• Matt (5/5): LOUD NEIGHBORS/LOUD FACILITIES - Location is ok. Room smelled alright. Clean & cleaning staff was great Neighboring guest kept going out her door to smoke and talk on the phone all night on the speaker.So we got to hear EVERYTHING. It was like she was talking loud inside our room. Water system is VERY loud. Can here the whole building showering. Our room toilet kept running. Remote Control/TV is difficult to figure out.

• Elaine (10/5): Enjoyed this stay and looked highly recommended it. - They were doing a lot of remodeling at this location, so there really wasn’t much of a breakfast. The room was very nice and roomy and the kitchenette and it was very handy. Everything was very clean and comfortable.
• Ellen (8/5): - The place was great 👍. I could park right outside the room, and it was very quiet. There also was an area suitable for walking my dog. There wasn't any hot water when I took a shower around 7:30 pm, and the tub didn't drain well.

• melinda (7/5): room accommodations were nice. We especially enjoyed the 2nd sink in the closet alcove area. - Breakfast offered in cigarette smelly setting. Not an appetizing setting. We drove to a restaurant for breakfast. We can’t be the only ones put off by the smell. Long term adding a shower wall bar to the shower would be a plus. We travel frequently and Id say most hotel tub-showers have wall bars.

• Katie (10/5): 2 exhausted movers - The staff was great, it was a quiet location (except for the occasional train that was no big deal). They had a great pet area for my dog to run off some energy after being stuck in the car. Everything was clean, comfortable and inviting. The sign out front was out so it was a little difficult to find. Thank goodness for GPS.

• Bill (9/5): Nice stay in a quiet town - The rooms are actually separate from the casino so smokiness is not an issue. The restaurant in the casino has a decent variety and very reasonable prices.
• Sandman (7/5): Would recommend to anyone but beware of the trains going by in the middle of the night to wake you up - Room was clean and comfortable. Good size bathroom. There was a railroad about 50 yards or so from the room. Trains going by frequently, even at night. Price was a little high for what we got in my opinion

• Kevin (2/5): Wouldn’t be back and I am surprised best western would put their name on it - The room was ok and the restaurant was fine Well to start off it said it was a hotel and it turned out to be a motel. The sign outside was not lit so we had a hard time finding it. Of course we were looking for a hotel. The ice machine was broken so we had to go to the restaurant to get ice am bring it back to our room. The room smelled of disinfectant. Not pleasant. I doubt we would stay at a SureStay again.

• Jason (8/5): Quiet, comfortable, and convenient, we would definitely stay here again! - Despite the parking lot being booked up, we were never disturbed by any outside noise. I was actually surprised at how quiet it was. Great blackout curtains as well if you’re looking to sleep in. Check-in was quick and painless. Nothing.

At the beginning of our stay, we could get small bags of ice but on the last day there weren't any. We got cups of ice from the bar, which was not convenient. All in all, it was a good stay. We'll be back.

• Krista (8/5): Place to stay in Lovelock - I stay at this hotel often while traveling for work and recommend it to anyone who asks. It’s conveniently located on the interstate, across the street from a gas station. The hotel has a restaurant and Casino, no reason to have to leave.

My husband watched 3 tables get seated before the waitress told us we were next with our burgers. 2 of those tables got their food and we’re leaving before we got our burgers, they were over cooked and the fries were cold. Unacceptable

Fridge didn’t really work, furniture was beat up (probably being chewed by dogs previously- they are pets friendly). Front desk was very nice!
