Dog var infinitypoolen til villaerne meget god og trækker op. Ingen forstår engelsk, som er et generelt problem i Vietnam, og maden var heller ikke af høj kvalitet. Ville ikke komme igen. Dog var Victor i receptionen super hjælpsom og god til engelsk.

- DANE (10/5): - This property is so beautiful. It's well maintained, the staff was amazing, and I had a really relaxing and enjoyable time. The beach is beautiful too, and there's nothing quite like waking up and being just steps away from it. Was able to rent a scooter directly from the front desk which made travel around the island very easy, and I highly recommend this resort for anyone looking to escape to paradise.

Honestly, I don’t see this kind of service anywhere except Mercury Resort and Villa. I definitely recommended my family and friends to book future stay in Phu Quoc.

Er avhengig av service golf bil for å komme til frokost og front desk. Tok lang tid for oss for å få bil til frokosten.

- NORIYUKI (10/5): 宿泊の感想 - エグゼクティブヴィラに宿泊しました。 部屋は広くて、清潔でした。部屋のプールもとても快適でした。スタッフもしっかりと対応してくれました。 エアコンはよく効きますが、微調整がむつかしくて、寒かったり暑かったりを繰り返していました。部屋でお酒を飲むとき氷を頼んだのですが、有料でした。このクラスのホテルなのに無料じゃないの？と、ちょっと残念でした。

- Verified traveler (10/5): - This is a very nice resort away from crowds. I loved it. It's clean and well serviced. It's staff is amazing. In terms of location you need a taxi to get to the main village or restaurants but it's well worth it. The hotel restaurant is very limited in choice and pricey. However it's the restaurant or nothing since there are no business around. I would recommend it as it is a place to relax and get reconnected with yourself.

- 秀明 (8/5): 美しいサンセットが観られるます - 4月27日から5月3日まで滞在しました。 空港送迎は、ホテルシャトルを利用しました。事前に飛行機の便名を連絡しておけば対応してくれます。 空港からホテルまでの所要時間は数分です。 平屋のビラに泊まりました。平屋の方が海い近いです。 ビラの敷地内にはジャグジーが敷設されていました。温水は給水できませんが、気温が高いので水で十分です。 ビーチに行った後、風呂でシャワーを浴びる前に使いました。 部屋には小さな冷蔵庫があります。ミニバーはありません。 ミネラルウォーターや缶飲料を何本か冷やせます。 ミネラルウォーターや缶ビールは、ホテル内の売店で購入できます。 ビーチはプライベートビーチになっており、非常に静かに過ごせます。 不必要にうるさいビート音楽もかかっていません。 ビーチには、カヤック（無料）とビーチバレーコートがあります。 夕方に水平線を沈んでいくサンセットは最高に綺麗です。日没時間を確認して絶対に観てください。 毎日ちょっとずつ違うサンセットが観られます。 ナイトマーケット送迎のホテルシャトル（要予約）があります。往きは午前10時と午後2時の２回、 帰りは午後５時の一回です。それ以外はタクシー移動となります。 ホテル周辺にはレストランやショッピングマーケットはありません。 移動するにはタクシーが必要です。 ナイトマーケットまでが10～12万ドンくらい。 MAYレストラン、irisレストラン、Lindaレストランなどがある地域までが5～6万ドンくらい。 Hon Thom Cable Car乗り場までは、26～30万ドンくらい。 夕食は外出して、ナイトマーケットにある海鮮レストランやLindaレストランなどでとりました。 ベトナムはタクシーが安いので、気軽に乗れました。

- EUNHEE (2/5): Not a great place - Not a great place. Room is not worth that price (So hot to stay) and the staffs were not very helpful. No first aid kit prepared. Only good point is the breakfast. Would never recommend this place.
- A (10/5): - Wonderful resort in a quiet spot of Phu Quoc island. The resort is close to the airport: 10 minutes by car (the pickup is free of charge). It is also close to the main city (5 minutes by taxi, that is 110k vnd). Large and comfortable rooms, with private jacuzzi outside in the garden. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The beach and the swimming pool are great. The restaurant is pretty good and the breakfast is very good, with a wide range of choices.

