Viele Vögel und sogar Eichhörnchen haben den Aufenthalt besonders gemacht. Schöne Atmosphäre, komfortable Zimmer sowie ein sehr schöner Pool, Strand und eine tolle Anlage – man fühlt sich fast wie auf einer Insel. Der Empfang beim Check-in war leider nicht besonders freundlich. Keine Welcome Drinks und keine Nachfrage zur Anreise. Obwohl wir früh zwei Zimmer reserviert hatten, lagen diese nicht nahe beieinander. Wegen der vielen Vögel kann es morgens (sehr früh) laut sein – Ohrstöpsel sind empfehlenswert. Das thailändische Frühstück und die frischen Früchte waren sehr lecker und mit viel Auswahl. Noch schöner wären zusätzlich ein paar gesunde westliche Optionen wie Granola, Joghurt oder Avocado gewesen.

Tolles 24 Std-Nutzungskonzept. Hiphop Playlist an der Strandbar am Abend passt nicht zur ruhigen Lage, aber ohne war am Strand generell sehr angenehm ;)

The staff were quite rude I know that Pattaya had a reputation for certain things. They need to be more aware that and open not everyone is there for that and people should not be judged. There were times when they would only speak to my husband or I was questioned multiple times.
- RITSUKO (7/5): 最高にリゾートを満喫しました！ - パタヤ中心地から離れていて、静かなパタヤを楽しみたい人にぴったりのホテルでした。 今回は1泊のみの滞在でしたが、24時間ステイが可能だったので、 昼に到着してから翌日の昼のチェックアウトまで、朝食後もゆっくりプールで過ごすことができました。 目の前がビーチで、海に沈む夕陽は本当に素敵でした。 海もプールもどちらも楽しみたい人には最高のロケーションだと思います。 朝食のビュッフェは洋食、タイ料理、中華、とバラエティ豊富で楽しめました。 中心地から離れてるので、バンコクから バス利用の人はパタヤのバスターミナルから ホテルまで送迎がつくオプションのある バス会社を頼むとお得だと思います。 レストランは少しお高め。 自然が近いので虫が多く、室内にヤモリが出ることも。 虫が苦手な人は注意かも。

- Z3532FLthomaso (4/5): Stay away from this hotel if you want luxury this is not 5 star hotel - We booked this hotel for one week after spending three days in Bangkok, but unfortunately, the stay did not live up to our expectations at all. The hotel appeared very worn down and far below the standard you would expect. The level of service was also poor – the restaurant staff seemed unprofessional and more like random local helpers. The restaurant itself was well below acceptable standards. The only positive aspect was the beautiful jungle atmosphere surrounding the hotel. Already the day after arrival, I went to the reception and explained that we wanted to leave, as the hotel did not match what we had paid for. We were met with excuses and told that a refund was not possible. We decided to leave the hotel after three nights – four days before our stay was supposed to end. As a final and very unprofessional experience, we were chased upon departure to pay for a snack costing 80 baht, which felt both absurd and embarrassing. In addition, the so-called “free minibar” was misleading, as it only included one drink per person per day. Overall, a very disappointing experience. In our opinion, this hotel is at best a 2-star property. We cannot recommend this place and would instead strongly suggest choosing another destination – for example Koh Samui, where the general standard is much higher.

Además, el jacuzzi de la habitación no estaba limpio; al ponerlo en funcionamiento, salieron restos de suciedad por los chorros, lo cual fue bastante desagradable. Por otro lado, las vistas desde la habitación no son especialmente atractivas, ya que dan a los techos de las villas inferiores, lo que desluce la experiencia. El hotel no tiene ascensor...

The staff were very friendly and always smiling, providing excellent service. The hotel has a private beach, perfect for a peaceful getaway. The boutique-style room was cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I also liked their sustainability concept—you can request amenities as needed, which helps reduce waste. The sunset view by the beach was beautiful and truly relaxing. Highly recommended, and I’d love to come back again!

We stayed for 8 nights in a large room with a spacious outdoor terrace and a big private pool, which made the experience extra special. We ended up eating almost all our meals at the hotel because the food was so good. The breakfast offered a great variety, and the restaurant served delicious dishes throughout the day. What truly made our stay memorable was the amazing staff. Everyone was incredibly friendly, welcoming, and provided excellent service at all times. We would especially like to thank Kan, Tono, Aaey, and Anon from the restaurant, as well as Fon for outstanding room cleaning. You all made our stay extra enjoyable — a big thank you to each of you! Another big plus was the hotel app, which made it very easy to order services and communicate with the staff. We highly recommend this hotel and would love to come back!

