cape Cod Getaway - A lovely stay! Really appreciated all of the attention to detail, helpful staff, and old school turndown service. GORGEOUS landscaping!!! Thank you.
- Mary (10/5): - Wonderful spot and great attention to detail for guests
- Sightsee04566566026 (10/5): AMAZING! - If you're looking for a relaxing getaway, this is THE place! It truly feels like you're staying in a botanical garden. The room was very updated and immaculate. The lunch service at the pool is spot on...great chicken salad, great service! We loved the koi pond. We also loved the fact that the cleaning folks weren't stalking us to leave so they could get in. We had leisurely mornings and they did their thing in the afternoon. The resort is family owned and clearly staff take pride in the place and taking care of the guests. Oh yeah...we loved the evening chocolate turndown service! Thanks Josh and Peter...we'll be back!
- ChristineSolo (10/5): - We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Pleasant Bay. We stayed for 6 nights and everything was perfect. The grounds are stunning, the staff is very helpful and kind, and the room was super clean. There was turndown service every night, which an unexpected but pleasant surprise! Our toddler enjoyed the pool, playground, the pond and the walking trails throughout the property. The property itself is incredible. We were very satisfied with our stay and would definitely look to visit again when we return to the Cape.
- A9152MYhelens (8/5): Lovely home away from home - When planning my family trip to Cape Cod, a friend recommended we stay at Pleasant Bay in Chatham. My husband and I didn’t want to break the bank, and we only have our daughter (11 years old) with us so booked the studio.
Our room had two double beds, one bathroom, a small kitchen with an adorable little breakfast nook, and a lovely little outdoor patio of our own charcoal bbq, table with four chairs and an umbrella.
We spent three nights at the hotel and couldn’t have asked for a better experience! When we went to the beach, the staff gave us chairs and umbrella to borrow for the day. When we returned to our rooms, we jumped into the pool and dried up with hotel towels. And when we planned our excursions, the staff guided us to make great choices.
I rarely write reviews for hotels but had my friend not recommended Pleasant Bay I would have not known about this hidden gem so I’m paying it forward. The only reason I’m not giving it five stars is there isn’t a restaurant on the premises. They do sell meals that you can pick up from the front desk and eat in your room or at the pool. It’s nice to have that option but you must order the day before which didn’t work for my family.
- Andrew (10/5): - Great stay at Pleasant Bay and would highly recommend it. Rooms were spacious and very clean. The grounds are really nice with a koi pond, gardens and lots of seating areas. Pool and hot tub area also really nice. Staff was very friendly and helpful.
Shout out to Peter at the front desk, who was incredibly
- I7350DCkrisc (10/5): Couldn’t ask for anything better - We had a wonderful stay here! We stayed in one of the cottages and it was very clean and stocked well with things we would need in the kitchen and for the grill. Beds were super comfortable. The pool and hot tub were really nice and also very clean. The grounds were stunning and really added to the experience of staying here as well. Everyone we interacted with was very nice as well. Would definitely stay here again.
- marklY564GI (10/5): Relaxing - Our favorite best kept cape secret. Shhh. Peter you and your staff are the best. Always sparkling clean and cozy. We love it there.
- 596alanb (10/5): We’ve been coming here for over 20 years! - We’ve been coming here with our family for over 20 years for vacation, and to celebrate milestones (like our 40th anniversary). From reservations (Josh) to check in (Allie), to the wonderful staff who keep the rooms so nice, the experience is always great. And it seems that every time we come (about every other year) the rooms have been updated… again. We love the cottages, with 2 bedrooms, 2 baths and a full kitchen. I think we’ve stayed in every one of them over the years. And it’s fun to see our grandson swimming in the same pool that his father did, when he was a boy coming here. And the grounds are a combination of botanical gardens and an artistic oasis. Chatham is a great location to get anywhere on the Cape and we couldn’t imagine staying anywhere else.
- Twofakeknees (10/5): Beautiful! - Beautiful grounds and very nice unit which was more than well furnished and supplied. The staff is so friendly that they make you feel at home
- mark (10/5): - The gardens were unique and enjoyable. The staff were very friendly and accommodating.
- sandonyourtoes (10/5): Perfect! - What a wonderful place! Very reasonable rates for this caliber of lodging. The Resort has immaculate rooms, beautiful grounds, and friendly staff. Though on a main road the property is quiet. Breakfast is offered for a small fee and it is quite good. Peter, at the front of the house, is the best and could not have been more welcoming or helpful.
If you plan to go out to dinner be sure to make reservations: Impudent Oyster was awesome.
- spencergS4215EL (10/5): Highly Recommend - Room and hotel resort are very nice and clean. Staff was extremely kind and accommodating — even kept the hot tub open an extra two hours as we got back late on our last night. Also a free beach less than half a mile away. Would absolutely return whenever I'm in Chatham.