Generally, very good core services, but lacking quality in the extras such as bar, restaurant and breakfast. The free shuttle into town is very popular.

- Chris (8/5): - Great place for family vacation. The villa was so beatiful and gave us much more space than normal hotel room. My daughter loved the pool there. The staffs and hotel manger were very friendly and always helpful. One negative thing was the food. We ordered Cesar salad on our last night there and felt like everything on the plate was left over food (the chicken breast has the soup flavor). But overall the place is great and we would come back again.

The reception staff are great, our room (the delux room) was lovely and the pool area is really nice. Sean, the customer relations manager was absolutely brilliant, very knowledgeable and friendly. A couple of things need improvement though. The overall cleanliness of the resort wasn’t the best, the public toilets weren’t very clean and there were dirty dishes and glasses left outside our room on top of the hedge for 2 days. We had to ask the staff to remove it even though a number of staff would have walked past it. Overall it’s an old looking complex which needs a deep clean and a refurbished. Also the breakfast variety was ok but it was often sparse when we got there (between 7-8) and we had to ask staff to bring some more items out.
- Verified traveler (8/5): ゆったり過ごせます - ホテルでただゆっくりしたいのならオススメ。エグゼクティブヴィラに泊まりましたが広くてよかったです。ただホテルで過ごすには食事がイマイチ。日本に比べたら何も高い設定はされてないのはいいのですが味が、、、ローカルに行った方がよっぽど美味しくて安い、でも周りには何もないとういのが残念でした。朝食は良かったのですがアジアンリゾートならではのジュースがフレッシュじゃなかったりベトナムなのにコーヒーがドリンクバーみたいな機械だったのも個人的に残念でした。まだまだ向上できるホテルだと思いますが、ただの私の個人的な意見なのと、ゆっくり過ごすには充分なホテルです。スパも安いし、人も少なかったのでプールは毎日ほぼ貸し切りでした。全体的に満足、リフレッシュできました。

Pool was filthy as filter was broken, maintenance workers refused to work during the day and turned up unannounced to fix it and would only do it at night time while my son was sleeping which woke him because of the noise they were making

- Paul (10/5): A Perfect Paradise - A paradise like no other. Excellent staff very friendly, always a lovely greeting. Premium room was excellent. Beech towels from the staff who really look after you. happy hour for drinks 5 pm-7 pm is something to embrace and enjoy. The only downside is most things end at 10 am (breakfast) or 10 pm the bar and restaurant close and you have to ask nicely for another drink. But overall a fantastic stay, really enjoyable. - Lee (8/5): A good choice on a growing island - The island of Phu Quoc is definitely up and coming and there’s a lot of choice out there. Overall we left happy and you won’t go wrong if you stay here. It was good value for money for a good experience and so here’s some useful info to help you decide:- - Room - we stayed in one of the bungalows which are closer to the main complex although everything is walkable and the hotel has buggy’s to bring luggage etc. Felt secure, lots of space, safe included but not big enough for laptops. Air con and fan. Good range of tv channels with English i.e HBO movies. Free water bottles each day. - Pool - Is central within the complex and nice with a swim up pool bar manned most of the time although sometimes you have to wait. - Beach - Absolutely lovely and the main complex is next to the beach. It’s quite private as no other resorts around. - Spa - totally lovely and not that expensive. Good range of treatments. - Food - Good mix of Vietnamese and western food although not a lot of fish. The Vietnamese dishes tasted great. Not a lot of choice for vegetarians though. - Drinks - Beer selection good, cocktail list great. Wine selection poor vs other island resorts. - Location - Very close to airport so you hear the odd plane but not too intrusive. A bit out of the way from main strip so you’ll need to take taxis quite regularly cost $5 each way. - Service - all staff really friendly - Ambience - But quiet as off peak. Beach bar dead, no one around after 10pm!!

