• Amy (8/5): - It was a really nice place to stay. Very clean, very nice and spacious living area. Great location- easy walk to shopping, food and other activities. Only two issues: We werent crazy about having to enter a code for elevator, though I appreciate it being for safety. Luckily my son memorized it quickly. Also there was an issue with the fire alarm going off at 4:30 am the first morning due to a sprinkler system issue. Other than that we all loved the property and had a great stay.

• Tamara (10/5): 1st trip to Gatlinburg - The condo was amazing. Everything was as promised. Pictures were exactly as condo was set up. Few things I wished that were better was 1. Lamps or clocks with USB ports to charge devices. Chargers blocks are becoming obsolete so we didn’t really have any, and past hotels or rentals have had clocks or lamps with USB ports. 2. The main bedroom was hotter than the rest of the condo. It could’ve been that it was just hot or poor circulation. It was warmer than rest of the condo. 3. The condo we stayed in did have the dumpster right under it and trash pickup is 3AM on the dot. First night it scared us, because I had forgotten it, after that it barely woke us up. Other than that, everything was good. We caught the trolley and rode around. We will definitely be staying there again. In fact, I’m looking now to rebook for October.

Didn't have blankets for the pull out couch the first night but when i asked they were delivered the next day. Would stay here again. Perfect location

So appreciate their kindness! The condo is beautiful and just a quick few minute walk to the strip. This was our second time staying here and will be back and highly recommend to our friends and family! Thank you Baskins Creek Condos!!!

• James (8/5): - This is the second time we have stayed at Baskin Creek condos. Overall we have a great time and experience. The first in a 2 bedroom condo, this time in a 3 bedroom. We wish the kitchen had more cooking utensils, a gas grill and outdoor kitchen in the pool area, and the condos are little dated. There are some noticeable maintenance work that needs to be conducted to the exterior of the building. Our condo was on the 5th floor, and every morning around 4am, the garbage truck would come by to empty the dumpster. We wish the windows were double / triple pane to minimize the sound and the shades / curtains actually kept out the daylight.
• Lisa (10/5): - The accommodations were wonderful. Very spacious and clean. Very quiet too.
• Tenika (10/5): - Very nice area. Did find a lot of hair left behind, could have been cleaned a little better. Other than that room was nice and in close proximity of downtown.
• Shrijay (8/5): - The water heater in the unit is probably on its way out. It kept the water hot just enough for 3 out of the 5 members during our stay. The other 2 had cold water showers which was not desirable.
• Clayton (10/5): - Very comfortable and easy stay! Walkable to everything you may want to do!
• Ryan (8/5): Unusual experience - but would come back - Hard to rate, had unusual circumstances. Arrived late, had hard time getting in door. Code was right but lock wouldn’t engage & open up. After 20 attempts, it magically worked. Once inside, contacted the 800 number since no one on site. maintenance person lived hour away…but (un)fortunately was already on his way b/c another family was unable to get into their room. When he showed up, spent about an hour working on handle and determined it was broken and need to be replaced in the morning. put faulty handle back in so we didn’t have an open hole in the door to hallway. Next morning no one had shown up. I went to leave and found out handle now didn’t work from the inside as well! We were locked in! I was able to call the now-staffed front desk who came over, slid some tools under the door & I was able to remove lock from the inside. He was able to get new lock installed in about an hour so we could finally be on our way to explore. When we arrived back to the unit that evening, one of the kids noticed carpet in a bedroom was extremely wet. I opened the closet door to see the heating/cooling unit. There was no drain but instead a foil pan to collect the condensation. It was now full and overflowing into the bedroom. So another phone call to maintenance, who again spent an hour vacuuming. Note all 3 maintenance guys were extremely nice & helpful. We did ask for and were given a partial refund. We can chuckle about it now. Location is great and I think we’d stay there again.
• Kathleen (10/5): - We had to cut our trip short this time, but, as always, the Baskins Creek Condo we rented was clean, comfortable and convenient!
• Renee (6/5): - Pros: Easy walk to the parkway. Condo was furnished nicely. The condo appeared to be clean. Large rooms! Cons: mold/mildew. The minute you walk in the condo you’re hit with the smell. Struggled to make it for the two nights. Luckily we were out of the condo until late every night. Shower leaks and there is always water on the floor in the bathroom and even into the dining room when someone is in the shower. 2nd bathroom the light switch itself is loose/broke. Couldn’t shut off the light. The trim on the wall with the TV was also loose. When we reported the issue on check in, we didn’t hear anything back from the local resort property. When we left for the day I stopped and asked about an air purifier and mentioned the other problems as well and they were going to come in while we were out and fix. Nobody ever came. I really wanted to like this condo, but anyone with respiratory issues should avoid!
• Nate (6/5): - The property itself was immaculate. However I struggled to get in touch with anyone regarding the loss of internet service Saturday morning which never returned for the duration of the stay. It wasn't a big deal because we were out and about, but it would have been nice to have been able to cuddle up in front of the fireplace and watch a movie with my fiancee to relax after a long day. Vacasa gives you a customer service number to call but I tried it on 5 occasions over the course of a weekend and was on hold an average of 20 minutes per call and never got to speak to anyone.
• sandra (10/5): - Perfect location off the main strip and quiet, but walkable to everything. Unit could use a little maintenance but was a wonderful stay overall.
• Brent (10/5): - Very clean and good parking. Within reasonable walking distance of center of town.
• Fung (8/5): - The location is great. Walking distance to all attractions. But the water temperature for the shower was very cold, all of us need to take shower with barely warm water, it was not good for winter time visit. Plus another minor issue was the cooking stove was not installed properly for one of them but we didn’t use kitchen appliances so no big deal. Beds are very soft not very comfortable. Front desk was nice, I requested allow me to check out at 11am since my baby was napping and they were nice to let me do so. Overall this place is acceptable, we will be back. Hope next time when visit the water temperature issue will be solved.

