• Ahmad (6/5): - the thing I liked the most was the staff they were amazing and very welcoming. The reception team, especially Sarhan and his colleagues, were excellent and always helpful. The staff in the outdoor and indoor dining area were also fabulous and created a very pleasant atmosphere. The hotel offered many beautiful evening events, such as Turkish night and other entertainment activities. The food was as expected, with a wide variety of options throughout the day, as well as good snacks between the main meals and very tasty ice cream. I also loved the mountain views and the great location. The beach was only a 5-minute walk away, and there were markets nearby as well. Free parking was available on the next street, which made it very easy for me to park my car. Another lovely touch was the beautiful peacocks 🦚 and chickens around the property, which gave the place a unique charm. What I didn’t like was mainly related to the condition of the rooms and facilities. I understand that you get what you pay for, and I was not expecting luxury facilities or 5-star amenities. However, I did expect basic facilities to be working properly. The first room I received was disappointing. There was an unpleasant smell, the room looked very old, and there was continuous noise coming from both the toilet and the outside pool area. Thankfully, after I spoke to the wonderful staff, they kindly changed my room. Unfortunately, the second room also had several issues. There were visible damages and maintenance problems, such as broken tiles, scales/dirt on the floor, and the electric fuse box being exposed. The shower was leaking badly, and without using towels to block the water, it would have reached the entrance door. The hairdryer was very old and extremely noisy, the kettle looked too old to even use, and the fridge was not working at all. Some of the lights were also not functioning correctly. Another thing I found disappointing was that the internet was not free and was quite expensive. Of course, it may partly be my fault for not checking this before booking, but honestly, in 2026 I think free Wi-Fi is something most guests naturally expect as a basic service. Overall, while the staff and atmosphere were great, I do not think the room quality offered good value for money. Again, I was not expecting luxury, but the room condition felt closer to a 2-star standard rather than what was advertised.

• Hsaini (10/5): It was far more than what we expected. I definitely recommend this hotel for couples. - Awesome location with beach and pool and garden view on the cliffs. The buffet was renewed every day with special themes. The staff was friendly and helpful. I had great time at the bar big thanks to Mahmut and Ibrahim. We had great time on our honeymoon. Thank you again DG rose resort team for the warm welcome. See you again soon!
• Jo (7/5): Comfortable but basic - Rooms clean but very dated, this hotel would of been great in the 80’s No mini bar as stated No working air con No working safe No worldwide news channel or any English channel on TV Beds comfortable Fruit selection gift and one bottle of wine on arrival. Staff Very efficient,presentable …although all looked miserable! Restaurant Food not hot at any of the sittings we attended, not a lot of choice similar food everyday . Restaurant drab and that awful constant music which plays all day at the pool too ! Outside snacks and bar Snacks are good when hot ! Bar very good , fire drums of an evening a nice touch . Entertainment was disappointing to say the least . The continuous music is mind numbing , even no music would be better in our opinion. Games room dated , but had a lot of fun in here they could do so much to improve this area !! Treatment The Turkish bath was absolutely amazing well worth the money!! Highly recommended, give it a go ! Overall 7 out 10 The awful continuous music drone !! Dated rooms , food in restaurant.

• Elizaveta (8/5): - Отель соответствует своей стоимости, дороже уже наверно не поехали бы в него. Завтрак слишком однообразный. Обед и ужин очень достойные. Есть снэк бар с 12:00 до 15:00. Бар хороший, коктейли делают какие захочешь. Территория отеля очень красивая, особенно зона со столиками, за ней следят прям. Сам отель староват, номера требуют реновации. Анимация нормальная. До моря 7-10 минут. Лежаков всегда хватало. На море кофе, газировка, соковода бесплатно. Пиво платно. Нету табличек для уборщиц, заходили утром будили, просили дать табличку, так и не принесли, но их видели пару штук по всему отелю. У нас балкон был на сторону дороги, с открытым балконом не поспишь, у родителей был на бассейн, там запах еды сильный в номере и до 23:00 не будет тишины. Лучше брать на боковые стороны на улицу. Вообщем довольны.

• Rahma (7/5): - La piscine et la nourriture sont un vrai plus! L’espace extérieur est aussi très agréable ! Le service et personnel très serviable ! Le balcon de la chambre n’est pas très agréable : mobilier peu confortable et aucune vue, car cachait par mur. Certains éléments de la chambre sont un peu usés et anciens, mais l’ensemble reste tout de même confortable. Absence de climatisation dans l’hôtel (pas dans la chambre et le restaurant).