- Linh (10/5): Nice hotel with private beach and good services - We had arrived to Phu Quoc one day earlier and stayed at another hotel near the night market so we can explore the area on motorbike. The next day Mercury resort was nice enough to pick us up from this hotel to their resort (this resort usually pick up their guests from the airport only). We were upgraded to a bungalow for free. Restaurant services were excellent. Happy hours with buy one get one free drink is a plus. Private beach is clean and beautiful with attentive staff. Thank you Mercury for a nice vacation.
- Luan (8/5): Nice hotel with beautiful beach - Nice hotel with excellent facilities. The beach is the highlight with warm and clear water. Nice warm swimming pool. The villa style rooms are first class. The restaurant has beautiful view of the beach with nightly music and a variety of food choices. Kayak and bike are free to use. Free transportation from and to airport. The sunset is magnificent. A little bit far from town but there is a free shuttle.

- Julien (10/5): Nice resort - Stayed 2 nights only but really enjoyed my time here. The beach/swimming pool are very nice like in the pictures. There was always places available on the beach or around the swimming pool and there is some attentive and helpful staff who provide towels, open/close parasols... Restaurant with beach view offer both western and Asian food. Food is ok, an effort is done on presentation, prices are on the higher side for Vietnam but reasonable. Breakfast is very good with lots of options. Stayed in a superior villa which was nice, modern and spacious. Very comfortable. The resort is very well maintained overall. Hotel is close to the airport but in a nice, calm and private environment. Very good experience overall, highly recommended.
- Angela (10/5): Great resort beautiful rooms close to everything - We absolutely love this resort and can’t wait to come back. The perfect location for peace and quiet and beautiful beach but close enough to be able to enjoy downtown dong dong and takes 5 min to get to the airport which is free with hotel. They gave us a free upgrade because it was my birthday and WOW what a room. We got the pool villa right on the beachfront . Absolutely stunning. Such a beautiful clean huge room. Super comfy bed an bedding. Huge modern bathroom mini fridge and free waters. Great breakfast buffet and all day coffee , espresso and lattes all day. Amazing helpful staff so friendly and welcoming and we love the manager !! We can not wait to come back Thank you for all your hospitality we are sure to recommend this hotel to all of our friends and family

- NHAN (8/5): Good location and prime private beach - The location is very near the airport. We have a shuttle bus to pick us up at the airport. Service is great. Nice view. The villas are spacious and clean with great yard!.
- Nam (8/5): Transitional/Growing Pains - Hotel is no longer a part of the Le Club Accor chain hence the understandable kinks in the transition. Wi-fi is great - even for an admittedly harsh critic when it comes internet. Breakfast served from 6:30-10:00am (probably a holdover from being a part of the chain). Both western and Vietnamese cuisine available at breakfast.
- hannah (10/5): Great hotel with lovey staff and facilities - Beautiful hotel with wonderful staff. It was very quiet when we were there and the staff could not do more for you. Chinh (F&B manager) was brilliant - he went above and beyond and sought to rectify minor issues (eg air con not working in gym) immediately. Restaurant provides a good variety of food and there were several options for vegetarians. Only thing of note was the hot tub is a jacuzzi so was a little chilly in the evening! It is also worth looking at the executive villas as they are large, have a good size private pool and overlook the beach. Would definitely go back!

- Charles (6/5): Nice hotel that lacks good service. - Nice new resort, however "new" is key. The staff seems to be undertrained and the facilities while nice are not fully utilized. During lunch and/or dinner I would walk into the dinning room and not find any staff. I would have to search for the staff. The swim up bar in the pool has no workers or drinks. You have to yell at a passing by staff member if you want a drink. I had an issue with my air conditioning not working and when I told the front desk about this they said they couldn't change my room until at night. When I spoke to a manager they said they would have housekeeping clean a room right away, however this took almost 2 hours. Apart from these issues the rooms are amazing and spacious and well decorated. When the service gets better the hotel will be a good hotel with good reviews.