• Terry (6/5): Business in Gatlinburg - Please fix the shower door in the main suite with the king size bed. Water leaks out of it like a drive. The water went clear over to the door every time we took a shower. The carpeting the living room was covered in stains of some sort, and the people above us were terrible all night, moving furniture all night, yelling out in the patio, etc. We usually have a great experience here, but this time was the exception,

• Gayle (8/5): - No one sent me a code to enter my room. The staff in lobby had already left for the day. After obtaining the code we finally got in the condo. Other than not being able to enter our room, other tv in living room did not work. Direction/information should be there to operate properly. It was very frustrating!!! It’s so hard to deal with phone only!! I’d rather talk to live person. I don’t think I’ll be back.

• abdulla (10/5): - This property is perfect for families that want to walk to the attractions of Gatlinburg like Anakeesta and Ripley’s. The ONLY negative thing I could say about this condo is there is a complete lack of usb charging options. I suggest getting lamps or alarm clocks with some usb ports if you don’t feel outlets with usb ports built in is an option. Love this condo and would rent it again. It is built well and so clean.
• Angie (10/5): Great! - It was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The only minus I can think of is having take out our own garbage out. This will definitely be our new go to place. It has enough room that our family could be comfortable. Loved it! Really clean.
• MENG (6/5): - Not much instruction and have to remember the passcode all the time. Amenities provided and kitchen utensils were ok. Had to go to the grocery store to get a few additional items. We stayed for 6 days, ok overall. The pool is nice. Very close to town and the park entrance.

Front desk helped out with extra ice and fantastic customer service. I hope I get the chance to stay here again in the future.

Reported it but was told that wasn’t something important. Was given 3 larger trash bags for 8 people. I asked for more they said someone would let me Know when they would bring them after 8 hours Was told they don’t supply them. I also asked for a 11:00 check out cause we were running a little late was told they do allow that I asked was there a fee for that. They came back and said it wasn’t available.I will not ever book with Vacasa again. I thought you would want to make your guest happy to keep them coming back but I guess not!!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND this company. Just not dependable for your home Away from Home! McDonald Family

The only thing we didn't care for was the surrounding properties. They weren't up to the same standards as this property. They were either run down, vacant, or disheveled.

Pluses: -Kitchen to cut down on food costs -Dishwasher -Washer and dryer to bring less clothes -Pool had towels available -Great location and walkable to everything. -Nice staff Kinda Minuses: -Not a heated pool (but didn’t stop us for using it) -Hottub bubbled like crazy but was more like a luke warm bath We would definitely stay again!

• Graham (10/5): Two bedroom room - We had a two bedroom condo and it was fantastic. There is a lot of kitchen space and living room space. The bedrooms were pretty good size as well. The only downside about the rooms is that one mattress was super comfortable and the other one wasn’t. They were not consistent with their beds.
• Grant (10/5): Luxurious stay - The place was excellent inside and out . Will stay again. Would be nice to have a key code on stairs door though , not everyone wants to wait for the elevator.
• Nicole (10/5): - The room was really nice it was more than described the kitchen has everything we needed to cook for our special diets. Washer and dryer in room was great bonus downfalls was 2 things. First, unfortunately while we where there the hot tub in pool area was not working and they were waiting on part to fix it. Second, we had trouble with the WiFi on our floor they were trying to get it fixed but again we didn’t get it fixed during our time there
• tracy (2/5): Horrible - Very disappointed in my stay at this location. This was by far the noisiest place I have ever stayed at in Gatlinburg and one of the reasons I chose it was the quiet time rules from 10 pm to 9 am but quiet time was more like 2am to 7 am!!! I wanted WiFi and it never worked unless you were in hotel hallway. As far as advertising cable tv this is just basic cable absolutely no movie channels. I could have stayed somewhere else for half this price with more working amenities and for sure quieter. My worst stay to date in Gatlinburg and most expensive so very disappointed and this place needs to be patrolled or noise papers you sign needs to be enforced along with working amenities. Also pool was suppose to close at 10 pm and never did which was added noise!
