- Niamh (8/5): - The hotel had a pool, sauna, hot tub and a gym. It had random areas where you could sit and enjoy the hotel which I thought was nice. Beds were comfy and had a smart tv. Hotel met my expectations from the photos we saw when booking. The bath was pretty slippy to get in and out of so I would recommend a bath mat or something for safety. My partner and I are both early thirties but both found we had to be very cautious when grabbing a shower.
- Thiago (7/5): - Stayed one night only, room was clean and spacious, it's an old hotel but nothing to complain for one night worked perfectly, and they gave us a Tim Horton's ticket for the breakfast. Bed was a bit hard for me, but this is my preference if you like hard mattress you will be ok.

- Aaron (5/5): Meh. - It's a convenient enough location and is fairly clean at I guess what is supposed to be considered a reasonable price in this day. Ample parking. The beds were horrible, the rooms are very dated, and the views are terrible. There was thumping music from the convention area until 10pm at night. Breakfast was a simple coupon to the Tim Horton's up the street and was quite limited. We didn't bother using the coupon.

Really liked the option to grab breakfast from a nearby Tim Horton's. The bathroom seemed a bit dated. Would have been good with some upgrades.

Its location is super convenient—close to shops and a mall, and only about a 5-minute drive to the ferry, which made getting around really easy. The staff were friendly and helpful throughout the stay. Would definitely recommend for anyone looking for a clean and conveniently located place.

Our flush was not working so they changed the room immediately. Staff were really friendly and helpful. It’s well accessible and near to the ferry terminal (10-15minutes). Pool was open but we didn’t use it this time because of the weather. Parking space was free. Christmas cookies, chocolates etc. were kept for guests. No breakfast in house. We were provided a coupon to avail at a restaurant close by. Spa was closed this week. Some facilities seem outsourced. No lift.

- Frances (4/5): - This was not a nice place to stay. It looked okay, like a reasonable mid-range hotel from the outside. But it's a weird place -- like an abandoned research facility or something. To get to our room, we had to go down a concrete corridor and then our room, which felt like a re-purposed meeting room, was off another concrete plaza. Very unappealing. Room furniture and decor was nice -- they did their best with that -- but couldn't make up for how grim the overall property seemed.

A HUGE negative for us was we had a Do not Disturb sign on our door and they came into our room while we were out. They took towels, replaced them with less, emptied garbage and took our recycling. - philip (6/5): Has Some Issues - The place eas actually pretty good except the kry card was nothing short of a pain in the you know what. Even the maid told me they tempermental and tricky at best. So I'm not sure if the unit on the door needs new batteries or just to be replaced but it needs ATTENTION ! (Room 207). The rest of the place is a 4 star. Even though you have to drive to Tim Hortons to get your breaky, it was still good. If not for the key issue that they could not seem to fix during my 3 night stay, I would have rated it as a solid 4 star ☆☆☆☆
- Elaine (9/5): The beds were very comfortable. We were allowed to bring our dog. - The room was very large with two king beds and a kitchen. It was clean and updated. The bathroom was a bit small. There was no iron or ironing board in the room. We didn’t bother asking the front desk. Possibly they had one to loan. The free breakfast was actually a voucher at Tim Hortons, which was a little far for us to walk so we took the car. It was a little complicated trying to understand what we could order, but it worked out that there was a dollar amount allowed so we could order whatever we wanted and pay the extra if necessary, but we didn’t have to pay any extra. The second day we just went and brought everything back to our room.

My room shared a common door with the one next to it, and the late-night noise from the neighboring guests (from approximately 10:45 PM to 2:30 AM) prevented me from getting any sleep before my early morning work day at 5:00 AM. When I contacted the front desk for assistance, the employee was dismissive and unhelpful. She told me that the hotel rooms are not designed to be noise-resistant and that changing my room would not guarantee a quieter environment. This response was disappointing, as I was seeking a solution to a problem that greatly affected my stay. The hotel should consider addressing this issue to ensure guests can have a peaceful night's rest.

The noise made it impossible to enjoy it, the pool, the sauna and even the gym, all of which were reasons we decided to stay here. Included breakfast = Tim Horton's vouchers.