- Andrew (10/5): Best beachfront on Phu Quoc - This hotel was set out perfectly on the beach front. Sao Beach and the main markets are a short taxi or scooter ride away. The only drawback is common to all of Vietnam - staff have a lot more trouble with English than other south east asian countries. This can make organising things difficult but they make every effort to understand.

- Keith (10/5): Great Resort Overall - Overall this hotel is fantastic. The staff are professional and accommodating, the rooms are great and the facilities are quite stunning. The rooms were large, clean, and spacious (had a king bedroom with outdoor jacuzzi). Since all the rooms are in smaller little buildings (instead of one big building) they are not all on the beach but this wasn't an issue as we spent all our time at the stunning pool or on the beach. Food and drinks are good quality (if a touch expensive) and taste delicious. My largest complaint was the breakfast buffet - the food was fantastic but the cost was insane: $17US per person per day. I have had deluxe meals all across Vietnam that cost less then that for two people. We did not even eat breakfast the second day because of the cost and it would have been cheaper to hire a taxi into town, have breakfast, and take a taxi back then feed two people at that cost. Other then the breakfast cost - I highly recommend this resort.
- Ange (4/5): Disappointing service - We stayed from 12-15 October. On check in there was confusion with our booking. According to the Expedia website when I booked, breakfast was included in our package. Unfortunately this was not reflected in the itinerary. At the time of booking I confirmed with Expedia that breakfast was included and had an email with the confirmation. On check-in I was advised breakfast was not included, I showed them all emails and hard copy documentation advising inclusion of breakfast in my package. After an hour of discussions, they conceded and advised they would include breakfast. A very unpleasant start to our stay. Normally breakfast would not be an issue but because this resort is far from the main town there are no other options. On checkout breakfast was included in the bill and we had to go through the whole process again. Service in general was very bad, waiters would avoid eye contact when trying to order so we had to constantly go up to them to order. When we were close but not quite finished a meal they would take plates away while we were still eating. It appeared that customers were a bother for them. They also often ran out of drinks. The phone in our room did not work so to order room service or extra amenities was not an option or we would have to walk to the front desk who would then tell us to call. I reported the phone issue everyday and it was not fixed by the time we left. The customer service was a big disappointment.
- huynhanh (10/5): Very nice resort with private beach - We stayed in this resort this summer. The location and the private beach is very good. If you travel outside of this hotel, you will see the difference in beach cleanliness. The private is so clean and quiet. It is also very close to the airport. They provide transport to and from the airport according to your itinerary. Everybody was so nice , from the receptionist "Cẩm" to the hostess "Trang" to the waiters and waitresses "Ngan" and the beach attendant. They all are local people, very helpful and courteous. They attend to all your need without having to ask. The breakfast buffer was great. You can have western food as well as local food. You have to have " creme brûlée " for your desert with your meals. They have decent nightly entertainment . From the hotel staff, we learned about good places that we should visit. We rented a motorbike to travel to the fishing village, the south beach, the waterfalls ... On the way, we saw some other hotels and resorts and we were glad that we picked this hotel . We will come back to this hotel again if we visit Phu Quoc again. We definitely recommend this hotel to our friends and neighbors. I might sound like a commercial, but we are from Delaware and we did not expect this nice at all. We visited " Côn Đảo" island last week and the hotel we stayed was nice too but this one impressed us a lot.

Hotel was lovely, staff was great, the location is a little far from town and the beaches at Long Beach also tend to get trash washing up (didn't know that before booking). I can't fault anything on the hotel and would stay again. The staff is amazing.
- Verified traveler (8/5): .... - While Resort is very nice and staffs are helpful and friendly, it's a bit far from town and nightlife. Breakfast could be a bit better. Too many flies around food making it unappetizing. Also rooms need some kind of deterrent from bugs getting in so easily, had to deal with giant ants and flying bugs in room thruout stay. While the resort tries to keep their area of the beach clean, trash still drift through from everywhere else. Wish all resorts can come together to fund trash control, ie hiring locals to keep the island clean, need more trash receptacles, stricter law in place. It will be such a pity for a beautiful island like Phu Quoc to end up like a dumpster.
