I made our reservations on-line and was very pleased with the ease in which that worked and the check-in process went. A little too close to the interstate for sleeping but otherwise very nice.

Reservation for room said refrigerator and microwave, we found the fridge but if there was a microwave in there it was hidden well because we never found it. Bed very uncomfortable 😣.

The beds and bedding were so nice to cozy up to. We woke up feeling so rested. Bathrooms are clean and updated. Really appreciated the shampoo/conditioner that didn’t suck. I always appreciate hiltons for having good quality soap available. Kids loved the breakfast- they had everything- waffles, biscuits and gravy, pastries, toast, cereal- all the things. We own a catering business and I was impressed with the setup, cleanliness and attention to detail they did throughout service. 10/10 stay. If we are ever back in the area no doubt we’d stay here. Thank you!

The pillows were much thinner than any Hilton I’ve stayed at and the bed was very hard and uncomfortable; other than that, everything was great and I’d stay again.

Becky checked us in, and she was on top of our arrival with a gift bag of water . She was professional and kind and seemed to really enjoy her job. When we arrived in the room, there was a personalized welcome on the TV. The assessable room was clean and spacious with comfortable beds. We would definitely stay here again.

The only downside to the room was that it smelled strongly of a bleach-type cleaner, which is certainly better than the musty smells some hotel rooms have...but it was a slightly irritating smell. The breakfast offerings were excellent but the re-stock on eggs and coffee took so long that we gave up waiting. It could be that it was a busier travel day than anticipated, the lady who worked the breakfast area was very nice.

Also left bottles of water for me in the room. Room had a mini-fridge. Mattress was firm. There were outlets on the lamp, table, and on the wall next to the bed. The bathroom had a large walk-in shower with a grab bar and an anti-slip surface. Water pressure was good. The hotel had a small market and offered complimentary parking. Front desk staff was professional and friendly. I would stay there again.

- valliam13 (8/5): Comfortable room despite weather - We had a comfortable stay. The only thing is the weather was bad and we could hear it through the glass when the wind blew. Also, the AC wasn’t turning on regularly and the room would get stagnant but I’m sure that was something we didn’t have set right because when it did turn on, it got really cold in the room. Also, the TV in our room was dying because it had these “spotlights”. The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot. The continental breakfast was as to be expected as well.
