- PetrOli (10/5): Sehr schönes, schmuckes Hotel an toller Lage - Das Hotel ist einfach traumhaft schön, klein, gemütlich, sehr persönlich. Das Zimmer war äusserst angenehm, sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet, im 4. Stock gelegen mit schöner Aussicht. Die Betten waren super bequem. Täglich wurde neues frisches Wasser bereit gestellt, ebenfalls wurde täglich die Bettwäsche gewechselt. Eine Handcreme sowie ein Kissen/Raumspray bekam man als Aufmerksamkeit geschenkt. Das Hotel ist sehr ruhig in einer Sackgasse gelegen, vom Verkehr hörte man sehr wenig bis gar nichts. Sehr nahe der Shopping Mall Harrodd's und der nächsten U-Bahnstation. auch innen im Hotel war es ruhig. Das Personal war äusserst freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir würden jederzeit dieses Hotel weiterempfehlen und auch wieder kommen. Lüftung konnte man nicht ganz abschalten, sodass es immer ein leises Geräusch der Lüftung gab (die A/C konnte man jedoch abschalten). Aber das war für uns kein Problem und auch nicht störend.

- Emmanuel (10/5): Un havre de paix dans le coeur de Londres - L’hotel est idéalement situé proche de Harrod’s mais au calme. Le personnel est extrêmement serviable et efficace. Les chambres sont très bien décorées et très confortable y compris pour les premiers prix. Les salons et le bar sont très agréables et on s’y sent chez soi. La carte pour diner occasionnellement est un peu limité mais c’est le concept de l’hôtel.

Located in a quiet street but next to the main shopping attractions of the city, it has a tube station at short walking distance. The facilites are great, and our room was certainly above expectations. Staff is helpful, polite and very professional and ready to help you out with everything you may need. Breakfast has many options, and is served in the lovely and cosy common areas that are skilfully decorated. asbolutely nothing negative to say! it was a perfect stay in a perfect place.

Si las habitaciones fuesen más grades sería un 20 en lugar de un 10. Muy atentos con los detalles con el huésped. Espacios decorados con muy buen gusto. El personal es maravilloso. El comedor tiene un encanto especial. A la factura le adicionan un porcentaje de tip para el personal de una manera algo compulsiva. Podría ser por sugerencia, cosa que hubiese hecho con muy buena gana. Esto no interfiere en la calidad de hotel.

The room and bed were very comfortable, and the location was fantastic: perfect for shopping and incredibly convenient for hopping on the Tube. Would absolutely stay again. The only downsides were the lack of an on-site gym and the higher price point for breakfast. Aside from that, everything was absolutely perfect.

Felt when ordering a coffee in the lounge, service was a bit slow. I don’t like the shower over the bath, bring an older person it is quite dangerous to step into a high bath for a shower. Nothing else all good.

- Robert (1/5): Very sad. - Everything great apart from the fact our £600 a night room was in the basement underneath the shared lounge / breakfast area. The sound proofing was terrible and we were awake all night listening to the cleaner and then the team setting up breakfast. I spoke to the staff in the morning and the first chap acknowledged that they had problems with this room but everyone else denied it was an issue. They offered some pathetic future upgrade. Very disappointing as I was a huge Firmdale group fan having stayed in most venues many times and I have also met both Kemps and tried to do some business once.

Room service super efficient and quick. No kettle, coffee making facilities or iron in the room. The main bathroom lighting has no night time lights so it wakes your partner / wife up if you use the bathroom during the night
