- Mark (7/5): Needed somewhere close to the venue of a funeral, and it met that brief. - Comfortable bed, staff helped with additional seating The UHF milk in the fridge was old and past best before date. As a result, only 1 in our fridge was usable- the others either curdled in my hot drink or were frozen /solid in the fridge.

- Louise (1/5): Bad -
- Kirsty (10/5): Enjoyable - Location excellent. Clean room. Staff manager at reception was fantastic, very welcoming and very helpful Na
- Angus (7/5): Good -
- Young (7/5): Good - David was really polite and helpful Location was good
- Ian (7/5): Good -
- Roger (1/5): Will bag this place to anyone who asks where I stayed & what it was like - Satisfactory location, reasonably clean NO facilities, clothes hangers, cups, tea, coffee, plates, 1 common kitchen microwave, abysmal bathroom floor, rusting shower rail, run down appearance, poor external presentation - driveway potholes, collapsed pot plants, rubbish bin overflowing, chair that you could not sit in at the desk
- Oconnor (9/5): Outstanding Works of Art. - Very homey room which was very comfortable.
The fridge in my room was convenient and I enjoyed some relaxation time watching tv.
Bed was comfy and the artwork hanging on the wall of the hotel was outstanding!!!!
- Wayne (7/5): Good -
- Rick (1/5): Bad - Leaving as soon as I could The room was disgusting to say the least . Looked like a injecting room for drug addicts . Mad my skin crawl as it wasn't clean and for the price you shouldn't be charging people the rates you are more like you pay them . The place smelt of cigarette smoke and guests where caught smoking in the rooms and nothing was done . 0.4 out of 10 is a fair rating for this place đĄ and I stay in motels each week as I travel for work
- Colin (2/5): I choose no to stay at this venue - It's location to my event Everything. It is badly run down in everyway inside & out
- Ganbayar (1/5): Bad -
- Justine (3/5): The hotel was in poor condition and felt unsafe - The staff were nice Dingy, lack of cleanliness, tiles missing in the bathroom.
- Daniel (8/5): Very good -
- Wilkins (5/5): Passable - No breakfast Some strange people walking around hallway and knocking on my door
- David (9/5): I stayed for one night for business and will stay again if I need to attend a conference in the area. - Decent room for the price. comfortable and convenient. some guest were a little noisy in the corridors. Not necessarily the propertyâs fault.
- Simon (7/5): Good -
- Matt (2/5): Very poor - Staff were friendly and kind Motel is old and has bad odor
- Barbara (5/5): Bare minimum. - Location was ok. It had a bed, refrigerator and television. Parking was available on-site. I question the booking as I never book a room that does not have it's own bathroom and this room didn't. There was a shared bathroom in the passage opposite the room. Tea and coffee making facilities were not available in the room. There was a shared microwave in the passage so if you brought your own supplies, you could make a drink.
- James (10/5): Exceptional -
- Luke (9/5): Great - Great staff
- Kinsky (5/5): Not planned ADVENTURE! - The first room I stayed in was very small, but had air con and a comfy bed. Fantastic location, close to my work, home and family. On day two I was shifted to a new room, which was much bigger. The mattress is old spring mattress so it's not very comfy. The room had overpowering chemical smell.
- Daniel (5/5): Passable -
- Rod (6/5): - Whilst the room was clean and tidy, the facility could do with a facelift. The staff were excellent
- Nancy (5/5): Clean and convenient for my needs staff happy and helpful. - No breakfast as not required location convenient to my needs at that time AC didn't work but the windows did open so was able to get fresh air.
- Christopher (7/5): Good -
- John (8/5): Comfortable, convenient and very friendly staff. -
- Darren (8/5): Evancourt appraisal at đ Xmas - I liked the wonderful service, the large fridge in my room and my single bed was so comfortable, Definately be back My room đď¸ did not work after 10, even though I had a late check out, so consequently I could not get into my r room after showering. Had to call staff for assistance.
