My friend's TV was unplugged. Those were little inconveniences and should not lower the property's rating. I'd definitely stay there again.

- Jennifer (10/5): Great little apartment! - Great affordable stay for our family. My child especially liked that they had their own room where they didn't have to listen to dad snore! Clean, safe, and enjoyable.
- Shari (6/5): - This property served our purpose. The two bedroom suite allowed us to stay with my elderly parents in one suite. The rooms are bare…not one picture on the walls anywhere. A few of the curtains had holes in them. It had the basics we needed for a two night stay (after they brought us a missing hair dryer). We didn’t really use the kitchen to do much more than make coffee so I can’t speak to how well it was equipped. Staff was friendly, but not always around. Convenient location to walk to a Wichita Wind Surge game. Since units have kitchens there is no other on site food. Elevator was down (luckily only once) but my elderly mother had to climb 4 flights of stairs to get to our room. Our bathroom light had a flaky sensor on it that made it go on and off on its own.

The temperature of water would not allow me to select a higher (hotter) temp for water and the water pressure was awful in the shower. I surmise because it was designed for limited mobility folks.

- Lisa (6/5): - We stayed here as we wanted something with two rooms. Front desk was friendly and easy check in. Bed sheets and towels were soft. The property is dated. It was gloomy inside our room. If you forget something you have to go down and pay for it/no free toothbrushes, etc. As soon as you walk into the hotel you have a very strong smell of cooking spices. Thankfully we did not smell it in our room. I would not feel comfortable walking to my hotel at night. This is not a 4 or 5 rated stay in our opinion, but a 3.

- Mylinda (8/5): - I was hesitant to book a room with Wyndham in the name due to bad experiences. Check in was nice. Front desk clerk was courteous and check in was fast and easy. Room had some nicks and dings, but otherwise clean. I may try another Wyndham in the future.

- Roberta (2/5): Smoke in a nonsmoking facility. - The room was suppose to be non smoking as is the faculty but when we came back first night our room reeked of smoke. The place was full so they couldn’t move us. Be aware that there are many permanent residents in this hotel and there are lots of pets and people smoking. Also our door jam had been jimmied previously and was broken. Not very safe !

- Josie (2/5): - Front desk service was great at arrival. The building is old but not too rundown from what I could tell. It looks pretty clean and kept. There is a nasty smell as soon as you walk in the building. The smell is not as strong in the front desk area. My room was in the building in the back. This smell is mixed between smoke, sweat, mold, and who knows what else. This same smell is present in the room. I stayed for one night n was not the best. I got back in my room about 11:00pm the room across from mine had loud music playing. Not a big deal I figured it would stop soon since it was getting late but it actually got worse. We got ready to go to sleep, the noise got worse. The music was louder, there was now singing and screaming. I called the front desk about midnight, they said they would check it out. Try to go to sleep but couldn’t, the noise went on. It was 1:50am I could hear doors slamming, more screaming and more music. I called the front desk again but they hung up on me when I told them the noise was still going on. Not long after there is knocking at my door! WTH!!! Never before I had someone knocking on my door at 2:00am. I called the front desk again, they took a while to answer. I told them what was going on, they sound somewhat annoyed because I was calling. They asked what room was in, if I I knew what the person at my door look like. While we were on the phone she said “I don’t know what is going on tonight” then she said “I can hear her now” and hung up. …

The property was fully fenced, but The gate was broken so I didn’t feel like my truck or I was safe there. The grounds looked OK, somebody had pulled the smoke detector out of my unit, so there was none. The bathroom sink was clogged. It was clean, but the accommodations were super minimal and not very inviting. Also lots of sketchy people just hanging around parking lot etc
- Jonghyun (2/5): - The room is actually not bad, but it’s super noisy from the cars and AC. Oh and don’t get me started with the staffs, the staff DOUBLE charged me and they keep saying they would return the money back, but after 1 week still no money returned. They say 3-5 business days but it’s been 1 week?! There was also cigar marks in the bathroom.. I would give this hotel 0 stars cause they doubled charged me and still no money.

Everything was good, but I can tell the room hadn’t been swept or vacuumed after the last guest because there was a lot of pet hair on the hard floor surfaces and the rug. But other than that, my stay was excellent!

There was no one at the front desk. When someone arrived and we have unloaded everything they informed us we were staying in a different building. The facilities were ok. Just having my family there it just didn’t feel overall safe or super clean. Great space for a larger group as we had a 3 bedroom. Traffic noise from highway was loud in our unit over night. Wouldn’t stay here again.

- julie (6/5): - After dark it was a bit sketchy, but the parking lot is fenced and lit well. It was comfortable with large rooms and xcomfortable beds. The area is more invting in the daytime. Staff was super friendly and helpful.
- Virginia (6/5): Not bad but room issues hindered our trip - The property itself was overall kept up very well didn’t have a lot of strange smells or people considering that it’s also a live-in area. The original desk person was a very friendly lady. We got checked in no problems however, when we got to our room, the thermostat was not working Or the light in the bathroom. as we had plans, we let the front desk know a different gentleman on our way out around 6:30 so they could have it fixed by the time we got home. 130 a.m. not only had not been logged in the system had not been fixed and we had to pack up and move rooms. We were unable to get any of the three TVs and the suite to work and finally after getting help from the previously mentioned female front desk attendant, who was very helpful. We were finally able to get one working in a bedroom and we moved our stuff in there for the night. I would’ve given more if it wasn’t for the issues with the room

- Stephanie (10/5): - I guess it’s ok. It’s in Wichita , so I guess my expectations should not be that high. The pictures look accurate but not accurate. Maybe I was expecting a bit more. But it’s ok, given the location. It’s. One night stay so it’s not too bad.
- Clint (10/5): Nice place - Nice place, really liked the fact that the parking lot is inside a secured gate. The only issue I had was no do not disturb signs for the door and in my overnight stay staff knocked on the door twice, once was housekeeping shortly after checking in and the 2nd was maintenence in the morning to change the filter for the air system.

Keeper of the Plains and Exploration place are about a mile away which are worth visiting. I'd also recommend the FREE 5k parkrun at Exploration place every Saturday.

We had a one-night stop over and we’re wishing we could stay longer.
