• MARIE - ANGE (1/5): Horreur, photos jointes - Que le lit et le personnel de chambre Le bruit constant surtout la nuit les clients devant passer devant ma porte en parlant très fort pour monter aux sanitaires se trouvant juste au-dessus de ma chambre plus essorage machine à laver à 3h30 du matin ..absence de chauffage dans salle de bains vétuste avec fenêtre ouverte jour et nuit à 7 degrés… compliqué pour mes 72 ans … quant à la fenêtre de chambre carreau cassé et courant d’air et galère pour la refermer..le Mr de la réception m’a fait comprendre à 2 reprises qu’il n’y avait personne pour me parler en Français c’est tellement plus simple .

• Julia (7/5): escapada a londres - El alojamiento esta bien ubicado cerca de la estación de paddington y enfrente de una parada de autobuses que te trae del centro, las camas son muy comodas, diapone de secador, cepillos de dientes, zapatillas y plancha de ropa La habitación era para 4 personas y el baño es un poco pequeño para tanta gente, nos toco la habitación de la ultima planta y habia muchas escaleras y estrechas y se escuchaban todos los ruidos de la calle a traves de las ventanas

• PAUL (8/5): Pleasantly surprised - This was a low cost hotel in the middle of London. I didn't expect much. I was surprised. I had a warm welcome. There was fruit, water and chocolates in the reception. Check in was straightforward. The room was very clean and in a good state of repair. The bed was comfortable. Slippers, toothpaste, shower gel, soap and towels were provided. There was a hairdryer, fan and kettle with tea, coffee & milk. I've stayed in a number of budget hotels in London, and this was one of the best overall. For the money I paid, all was good.

• Katalin (9/5): A Paddington állomás mellett, tökéletes kiindulópontja a város felfedezésének. - Mindenképp az elhelyezkedése miatt választottam ezt a hotelt és tényleg, közel az állomáshoz, egy központi helyhez, biztonságos környéken van. Roppant kényelmes az ágy, amire bedőlhettünk egy fárasztó nap után és nagyon tetszett az ajándék papucs és fogkrém/fogkefe kombó. Ami nem nyerte el a tetszésünket, az a fürdőszoba állapota volt. Sajnos több helyen is látható volt a penész, ami így a teljes egész összképet kicsit rombolta.

• Oliwia Natalia (8/5): Für ein verlängertes Wochenende sehr gut. Wir waren aber auch nur zum schlafen dort. - Die Lage war sehr gut! Und das Personal sehr freundlich. Die Ausstattung, es fehlten Nachttischlampen und vielleicht ein Mini Kühlschrank wären gut gewesen.

Zona espectacular y muy segura y cerca de todo, supermercados, estación metro... Las instalaciones para cerrar y arreglar. Paredes desconchadas, sumideros qie no tragan, moho en ducha, grifos regular. Cambio de sábanas a diario si pero limpieza pésima.

• Neefs (3/5): Teleurstelling - Propere lakens en handdoeken De badkamer was veel te klein, je kon niet recht op het toilet zitten en je kon amper in de douche en het afdrogen was bijna niet mogelijk in de badkamer, de kamer op zich was ook redelijk klein voor 3 personen. Heel veel geluidsoverlast van de kamer boven de onze, ook 'snachts en veel geluidsoverlast 's nachts voor de deur.

Nos permitieron guardar las maletas el día que salimos del hospedaje , hasta que fuimos al aeropuerto. El acceso es mediante una escalera estrecha sin posibilidad de asncensor . En nuestro caso no tuvimos problemas , pero si se accede con bebés o personas de edad avanzada puede suponer un problema importante de acceso

• Preston (3/5): Not an amazing stay - Location was good as close to train station. Lots of food outlets close by. Room was extremely hot, was unable to open any of the windows for fresh air so needed to use the provided fan. Only problem with that was there was a man smoking weed right outside my window so the fan was blowing the horrendous smell right onto me and my son while trying to sleep. Our choice was stay cool but have the smell of weed forced upon us or boil in the room!! Wasn't a present stay to say the least. 😔 definitely would not return. The shower also overflowing after about 3 minutes of use.