- Nancy (6/5): - Ăk basic motel very small rooms
- Anthony87 (5/5): It was good for wat it was - It was walking distance to where I needed to go I left my toothbrush and toothpaste in the bathroom and some one stole it

- Ester (1/5): ROOMS SMELL REALLY BAD - GOOD VALUE FOR MONEY BUT NOT WORTH THE STAY THE ROOM I STAYED IN SMELT REALLY BAD!! I HAD TO CHANGE MY ACCOMODATION BECAUSE IT WAS THAT BAD.
- Robin (4/5): Disappointing - Nothing really. It was convenient to the Monash uni. But frankly if I was there more than two nights I would have checked out. I did ask for a single bed but that does not mean I should not have my own bathroom and shower. It was more like a really overpriced hostel I did ask for a single bed but that does not mean I should not have my own bathroom and shower. It was more like a really overpriced hostel. Would not stay again
- Alain (6/5): Pleasant -
- Yasintha (10/5): Exceptional -
- Jarrod (7/5): Good -
- Jarrod (8/5): Very good -
- Andrew (6/5): Pleasant - Evancourt was a convenient place to stay In retrospect I would have booked a room with enquire facilities.
- Anonymous (6/5): Pleasant -
- Xuan (7/5): Good -
- Kai (7/5): Pleasant - Location is good
- Theo (7/5): Good -
- Christine (8/5): Very good - Located in a good spot for catching public transport.
- Luke (5/5): Passable -
- Graham (8/5): - Our motel room was older but recently painted, and we were very pleased with it. Frig & coffee making facilities were provided. It was all we needed for 2 nights.
- Jenny (6/5): - Ok for one night if you donât want to go out. Hard to find and difficult if you miss it and you are on a one way street.
- Sarah (2/5): - The only good thing about this motel, is it's location. The rest - forget it! Waayyyy overpriced for what it is. As old as the hills, rooms that smelt funky. Was kinda clean, but kinda really not (someone elses hair in the bathroom, hubby wasn't game to use the kettle). Wouldn't have felt safe staying there without my husband. Front glass door was smashed, which wasn't comforting. Parking awkward. It's as dodgy as they come.
- Gunn (6/5): Pleasant -
- Sarah (10/5): Awesome stay - The friendly staff were amazing and answered all my questions around getting around Melbourne. The place was immaculate and would definitely stay again.
- Brent (2/5): Very poor -
- Dawn (5/5): Passable - It was roomy Very dingy
- Wood (8/5): Very good -
- Anne (8/5): - A motel in a convenient area, with off-street parking available. Public transport is nearby (about 800 m to the train).
The room was clean, but very small. However, the price was low, so it was good value for money.
- Gunn (8/5): Very good -
- Chris (8/5): Very good -
- Mark (8/5): Very good -
- Janaka (5/5): Passable - Booked a room online and on arrival, I got to know that it has no air conditioning or attached bathroom. The bathroom is common for all rooms in the section. Then I upgraded to a family suite that has an ensuite private bathroom and other facilities. The family room is clean and tidy. But very small. They should clearly mention what facilities are available in the room. Air conditioning is mandatory in today's world and they should upgrade it.
- Oulton (5/5): Passable -
- Gail (8/5): good budget hotel - clean comfortable all we required for a quick overnight visit car park fairly tight
- Lesley (5/5): Passable - most of it. run down if you ask me. wonât ever stay there again
- Tooa (8/5): Very good -
- Geoffrey (8/5): Very good -
- Gary (4/5): People are really nice but I wouldnât stay there again - They have some very uncomfortable people living there yelling and screaming people knocking on your door for in the morning wanting a smoke or drugs but you get what you pay for
- Mark (1/5): Bad -
- Natasha (4/5): Disappointing - it was nice and clean the aircon didnt work
- Brendan (6/5): - Cheap and adequate. Location is good.
