• Robyn (7/5): Overall, our stay was really good and we would recommend the apartments. - There was everything there that we needed. The beds were very comfortable & linen very clean. The apartment was clean & airy, although the carpets need a shampoo. Location was fantastic. Parking was great & access very easy. Refrigerator was behind a broken door & it was very difficult to open. Washing machine was also very difficult to access as opening the lid was impeded by the dryer. Oven door very dirty. This feedback is mainly for the information of management & staff of Q Apartments Paddington.

• Max (10/5): Q Paddington served the purpose we booked it for to be close to the QCB Stadium and secure parking. - The secure parking, the size of the room, the mini kitchen, microwave, toaster and jug. The location was within comfortable walking distance of the QCB Stadium and Flinders Street. A bonus was the room had a balcony and screen door allowing natural airflow rather than air conditioning. Washing up in the handbasin.

• Patricia (6/5): Comfortable, clean and pleasant stay. - There were restaurants within walking distance. The area was quiet, especially with the glass all double glazed. The accomodation was clean and the car parking was secure. The cost was excessive, eleven for a peak time.

Probably the location of the property Advised the hotel we’d be checking in late — they responded with… absolutely nothing. No instructions, no code, no clue. When we arrived, I called someone who clearly had no idea what planet the key safe was on. We spent half an hour roaming around like sleep-deprived zombies looking for it. Finally got into the car park, which is basically a game of Tetris meets The Fast and the Furious. It’s so tight you have to 3-point turn to get out. If you drive anything bigger than a scooter, good luck. Once we made it to the room (miracle), things didn’t improve. The bathroom was the size of a cereal box with no airflow, the “blanket” was more like a slightly determined napkin, and the shower? I’ve cried with more pressure. And the view? Oh, just a lovely construction site. Nothing like waking up to scaffolding and concrete dust to really set the holiday mood Honestly, if you enjoy confusion, tight corners, and a light mist instead of a shower — this place is for you. Otherwise, save your money and your sanity.

• Bradley (8/5): Very good - Apartment was a good layout- spacious for 2 people Coffee cups still had coffee liquid remains in it, We know it is a part of the rules of stay to clean your own dishes but we would expect that the cleaners would inspect these things before next guests arrive . The apartment has damage to gyprock etc, bit if an eyesore but other than that it was a good stay,

• Louie (9/5): Superb - Staff were really helpful especially when I had to check late due to unforeseen circumstances. I have stayed here before and will continue to do so.
• Michael (10/5): Exceptional - I really appreciate the reception staff meeting me in the driveway with my key so I could drive straight into the secure carpark as I had some difficulty finding the entrance. I stayed in a one bed unit in the 5th floor unit, it was quiet and had all you needed and would happily recommend this as a place to stay. The washing machine and dryer were a bonus with clothes detergent supplied. There is a couple of restaurants across the road and Woolies 850m away if you wish to buy supplies to self cater like I did. There was no microwave, however it did have a wall oven. A couple of dishes/plates had not been cleaned properly and also the bottom of the freezer had food crumbs still there. These were brought to the attention of reception upon checkout and I am confident it is something that doesn't happen often due to the rest of the apartment being clean.

Just minor stuff like the lamp in the lounge area has hair build up in the base. Not a biggie but the size of the tv was not the same as what was on the photo.

Truly exceptional and next level in a time of crisis. Accommodation is great. Rooms are comfortable and service all needs. Location is excellent too.

• Karen (8/5): I enjoyed my stay as it was only 4 days. The carpet needed cleaning as there was stains that needed removing. But all in - The 2 bedroom apartment was huge. Great for a family. The small lap pool was not appealing.

• Courtney (10/5): Lovely apartment with everything we needed and fabulous staff accommodating to our needs - Very accommodating staff, room was spacious and kitchen had everything we needed. Bed was comfortable. Very good value for money. The pool was a little underwhelming
• Yee (7/5): Good - The overall stay is considered comfortable and meet my family needs. The location is closed to the CBD about 15 mins walk and the environment here is nice and quite. The daily stuff was not refilled timely at weekly clean up, ants keep running on the dinning table and around the kitchen, it’s quite annoying in the first two weeks of stay. The front desk does not open everyday according to the schedule, it is a bit hard to raise the refill request or make inquiries about the booking.

• Michelle (5/5): Won’t stay again - The location was adequate Our room still had uncollected dirty dishes with food in them from previous occupants. Clearly a busy time for staff but we never met any staff, reception was closed every time we came in and out, note saying they had the day off while we were there too. So dirty dishes had to remain in our room for the weekend. Entry was through the use of TWO codes, to collect keys and then another to enter lobby so remember to take the piece of paper with the code with you!! The bathroom was very small, difficult for two people to use, the door to the bathroom should be a sliding door, it took up half the room when open and the shower tiles were slippery. We are not elderly but it would be very difficult for an elderly person to stay there. The tv monitor has been damaged? It had a black strip across the picture so difficult to watch. We have stayed at a lot better cheaper accommodation in Townsville as we are regular visitors, won’t be booking this one again. Everything else was booked due to 3 events being on.

• Valerie (3/5): Poor - No meals available Cramped space. TV did not work. Only water available was in bathroom, so dishes, cutlery etc had to be washed in bathroom basin - compromising hygiene. Lack of power points for food preparation So toaster and electric jug had to be used in bathroom. The kitchen cabinet contained a power point, but it was inaccessible to me - I am of short stature. No table for eating meals. The balcony was OK for meals except for cold windy weather. Only one armchair - for a double room. Overall, not a comfortable living space experience. I would not make another booking for this accommodation.

• James (10/5): Exceptional - Last minute booking. As usual, the room was clean and fresh. WiFi was great as I was here for business and needed it for meetings. Staff always go above and beyond.

The apartment needed some maitainance work (doors not shutting properly, etc) and carpet needed cleaning. Cooking facilities and equipment were very basic.
