We were recommended a tailors in town who were extremely professional and were able to complete our clothes in the time we were staying. Great breakfast spread and the pool is an added bonus in the heat! Well located for the old town.

It’s very close to old town and they have bikes available to borrow. The room was spacious and had all the amenities you could need. The laundry service is incredibly quick. Best of all the value! For Americans, if you’re thinking about going and are too nervous to go because it’s so far away and all that our media tells us. Please check this out. You will love it and may not want to go back home.

The location was excellent — close enough for a short walk to the Old Quarter, making it easy to explore, while still being far enough away to enjoy quieter, more peaceful mornings. The rooms were spacious, with comfortable beds and large bathrooms, making our stay very relaxing. One of the standout bonuses was the daily complimentary 30-minute massage for two people, which was an incredible perk. The foot massages were genuinely some of the best we experienced during our entire trip. The staff were consistently friendly, attentive, and extremely helpful with local recommendations, which really enhanced our experience. We also absolutely loved the Vietnamese cold coffee each morning — a perfect start to the day. We made use of the laundry service, which was excellent. Our clothes were returned promptly, freshly cleaned, and neatly hung in the wardrobe, which was a thoughtful touch. The pool was a nice size for a good swim. Location is perfect ...slightly outside the noisy old town so you can get some sleep! The breakfast was not good ! The ingredients were not fresh and clearly left out for too long. Coffee was always cold.

Træningsrummet er desværre ikke som på billedet. Rummet har et løbebånd, en gammel cykel og få vægte, ellers intet.

We booked a junior suite and the room was larger than expected with an exceptional mattress, not the usual box springs with a pad on top that many hotels in this region provide. The best part of our stay was the attention to detail and service provided by Alice, who greeted us warmly every time we entered the hotel. She booked several tours for us, made a point of learning our names and speaking to us every time we passed the reception desk. We would re-book this property again just to say hello to Alice. She booked a spa appointment for us, and the services were outstanding!

• Michelle (10/5): Hotel, staff and location all amazing 10/10 - Right in the heart of the old town, just a 10walk and you are right in the middle of the action and all the beautiful river boats, restaurants and night markets. The rooms are fabulous, super comfortable bed, staff are all so amazing. Always checking if they can assist, they definitely go above and beyond to assist. They made my trip. Definitely stay here and the breakfast menu is the best I have had while I have been staying in Vietnam. 10/10 well done to the staff. • Colin (9/5): As above - As a family we really enjoyed our stay at Little Residence. The location to the old town was perfect for us - close but not too close. The staff were highly attentive and very friendly. They were able to organise a number of excursions for us which we enjoyed. In particular we would like to make a special reference to the following staff who were exceptional: Vivi, Tracey, Sol, Alice. If we come back to Hoi An then we would certainly stay again. Thank you to all the staff for making our stay so enjoyable. We can’t think of anything significant.

• Michael (10/5): The Little Residence Hotel is a gem of a place to stay in the charming city of Hoi An. - This was a truly nice hotel. Great location, super nice staff, great breakfast, nice bed and bathroom. And very reasonable price for this level of hotel. The only minor complaint would be the only electrical outlet in the bathroom was high on a wall opposite from the sink and mirror so almost useless for hair dryer or shaver etc.
• Shiloh (10/5): Wonderful place to stay for your visit to Hoi An - What an adorable property with lovely rooms, kind staff, and a wonderful breakfast. Right on the edge of old town easy to walk in. Would’ve been great if the pool was outside. But we knew it wouldn’t be.
• Tim (10/5): A great hotel for an excellent stay - Die Lage ist sehr gut, der Service erstklassig. Alles war bestens.
• CHI HANG (9/5): - The hotel staff are exceptionally polite and friendly. Tthe hotel demonstrated great thoughtfulness by providing a birthday cake for guests celebrating their birthday. This gesture and level of care are truly commendable and worthy of a five-star rating for service. The swimming pool is located in the basement, and the water was quite cold. The fitness center is somewhat small and lacks sufficient facilities.
• Leora (10/5): - אהבנו מאוד את המיקום, את הצוות שתמיד היה מוכן לעזור. ארוחת הבוקר הייתה מגוונת וטובה. המלון נקי בסך הכל. במקלחת בחדר שלנו היה קצת עובש.
• Tom (10/5): - Mooi statig gebouw op perfect locatie (enkele minuten wandelen van het oude centrum). Zeer vriendelijk personeel. Uitstekend ontbijt.
• Bridget (10/5): Lovely hotel with excellent staff - Lovely hotel close to old town. Rooms spacious, clean with very comfortable beds. Excellent staff with amazing service. A special mention for Alice who went above and beyond. On-site laundry at reasonable prices. Good breakfast selection.
• Michelangelo (10/5): Excellent. - Beautiful little hotel. Close enough to the old town but far enough for it not to be noisy. About a ten minute walk and you’re right in the middle of the old town. Clean, comfortable and very helpful staff. Free breakfast was a bonus too. Pool was in the basement lacking sunlight but not a deal breaker.

• Sarah (7/5): Average - stay at Little Hoi An - Large room with lovely bathroom. Stains on sheets. Not the same attention to detail as their sister hotel Little Hoi An. Three out of four breakfast staff on their mobile phones and things not replenished.