- Janet (8/5): Very good - Breakfast was a bit disappointing but everything else about this place made up for it!!!
- ericamY1018NY (10/5): Beautiful property & great location - Last minute trip to the Cape and we certainly got lucky with Pleasant Bay Village Resort! My boyfriend and I are so grateful for such a beautiful location & friendly staff. The koi pond and garden just a step from the room really made our weekend getaway perfect and very relaxing. We are already planning our trip for next year!
- Elizabeth (10/5): - Clean and well maintained property
- 80edmundh (10/5): Perfect Location Near Chatham - We've stayed at Pleasant Bay Village several times over the years, but this was the first time back since the pandemic. Our recent stay exceeded expectations from my memory of past stays, which were very good. Our 2 bedroom cottage had been recently renovated, was spotless clean, and very well equipped. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The landscaping/grounds were beautiful and well maintained. All in all, our 5 nights at Pleasant Bay were perfect.
- Decio (10/5): Great !! - Always perfect !
- L8404ORmariop (10/5): Heaven on Earth - My wife and I were visiting Chatham to attend a wedding. I was late in planning the trip and making reservations. Peter and Allie made sure we weren’t going to miss the wedding and helped tremendously with the reservations. The cleanliness, the overall accommodations and the landscaping (sights and sounds were so relaxing) The expression “you get what you pay for” is mostly true - except here you get so much more than what you pay for -truly!
- Dianne (10/5): Exceptional - Clean and quiet. Friendly staff.
- Mike (9/5): Great hotel and loved our stay. - Great room in a hotel that is in beautiful grounds. You also get a very warm welcome. Nothing really. We knew it wasn’t in Chatham, but it is a couple of miles from the town.

- Robert (10/5): - Property grounds were very beautiful and relaxing
- Gary (10/5): - Reception very nice. Clean, quiet, relaxing.
- Mark (10/5): - Very nice property with lots of amenities and room options. Good location and well kept.
- lisa (8/5): - The hotel was very nice especially the garden and koi pond. I wish location awas a little closer to town and that it wasn’t off such a busy street.
- Gregory (10/5): - Perfect for family vacation. Staff was so friendly and location was ideal. A private little get away with many amenities including pool, hot tub, koi pond, shuffleboard, ping pong, etc. We had a two bedroom, two bath cottage that was perfect for 4 adults and child. Would highly recommend this facility.
- Greene (10/5): Beautiful Gardens - The gardens are amazing, and the place is immaculate! I'll stay here again if I go back to the area.
- gregorysJ5205XY (10/5): Perfect family getaway - Perfect family getaway on Cape Cod. Facilities were amazing as was the staff. Everyone was super friendly and accommodating. We felt welcome from day one. Plenty of options to stay busy from a playground for kids, Koi pond that allowed the kids to feed the fish, pool, spa, shuffleboard and ping pong. And while in Chatham, it was close to all the other Cape Cod towns with their shopping and restaurants
- craig (10/5): - Beautiful landscaping. Room had nice private outdoor deck
- Helene (9/5): Spotless room! Comfy bed. - It was CLEAN!!
- pinkhedgehog (10/5): Absolutely perfect! - Pleasant Bay Village Resort is the nicest place we've stayed on the Cape and we've stayed at many. The room and bathroom were spotless and lovely. We loved sitting out on our private deck in the morning with our coffee and breakfast, with a little waterfall nearby. It was obvious that a lot of thought and care has gone into the grounds-it's a large property and walking around you see so many little touches that are charming. It's gorgeous. Even the lobby is beautiful! The koi pond is great-and they love to be fed-as is the pool area. We were always greeted with a smile by all the employees and they were also very helpful when we had questions. It's not walkable to Chatham but it's a five minute drive, with many food choices and nice stores. It's a great location for exploring all the Cape has to offer. I can't recommend it highly enough. And you might be lucky enough to meet Barney, an absolute sweetheart of a dog! We loved our stay and have already recommended it to friends.
- cindycO2180RT (10/5): Outstanding place to stay in Chatham! - I have not stayed in a motel (vs a hotel) in decades but booked this place because of its cost, pictures and reviews. The reviews and pictures did not lie or exaggerate and I could not have been more pleased with a 4 star resort! The grounds were gorgeous with beautiful gardens and water features throughout and had a distinct Asian/zen vibe. The room was updated, modern and very clean. The queen bed was very comfortable, free wi-fi, large bathroom, AMAZING shower head (we bought one from the front office for our home) available breakfast for a cost, keurig machine and mini-fridge in the room, easily accessible ice machine; A/C worked well; Peter in the office (a co-owner) was very friendly and helpful at all times. I cannot say enough good things about this motel and would most definitely stay here again.
- Jody (10/5): - This property is a hidden gem! Clean. Interesting landscaping. Great staff. Best stay in our 3-week road trip!