• Helen (7/5): A great, clean little hotel but food of a consistently poor standard. - Staff were very helpful and friendly. Facilities were very clean and the gardens were very well maintained. The hotel is smaller than many and shops were within walking distance. Watching the peacocks free roam for short periods was lovely too! The food was very poor. Not authentic Turkish food and the meat was always overcooked and chewy. The food was often lukewarm as well. The bed in our room was broken on one side and very uncomfortable.

Robbed!! - Room was ok and clean, bread was nice Food was awful, not enough to choose from, hotel guests predominantly Russian and polish, service was never with a smile, room was never cleaned properly for example she never replenished dirty cups. Pictures on here give very wrong impression. This is never a 4 star hotel

• Ana (6/5): Not so pleasant - Reception for 24h The room smelled like humidity, specially from the bathroom. Not a good isolation, we eared everything from the bedroom, even the other hosts goin to their rooms. The food was not good, and without variety. They stared to give us one bottle of still water every day (left in the room) but they stoped for the last 3 days. The cocktails were not good. They did not serve cocktails/beer/food on the beach bar. It was very difficult to find a place in the pool if you go after 8h30, but people leave their affairs to Keep the place and go out after! Not fair and not controlled by the hotel. We must pay to access to the wi-fi! Ridiculous! Almost all the staff didn’t speak English, but 90% of them speaks Russian very well. Almost 80% of the guests were from Rússia and everything is ok with that, but we (people with other nationalities) are turists too! Overall I don’t think that’s a 4 stars’ hotel.
• Maria (2/5): Very poor - Definitely not a 4 star hotel! Rooms are dated, staff not always remember to leave clean towels instead of dirty, needed to go myself to get them. Food is extremely poor, if you are not first, you are at risk to stay hungry till next time, because food is gone and never filled up again. Long queue to get fried eggs in the morning or something from the grill in the evening. Not recommended!

• Luca (4/5): I know where to not go - most of the staff was nice, especially waiters and waitresses. Entertaintments were nice. The room was not clean. The trash from previous guests was still there when we checked in. They gave only one towel for 2 people. No such difference before and after cleaning. The food was not good and we both had stomachaches.

• Atlas (10/5): VALUE FOR MONEY, VERY CLEAN ROOMS WITH AMAZING STAFF. - Where to start? When we first arrived at the hotel, we were greeted very warmly and with a smile. The rooms and general areas are very clean. All the staff were really friendly and smiling, they helped us a lot with everything. I definitely recommend this hotel. Entertainment programs were organized for guests every evening at the hotel. During our stay here, we watched belly dances, dance programs representing Turkish ethnicity, DJ nights and live music shows. The food was good and delicious, there were different food options every day. There are lots of salad and fruit options available and the desserts were particularly delicious. Drinks are served at the poolside bar until 23:00, and you can enjoy cocktails and drinks all day long. The hotel has a private entrance and a magnificent area on the beach side. OVERALL 10/10 FOR THIS PLACE. Thank you very much to all employees.. There was nothing we didn’t like.
• Olesya (10/5): Spent very nice vacation there - I had a great time in the hotel. I loved the staff in the hotel, very welcoming their guests. Almost every evening they had some live music/dance there in the cafe near the pool. After 11 p.m. it was almost quiet so other people could sleep which is very good so you get some entertainment and get some sleep after that. I had a lovely room in the Garden area of the hotel, it is quiet and beautiful in there, wonderful view of the mountains. That is exactly what I wanted to have. The location is very good. The walk to the beach is short and pleasant, about 5 minutes. The city center is not so far from the hotel, I walked there which took me about 15-20 minutes. I wish the wifi connection could be better for its price, and I could use only one device at a time so I could not connect my notebook to wifi while using wifi on the phone.

• Deniz (2/5): DO NOT STAY AT THIS PLACE. - Property is NOT ON THE BEACH as they advertised. Not even close. That is truly a false advertisement. Front desk members were utterly weird. They almost don’t want you there. Asked all kinds of unrelated questions. Room was smelly, sheets were dirty, not to mention everything was run down and old. Meals were horrible, table cloths we so dirty, I did not want to dine in. When I complained about false advertisement, hotels.com rep called the property and they hang up on her. I DO NOT RECOMMEND this property to anyone with dignity.