- Anna (9/5): Highly recommend this hotel. Excellent location at Beach Front! - Excellent property location and facilities, it is gorgeous since this is a beach front property. Excellent staff and services. The buffet breakfast is also 100% delicious with a wide range of cuisine. Highly recommend having a Sunset Cocktail on their restaurant deck. There is no elevator on the property. Although the ocean view room is beautiful, being on the 3rd floor requires some exercises every time going up and down to/from the room.

- Erik (8/5): Nice resort, in a beautiful garden. Somewhat remote. - The staff in general is outstanding and very service minded. The breakfast is next to none in variety and quality! The resort does need some TLC, the main swimming pools has loose tiles, the beach chairs are not very comfy and there are not enough parasols on the beach (only 2).

- Pioneer50532470248 (10/5): Great Resort - What an amazing little place. The staff absolutely makes it. Massive kudos to Kan on F&B. She is the server extraordinaire at the property that seems to always be there with massive friendliness. Food is excellent at the resort and so is the overall cleanliness and ambience. Strongly suggest their private pool/Jacuzzi bungalow. Office is on top of things and they have a great app where you can interact with them quickly and efficiently. Transportation is critical at the resort being away from the city but their transportation efforts are fantastic. Beach is decent. It's thin but not crowded at all and the sand is great.

The vibe is relaxed and deliberately natural rather than slick and glossy, and that’s largely what makes it enjoyable. The only mismatch is the level of finish: it’s a solid upscale stay, but it doesn’t have that consistently polished, no-notes feel that a true top-tier property would deliver across the board. ARRIVAL — 4/5 The setting becomes obvious immediately: the hotel sits at the end of a cul-de-sac and feels properly tucked away. Check-in and settling in are straightforward, but the location shapes everything. A rental car makes the whole experience smoother; without one, even small errands become a planned operation, because you’re not surrounded by convenience. HOTEL AND GROUNDS — 3/5 The plot is small and it feels crammed. The layout reads like upgraded beach-hut-style buildings plus a three-storey block fitted into a tight footprint, so it’s not the sort of resort where you wander through expansive grounds and feel like you’re in a private estate. The design clearly aimed for a relaxed, natural look, but at around 11 years old that “designed to be beachy and lived-in” aesthetic now sometimes edges into actual age showing through. ROOM — 3/5 I stayed in a top-floor room in the block building, and it was rather small. It works fine as a base, but it doesn’t feel particularly “special” as a room experience. The clear highlight was the balcony and the views, which genuinely lifted the stay and became the best part of my room time. The balcony bathtub is a fun, holiday-theatre touch. One practical quirk: the wardrobe being located in the bathroom area is an odd decision, especially in a humid climate — it’s usable, but it doesn’t feel like the most premium or practical setup. POOLS AND BEACH — 4/5 The pool by the sea is the strongest feature of the hotel. It’s calm, scenic, and designed for lounging rather than high-energy activity, which fits the whole point of staying here. The beach is pleasant, but for me it’s more backdrop and atmosphere than a headline “destination beach” experience. BREAKFAST AND RESTAURANTS — 4/5 On-site dining is solid and suits the stay-put nature of the resort. Because the hotel is isolated, this part matters more than usual and it generally carries that responsibility well. I also liked that I wasn’t completely boxed in: if I walk along the beach towards Bang Saray, there are a few restaurants, which adds some variety without needing to drive.

- Leo (9/5): Mycket Nöjd familj som tillbringade 6 fantastiska nätter på U Pattaya - Fantastisk frukost och generösa öppet tider. Fin utsikt när man äter och personalen var jätte trevliga, hjälpsamma och serverade kaffe till bordet. Utbudet är jag också väldigt nöjd med. Middagen var också jätte bra, fin resturang nivå. Generösa Happy hour tider och personalen även här helt fantastisk. Pool området fint och i direkt anslutning till stranden. Fin strand. Vi lånade även cycklar av hotellet en dag för cyckla runt i området. Hotellet ligger lite avsides om man vill utforska övrigt i området, men det löste sig med låne cycklar från hotellet.

- Yichin (9/5): - 1.早餐豐富好吃，餐廳氣氛悠閒景色宜人，十分加分。2.泳池很長，可以真正的游泳，實在很少見，很值得為了泳池來住~ 1.廁所區的入口有高低差，雖然不大，但半夜踏進去會被嚇一跳。2廁所鏡子只有一塊，而且很小，還在最邊邊，使用上不方便。3.廁所水龍頭轉扭零件掉落，雖然不影響使用，但觀感不佳。