- 83jond (10/5): A most wonderful place - We have stayed at PBV many times for weeks at a time over the past 5 years and we smile whenever we think about our stays. Although it is an older resort the rooms and suites are constantly being updated and are spotless and very comfortable. The staff is wonderful (kudos to Peter and Joe) and everyone strives to make your stay enjoyable. The grounds are incredibly beautiful and soothing and there are numerous waterfalls that create a wonderful ambiance. One is right outside our window (503) and the sound lulls us to sleep. This resort reminds us of "old Cape Cod" but with modern amenities and comforts. We travel often and this is our favorite resort.
- Carolyn (9/5): Superb -
- Samuel (10/5): - Josh and Cher along with their staff were amazing. Felt like you were with family. The room was clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to everyone. I look forward to staying again one day.
- Derek (8/5): Very good -
- TTsTrippin (10/5): A piece of Heaven in Cape Cod - We just got home from a wonderful stay at this resort and I was sad to leave. From the minute we got there and were able to check in early, everything was beyond my high expectations. The gentleman who checked us in was super friendly and explained everything we needed to know. The grounds are so beautiful with lovely ornamental trees and water features throughout. It felt like we were staying in the middle of a Japanese garden. So peaceful and serene. We loved our room and especially the outdoor deck with super comfy, thickly cushioned swivel rockers and lounge chairs. I spent lots of time out there enjoying the sounds of a fountain. We stayed in an extra deluxe king room with the September Bed and Breakfast special. Breakfast was delicious (we got the breakfast sandwich). The pool and hot tub were a nice feature that we took advantage of. I am already planning a return trip here!
- Brittany (10/5): - Excellent! Already planning another stay!
- briandeutsch (10/5): The perfect place - My wife and I were visiting the Cape for 2 nights and we wanted a centrally located home base that was comfortable. I can’t say enough about how grateful we are to have found this hotel. The room was perfect. The grounds are beautiful. They even have a Koi pond. Staff is friendly and eager to please. It’s the closest we could come to feeling comfortable like we were home, while being away from home. This will be our go to whenever we visit the Cape.
- lynn (10/5): - Beautiful property!!! Very clean & everyone was nice.
- Deborah (10/5): - Absolutely everything!! The staff is very friendly and accommodating. This is the third time we had the pleasure of staying with you and we will certainly be back 😀
- 404charmayneg (10/5): The most relaxing stay. - So relaxing! The grounds are impeccably kept. The pool and hot tub are very clean and in lovely surroundings. We had an Executive Deluxe room, and it was very comfortable. We have absolutely nothing negative to say about this property. Just outstanding.
- elainebF666AA (10/5): I will be back!! - The absolute best!! Three of us stayed in a deluxe room with balcony. It overlooked a small waterfall and greenery. Just what we needed after a hectic summer. Soooo serene. Everything about the place was just perfect. Rooms were pristine, grounds were lush and well kept, and the convenience of being able to order a full breakfast (which was fantastic) on site was sooo convenient. Brought our food and ate poolside. Everyone was so friendly. And can’t forget mentioning Bear! Can’t say enough good things about this place.
- Mojy2013 (10/5): Exceptional - Pleasantly surprised by how extremely clean the room was and such peaceful surroundings. So glad we chose this place for 2 nights stay in Cape Cod area. Would love to come back again!
Even has laundry on site so managed to do a load as we are travelling for 10 days.
- 517jenniferg (10/5): Perfect place to stay in the Cape - Great place to stay, we will stay there again! Perfect location to easily allow for other sight seeing to either the east or west in the Cape. The entire property was spotless and the staff were very responsive and courteous. My husband and I really enjoyed our stay.
- Spindrift3 (10/5): Another wonderful stay at Pleasant Bay - We have visited Chatham for several years and always stay at this lovely resort where desk staff along w/all the others are friendly and welcoming. The unique grounds are beautifully maintained along w/the pool area as well. Peter, Josh and Johnny have always been very helpful and go out of their way to make your stay fun & interesting!
- Stuart (10/5): Exceptional -
- Mara (8/5): Very good -
- B3654XNrobing (10/5): Loved our stay- a welcoming, clean and enjoyable place!! - Booked last minute two king bed rooms for me and my elderly mother for an expected seasonably high rate --and had no idea what to expect other than that the reviews online were consistently positive. The rooms were next door to each other and i booked directly with their front desk and they were very friendly and eager to accommodate our request. Loved the large rooms, comfy beds, adjustable ac that got as cold as i wanted, big tv in the room and the zen-like patios (with clean and comfortable furniture) on each. They gave us a late checkout too. Will def stay there again- such a good deal and welcoming spot
- Jonathan (10/5): - Immaculate grounds with nice gardens. Rooms seemed to be renovated within the last few years. Only complaint was that walls were a little thin — woken up by housekeeping one morning cleaning the room beside us very loudly. Staff gave us beach towels / chairs for a day at the beach, and were very helpful.
