- Colleen (4/5): - The location and view are incredible. There are so many things wrong with this apartment. From black mold in the shower and underneath the kitchen sink, water damage on the walls. The bath and basins drain slowly. The plugs on the lamps are broken and tv not tuned. The towels are torn and stained. I would recommend that the owners get a maintenance crew in there to repair everything. People don’t want to pay good money to slip off a loose toilet seat.
- Jenny (2/5): Really isn’t a luxury hotel! - Arrived and had to wait as Antonio was late. Walked into apartment and greeted by a strong horrible smell of the drains. The place was dirty, no air conditioner as it was broken, cupboard space was taken up by owners belongings. Was advertised as having swimming pool, restaurant, deep soak bathtub which wasn’t true. I don’t usually like to leave bad feedback but after being promised to be moved so didn’t unpack and messages being ignored I had no choice. I also confirmed check-out time is 11am but then a knock at the door at 9.15am to clean around us is the last straw.
- Olga (8/5): Our stay - Stunning flat, great area. Apartment was dirty at the time of arrival which spoiled the whole stay. Bad smells from the bathroom drain, quite thin cardboard walls to the common area, so you can hear each step made by other people. Flat urgently needs tlc.