Rooms are so small 2 people could not have open suitcases at the same time. Bathroom is so small you cannot get dressed in there. Door needs to be open to lean over sink to brush teeth.

Siamo stati in una quadrupla al secondo piano, pulita e grande a sufficienza ben riscaldata con letti comodi, il bagno piccolo ma funzionale, acqua calda subito disponibile (manca il bidet); asciugamani sostituiti ogni giorno e in aggiunta a shampoo e bagnoschiuma anche spazzolini da denti e dentifricio. Dimenticavo hanno fornito anche le ciabatte! Reception super disponibile. Consiglio vivamente questa struttura!

We were on the top floor, so beautiful! - No breakfast mentioned at check in & could not find out if there was breakfast the following morning. I could not find anyone apart from guests in the morning, who did not know about breakfast either! If Breakfast was included in the price, I think it fair I am refunded for it.

• Marina (8/5): Für die kurze Aufenthalt ist sehr gut, wie waren 8 Tagen, ohne Kühlschrank war schon schwierig - Die Lage ist perfekt, die Station Paddington ist in 3 Minuten erreichbar, da sind auch Lebensmittel Geschäfte, Apotheke usw Sehr hellhörig, nur mit Ohrstöpsel kann man schlafen, im Zimmer gibt es nur Wasserkocher und zwei Tassen und Löffel, kein Teller, auch sehr wenig Platz für die Sachen , der kleine Kühlschrank wäre notwendig

Una habitación para 4 personas que no tiene espacio para colocar las maletas, ni espacio en el baño para los neceseres, ni si quiera para colgar una sola toalla. Lo peor de todo, el ruidoso ventilador que se enciende al encender la luz del baño. La calle está cerca de un hospital, así que se puede esperar ruidos de sirenas constantemente. En general es carísimo para la habitación que te dan.

• Daniel (1/5): - Nothing to mention but a so called dental kit including a one time tooth brush and a small 1-2mL tootpaste was provided which I did not use. I stayed one night at Astoria Hotel on March 25, 2026, in Room No. 33. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. Below are the main issues that I believe the management should urgently address: A hotel should have a proper reception. This place had no reception desk at all. Instead, I was directed to another hotel about 20 meters away, and their staff handled everything. This arrangement is confusing and unprofessional. The toilet was shared and in a very poor condition. It was clearly not cleaned for some time, and there was no soap provided, which is unacceptable. A hotel should provide standard power sockets or at least accommodate common plug types (such as European plugs). This is a basic necessity for international travelers. The room was extremely small. The single bed occupied almost three-quarters of the space, making it feel more like a capsule than a hotel room. Considering all of the above, I would not choose this hotel again.

• Ulrike (8/5): Gutes, sehr sauberes Hotel mit sehr gutem Preisleistungsverhältnis in guter Lage! - Ich war sehr zufrieden mit diesem Hotel. Es war sehr sauber, hatte Charme und das Personal war sehr freundlich. Am Morgen hörte ich nur Vogelgezwitscher, keinen Lärm von draussen. Die Lage ist optimal, Bus und U-Bahn um die Ecke. Es gab einen Wasserkocher, Kaffee und Milch wurde wieder aufgefüllt. Als ich nach einem Adapter für die Steckdose gefragt habe, habe ich diesen sofort an der Rezeption erhalten. Auch das Bett war sehr bequem, ich habe gut geschlafen. Die Zimmer sind klein mit wenig Platz für Gepäck. Für mich alleine war die Zimmergrösse perfekt, zu zweit dürfte es etwas eng werden.

The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, even allowing us to leave our bags before check-in. The room was clean and well-equipped, with thoughtful touches like coffee, tea, and slippers. Overall, it had everything we needed, and I would definitely stay there again.☺️

There was a slight musty smell in the room which explained the de-humidifier on site whose flashing neon light was somewhat of a sleep disrupter.
